- Арутюнян (10/5): - Персонал приветливый в первый день был уставший завалился спать сразу даже про оплату ничего люди не сказали на столько понимающие на следующий день только оплатил видимо по виду поняли что с ног валюсь не стали дергать ))) тизо спокойно чисто всё аккуратно можно даже просто на пару дней от суеты уехать со спокойной головой посидеть

- Razmik (10/5): - Добрый день всем! Кто любит спокойный отдых это специально для них. Тишина и спокойствие, можно спокойно поспать и отдохнуть. Чистота и порядок, комфортно. Окраина города Ереван. Только один небольшой нюанс, добираться на машине.

- shirvany (1/5): - The room itself was spacious. This place is very far, you really need a car. Taxi takes 30+ minutes to arrive. Grocery is 2 km walk on dirt road. Many wild dogs, fighting and coming close to you. No AC/heat, no housekeeping. No privacy—staff watching all the time and telling what to do. I do not recommend this place.

- Iveta (6/5): Accomodation type better hostel - Good size room. Modern design. Remote location with limited access. No privacy. Staff observing all your move, telling you do and dont do that all the time. Do not reccomend at all.

- Mathurin (6/5): Une chambre de qualité qui mériterait un meilleur établissement. - Chambre agréable, bien équipée et spacieuse. Personnels peu chaleureux. Passage de l'aspirateur dans les parties communes à 23h00, peu agréable lorsque l'on souhaite dormir ! Établissement à l'écart de tous restaurants et pas de dîner possible sur place. Enfin, malheureuse expérience sur le parking durant le déchargement de nos affaires : un membre du personnel nous demande de déplacer notre voiture pour faciliter le passage de sa propre voiture, ce que nous faisons bien volontiers. Et lui, en reculant, écrase un de nos sacs que nous venions de sortir du coffre et de poser sur le côté du parking. Aucune excuse malgré la casse de certaines affaires. Malheureux ! Et le lendemain matin, personne de disponible pour rendre les clés, drôle de fonctionnement.
- Wongkad (8/5): ดีงาม - ตั้งอยู่ข้างนอกเมืองนิดนึง ต้องขับรถเข้าไป มีที่จอดรถ ดูปลอดภัย สะอาด โอเคเลย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีโซฟา มีที่ฉีดก้น มีหน้าต่างดูวิว (แต่แถวๆ นั้นเหมือนเป็นตึกที่สร้างยังไม่ค่อยเสร็จ) มีห้องครัว และที่นั่งทานข้าว มีสวนในนั่งเล่น จอดรถข้างหน้าที่พักได้ ผู้จัดการใส่ใจ ให้คำแนะนำดี จ่ายบัตรก็ได้แต่เขาอยากให้จ่ายเงินสดมากกว่า

- Anahit (10/5): - Хорошее и уютное место с спокойной атмосферой. Здесь действительно можно отдохнуть от городского шума, при этом не уезжая далеко. Особенно понравилось, что есть отдельная кухня — можно спокойно приготовить себе еду

- Vaspur (5/5): Не рекомендую к проживанию, больше потратите на такси и нервы. - Комфортные матрасы и мягкие подушки, хорошая ванная и туалет, спокойный ремонт без «рабиз» обоев и картин, номер достаточно большой, есть нормальный кондиционер который не дует прямо на тебя когда ты спишь. Сам дом находится просто в пустыре, до которого надо проехать пару километров по разбитой дороге, это можно сказать за городом, до магазина чтобы купить водичку нужно или машина или такси. В номере нет рабочего стола для работы с нотбуком, это довольно не удобно, нет фена. И самое главное, что в 15 часов дня номер не был готов после других гостей и хозяин предлагал просто оставить вещи поехать на свадьбу друга и потом вечером заселиться. Верх наглости и безответственности. При этом решений не предлагалось, скидки за причиненные неудобства тоже. Не рекомендую для бронирования, цена никак не соответствует ни расположению ни к качеству сервиса. К проведенной уборке тоже были вопросы, нам показалось что просто заменили постель без уборки и мытья ванны и туалета.

Smells really good. Very clean everywhere. Liked the design a lot. Very up-to-date. Had also kitchen outside the room with refrigerator, oven and washing maschine. Can make barbeque outside. Very cosy and cared about place. Everything is new and working. Very close to city Yerevan what is comfortable. The shops are quite close if you walk on foot. Very calm and cosy place. Enjoyed our visit. 10 out of 10! Highly recommended for sure

- Natalia (10/5): It is worth the price. - I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.
