• Mary Ann (9/5): It was great and I would stay again when I come back to the city in the future :-) - The location is perfect, not too far from the Amsterdam City Centre and Amsterdam Centraal and the Tram station is very close too. The surroundings is not noisy and the hotel room is big enough for a 4 twin beds & a crib, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The receptionist replaced our TV remote control after I contacted through WhatsApp. Check out was easy & quick & the continental breakfast is good! The staff are friendly. I would’ve given a perfect score if there’s fridge in the room which is the only thing I’m missing during our stay. No fridge in the room.

• Isabelle (8/5): Good value and comfortable - The space for 4 people was great, the bathroom size was very good, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I only had one incident; my concealer disappeared from my suitcase. I notified reception and left my email address in case it was found, but I didn't receive any response.

• Maillard (5/5): Avis personnel - L'emplacement, le fait d'avoir un accès a un parking La propreté, les chariots de ménage qui traînent dans les couloirs entre les caisses a outils, le ménage fait "" le manque de places au petit déjeuner, le personnel peut aimable a l'accueil. Sans parler des trous dans les murs..
• Laura Alejandra (10/5): Un muy buen lugar para hospedarse. - El hotel está muy limpio y nos hacían aseo diario. Además de que la ubicación está muy bien, está muy cerca del museo de Van Gogh y el Rijksmuseum y a unas cuadras hay una estación del tranvia 17, que es la que te lleva a Amsterdam central. Me dieron un upgrade gratis y la atención del personal fue maravillosa! Lo único que no me gustó es que sentí que no cambiaban o lavaban las tazas de la recámara.

• Katheleen (8/5): Great hotel and nice staff - They had a kettle, coffee and tea at the room, and water in the reception area for customers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage with them and stay in the lobby if you need to wait for your travel time. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay at this hotel again. The room was small and the shower glass wasn’t wide enough to stop water going all over the place.

• Naouel (3/5): Odeur nauséabonde à fuir - L’emplacement Les deux nuits que nous avons passées dans cet hôtel ont été affreuses. Les lits étaient extrêmement inconfortables, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de bien dormir. L’insonorisation est quasiment inexistante : on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe à l’extérieur et dans les alentours de l’hôtel. Mais le pire reste l’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Dès qu’on ouvrait la porte, l’odeur envahissait toute la chambre. C’était vraiment infernal et nous avons dormi pendant deux nuits dans une odeur d’égout insupportable. Nous sommes très déçus par ce séjour et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

• Mygalega (10/5): - Готель залишив приємне враження — все було на належному рівні. Особливо хочеться відзначити дівчину на рецепції: вона була дуже привітною, уважною та професійною. Швидко допомогла, все зрозуміло пояснила й створила гарне перше враження про заклад. Загалом перебування було комфортним, усе організовано добре. В пішій ході до центру близько 30хв Рекомендую!

El personal que nos recibió cuando llegamos, dos horas antes del check in, en un principio no era muy amable, después cambió el turno y cambió la atención y nos dieron muy buena recepción.

• LAURA (8/5): - L'emplacement a proximité du tram qui mène dans le centre en 10min. Hotel calme. L'accueil et la bagagerie est un plus. De la poussière près des fenêtres. Chambre un peu petite pour 4 personnes adultes.
• Soledad (7/5): OK but not worth the money - Very well located, 600 meters away from Vondelpark and lots of cafes and restaurants close by, also supermarkets. Staff was very friendly. The windows were all covered by a huge sticker (?) so we couldn’t see outside and they were sealed, meaning there was also no ventilation. We had no idea if it was sunny or cloudy or anything from inside. We had a double bed and a single bed, next to the single bed there were no power sockets, the only ones were on each side of the double bed, which made it impossible to charge our phones at the same time. For the amount of money paid, we were expected more.

• Ring (4/5): - Basic room which is cheap and good location. The bed literally folded in the middle when you sat on it.. The softest mattress we've ever slept on. Screwed up our backs. It was very bad! When arrived, the corner of the room was wet. Had to mop it up with one of the towels.

• François (8/5): Court séjour agréable - Hotel bien placé, le personnel de l'accueil est pro et parle un bon anglais. Chambre correcte, literie bonne. SDB plutôt spacieuse. Rien pour accrocher sa serviette dans la salle de bain Processus pour le parking un peu compliqué et un peu cher également. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenètre.
