• Dawn (10/5): Stunning accommodation in the heart of Naples - A very special place to stay in Naples. First off I’d like to say how lovely Adriana is, she is a pleasure to talk to and nothing was a problem, she helped us so much. You actually access the the room via an enormous door on one of the corners on the outside of the Galleria. This door must have been at least 10 inches thick and original! Just amazing to see! Then you get to use the charming little lift that has little doors to open and close, so quaint, or you could walk up/down the beautiful marble curved staircase with the original bannisters. Once you get to the right floor the doors that lead to your room were all original and absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to view every morning and night. The room is a mixture of modern design for comfort together with original features such as the windows opening onto the interior of the galleria. Everything was provided including the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on, lots of hot water with a very modern bathroom. The room was fresh and exceptionally clean. There was a little table and chairs so that you could have the windows open to sit and enjoy the view of all the shops. You could tell that the room had been upgraded and modernised with love and care, it showed in the furniture and beautiful original decor that was kept where possible. All the little details that were just delightful to see. Also a coffee machine in the hall way! I would highly recommend, it was perfectly located in Naples, so easy to get to all the main tourist places to see and the Galleria itself was stunning. A truly unique place that really needs to be experienced. We were so pleased we could spend a few days there, thank you Adriana for a beautiful start to our holiday, we loved every moment of our stay and will definitely return xxxx Absolutely nothing! • Takashi (8/5): もしナポリにまた行くとしたら、是非泊まりたい場所です。 - ロケーションが抜群。ナポリ市内の中心で、しかもガッレリアを見下ろす部屋。最高だった。 オペラ鑑賞が主目的だったので、サンカルロ劇場からは歩いて5分以内。 部屋に入るまでのいくつかの扉、エレベーターなどがいかにもヨーロッパ的で良かった。 初めて探すのは、結構大変。周りの店に聞いてもはっきりとわかりにくかった。

(10/5): Excellent stay, great and very convenient location. - This stylish, newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, right inside the stunning Galleria Umberto I, only a few steps away from a huge variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars on Via Toledo and surrounding streets. Many historical landmarks are also close by, as well as two of the most popular squares (Plebiscito and Municipio). It takes only a 3-minute walk to the closest metro station (Municipio), while the Naples port (Maritime Station) is also near (10-15 minutes walking). It is ideal for solo travelers or couples. The owner is not only incredibly helpful and polite, but also a true local expert, as her excellent recommendations for local spots and activities will help you experience the best of the city. Its setting in the Galleria can be an immersive experience, though it may not be ideal for those seeking a tranquil and quiet environment during peak noon and evening hours. Although daily cleaning is not provided, the owner is very responsive and happy to help arrange it outside the standard days, if needed.
• Guest (10/5): unbeschreiblich schön, laut, chaotisch, und EINZIGARTIG....die Stadt, die Menschen...WUNDERVOLL - Schon vor der Ankunft bekamen wir eine Nachricht der sehr freundlichen Besitzer, diese standen uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite! Der kleine Kühlschrank war bei unsrer Ankunft mit ausreichend Wasserflaschen gefüllt, was für uns echt eine große Erleichterung war!! GRAZIE! Das Zimmer war sauber, Bad auch. Die Fotos entsprechen genau dem, was man vorfindet. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön und wirklich zentral. Wir waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Hafen und rundum ist alles was das Herz begehrt. In der Galleria ist es nachts laut, aber Neapel schläft nicht und für uns war das nicht weiter schlimm, ganz im Gegenteil, es passte einfach zu diesem Ort zu dem Lebensgefühl! Oropax können helfen! Die freundlichen Besitzer sind extra zu erwähnen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

The apartment was spotless, felt freshly remodeled, and had everything my two boys and I needed. Adriana was a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. Coffee and bottled waters provided and we found the best coffee shop/cafe/pizzaria right next door! Nothing really—we felt right at home.
