• Yuliia (10/5): An excellent option for those who don't like a quiet and relaxing holiday. - Large and clean studio apartment in need of updating. It has everything you need. Excellent manager who resolves all issues quickly. Five minutes to the beach, lots of shops nearby. The apartment is located near a karaoke bar. Karaoke goes on until 1 a.m. If you plan to go to bed earlier, you won't be able to.

• Jancauskaite (5/5): - The whole complex is in a very beautiful area inside Inconvenience because for the entrance there is only one key set for all people who share the apartment and you are dependent on the other people. Also nightclub right behind the terrace, very loud every evening
• Leanid (6/5): Неплохо, но друзьям и близким не советую°° - Много магазинов рядом любых. Рядом замечательный пляж для детей, рядом же пляж для сёрфинга, если это ваша тема. Много техники в квартире, на самом деле есть все. Есть стиральная машина!!! Очень отзывчивый и контактный менеджер, который нас заселял. Самое главное: рядом караоке бар, если ночью вы хотите спать, то нет, только беруши. Музыка валит до 1 ночи. Если пьяные песни- это не для вас, ищите другую квартиру. Мы про это не думали и в итоге беруши и снотворное. Квартира старая. Вот вообще старая. Мебель вся старая и скрипит. Стены поцарапаны и ободраны. Кухня - на помойку, воняет плесенью из нижнего отсека просто невероятно. Вода из душевой кабинки течёт на пол, как ты не старайся.

• maxine (10/5): Happy holiday - It was in a good location for outside good court yard but lacks a view the man who give us the key was lovely the apartment was not a one bedroom apartment it was a studio had everything you need but it needs a bit up dating The terrace on the apartment had no view very closed in and could do with a little table and chairs and the gates make it look like a prison

• Pasquale (10/5): Carmine ci ha accolto in maniera super gentile, non ci ha fatto mancare niente e si è messo a disposizione per qualunque - Struttura completa di tutto, molto vicina sia al mare che alla zona di lava veronicas per i ragazzi, oltre che una piscina stupenda

• Tracey (8/5): Very good - Location of apartment complex was fantastic, location of actual apartment was very good, near to gates to get out onto main road. Apartment was large enough for two people and had all the usual facilities you would expect, even a washing machine, which we used as we travelled with just hand luggage. It had a private terrace at the back of it with two sunbeds, which got the sun until 6pm. The apartment inside was okay, could probably do with a makeover, but it reality you ain't in the actual apartment much. We were met getting of the bus from the airport at Columbus stop and two mins later were inside the apartment, shown around by a lovely guy(sorry can't remember his name) shown how everything works and given keys. Shower did leak over bathroom floor, but we just put extra towels down when showering, and then hung them out to dry, not a big problem. Shower did constantly fall down of the holder if you turned the pressure up,
• Mcdonnell (10/5): Exceptional - Had an excellent stay. Apartment was great and very clean. The complex was really nice and the gardens well looked after. Great pool area and nice pool bar. Carmine our host was very helpful and if we needed anything we only had to call him. The complex is also very secure.

The manager Gianluigi was very helpful abd friendly. Large private courtyard Great pool bar area. A little dated- the shower curtain didn’t stop the water coming out into the floor.

Pool bar was good, helpful friendly staff and nice food and drinks at reasonable prices Other family's apartments were nice but this particular apartment was scruffy and dated. There was no aircon, the bathroom tiles were scummy, outside sunbeds were filthy and there were lots of dirty marks on walls and paintwork. There was only one set of keys and fob which made exit/entry to gated complex difficult for a family group

• Sam (9/5): Superb! - The owner of the property is fantastic. he met us at the bus stop and took us into the complex, and then gave us a tour of the room. upon arrival the fan was not working and the owner went out of his way to immediately bring us a fan from his house. The room is a good size, perfect for 2-4 people. the patio area is large and well equipped with chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen/bathroom were also very well equiped with everything you'd need, including a washing machine. The complex itself is very safe and secure with lots of security measures which is fantastic, the location is amazing, right next to Veronica's strip for nightlife, 5 minute walk from the beach, 25 minute walk to Siam park, and the free Siam park bus stops right outside the complex too; We didn't need a taxi or bus once the whole time we were here. It's also surrounded by 24 hour supermarkets. The pool in the hotel is a good size, not busy even in peak summer season, and plenty of sun loungers across 2 levels, all in the sun all day, you can rent umbrellas too for €5. the complex bar is also affordable and a wide range of drinks/food is available. The owner was very helpful the whole time we were here and was available by text to answer and questions we had. The only negative I can think of is only one set of keys, and because you need a fob to leave the complex if one person is out, the other person cannot leave until you come back with the fob.

• Simon (9/5): We had a fantastic stay - Location was great close to beach, bars, supermarkets and Siam park is 20mins walk. Nice pool area. There was Wi-Fi, tv with streaming services and washing machine which we didn’t expect. Very good for young kid with enclosed courtyard. Music from nearby bar was quite loud. I liked listening but may bother some. There are gates to enter complex and get into pool area which require a fob. Only one fob is provided so made it difficult sometimes if we were doing separate activities.

• Robert (10/5): Review by Robert from Merthyr Tydfil - The apartment manager Gianilugi was brilliant he couldn't do enough to help you. I would give him 100% rating. The apartment was near to the pool & pool bar. Only problem we had was we were only given 1 set of keys
• Nicola (6/5): Great location, very basic apartment, fine if your just using to sleep. - Location very good, complex was well kept, nice pool and bar area, satellite tv. Comfortable bed, kitchen had everything required, other than a toaster. Apartment in need of update, shower in desperate need of re sealing, floor would get extremely wet. Bedding floral and towels a burgundy colour bedding and towels should be white it gives the reassurance that they are clean. Electrics faulty, if you turned off a certain switch the electrics would blow.
• Bohm (10/5): Exceptional - I was greeted by the person who manages the apartment and he was amazing and couldn't do enough for us even to the extent that my friend left her passport at the apartment and the manager drove it to the airport for us..the pool bar was very good as well as the staff with nothing being a problem for them ever..I will definitely be going back to stay
• Joe (10/5): Beyond better than the pictures and description it was perfect. - The property was perfect, clean, fully furnished and extremely good value for money. The property manager was amazing too, when we locked ourselves out and left the key inside he came straight away to assist us and was extremely helpful and cheerful and seemed happy to help. I’ve never met such a helpful and friendly property owner. The pool is also very nice with a bar which is available most of the day and the whole premises feels very secure as it is high fenced all around and big gates to get into (impossible to get in without the key). I cannot knock this place I will definitely stay here again if we decide to go back to las americas. I can’t think of a single thing

• Simon (7/5): Great spot for a week away. Didn't do any cooking so can't really comment on the cooking facilities - It took ages to get through customs at the airport then we had to wait an hour for our shared coach to leave. The person in charge of looking after the property kept in touch via phone messages and was there to meet us even though we were nearly three hours later than the time we had arranged. He quickly showed us around and explained the different keys and asked if we had any questions. Very friendly and asked us to contact him if we needed anything. Make sure you take your own iron as the one in the property we stayed in 107 was covered in old burnt marks. We had a travel iron so didn't bother us. It says there is a toaster but in fact it is a toastie machine. Again didn't bother us or we would have contacted the person looking after the proprty.
