• Tony (9/5): Great value with every item you need for a comfortable stay - The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. It could do with curtains not just roller blinds. The shutter is okay but it needs curtains.

• Ruth (1/5): Experiencia muy negativa - La ubicación no estaba mal. Experiencia muy negativa. El alojamiento no cumple con condiciones básicas. Desde el primer día no había agua caliente y el problema nunca se solucionó durante toda la estancia. Nos cambiaron a otro apartamento que tampoco tenía agua caliente y además no estaba limpio ni preparado, teniendo que trasladar nosotros mismos sábanas y toallas. Lo más grave fue que posteriormente nos cambiaron otra vez de apartamento y el propietario movió todas nuestras pertenencias sin nuestro consentimiento de un apartamento a otro. Además, tras varios intentos fallidos de reparación, llegamos a quedarnos sin ducha, ni siquiera con agua fría. Hemos pasado la estancia pendientes de problemas, cambios y reparaciones sin solución, en lugar de poder disfrutar del viaje. Aunque hicieron un reembolso parcial del 50%, la experiencia ha sido inaceptable. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

• Elvis (5/5): - The location was good and the actual flat was nice and spacious The towels smelt like damp and mold and the tv was outdated and very slow also the mattress wasn't comfortable at all

• frederic (8/5): Noël a londres - L'emplacement est correcte proche metro et quartier calme. Cuisine correcte et robinetterie salle de bain au top. La vue dégagée sur le parc,, belle luminosité. Couettes et oreillers au top ! La porte d'immeuble ne se ferme pas et pas très propre (courriers qui traînent dans les escaliers) il Manquait 2 chaises pour s'asseoir pour manger, à 4 personnes c'est mieux ! Miroirs salle de bain trop petit. Manque d'étagère et un porte manteau. Manquait une serviette de douche ( 3 trop petites)

Travelling with our child, and the bed settee, although very easy to make up, wasn’t comfy to sleep on. The main bed in the bedroom however was fabulous, so flat is perfect for a couple.

• Holly (4/5): One nighter - Convenient for what we needed. Flat is nice if they spent time cleaning it. The sponge was disgusting. There was food still in the sink. The sink/drain smelt. The beds were rock hard. Cobwebs in corners. They made a triangle in a roll of toilet paper that maybe had a sheet left so we had to go out and purchase some which was inconvenient when usually hosts leave some! For the price, I’d probably advise people using that money on somewhere better!
• Willy (7/5): logement agréable dans un quartier calme malheureusement un peu éloigné des transports en commun - emplacement un peu éloigné des transports en commun, mais quartier agréable et calme en face d'un parc. (pas de bruit la nuit) la chambre séparée d'une cloison amovible est un plus. logement un peu plus spacieux que ce que nous avions imaginé L'entrée de l'immeuble (sale, courrier étalé dans les marches...) confort limité pour préparer à manger (casseroles, ...), pas de chaises pour être 4 personnes assises; donc repas pris assis par terre autour de la table basse. le 2ème lit est vraiment très peu confortable (trous, ressorts...) et pas large du tout. Et donc un appartement pour 2, voire pour 4 avec des enfants, mais pas pour 2 couples. nous avons dû passer un coup d'aspirateur à notre arrivée... Il n'avait clairement pas été passé avant notre arrivée...

• Katja-Riikka (6/5): OK budget flat close to everything. - Close to Farringdon tube> easy access to all destinations. During our stay it was hot in London, but this flat is towards North and did not get too hot even without A/C. More plates, knives and forks would help. Also a kitchen cloth and dish sponge would help in cleaning the dishes. Bad sound isolation.
• Sasha (9/5): Stayed for a birthday weekend and was perfect for 4 of us who wanted to be in the same room! There is also the option to - Lovely Flat once inside! Easy to find! Spacious and perfect for a weekend away in london!
• Matthew (1/5): Would not recommend - Good Location Not clean at all, when I walked in a mouse dropped on the floor. The place was unbelievably hot and smelled damp. Super dusty and not well looked after.

• Kelly (8/5): Perfectly adequate for our theatre break - The property was perfect for what we wanted, a bed and a bathroom for a long weekend in London. It's not far from the Barbican tube stop and this goes straight to Kings Cross, it's also on the circle so we had no issues for travel, we didn't use a bus. I got a message and a picture of the door for the apartment this was very useful, and the keys were in the lock box as expected. Check in was 3pm but I asked for early check in at 1pm and this was granted so always worth asking, the apartment is only very small and it's not fancy but it was clean and it had everything we wanted, the owners responded very quickly to any questions I had leading up to our stay. The apartment is on a main road although not overly busy it can be quite loud (I'm also not used to traffic), the windows however once shut block out a lot of noise. We used the bed and the sofa bed, the sofa bed was perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The shower was really powerful and we all commented on how good that was. My only thought was there was the sofa and a bar stool but no other chairs even a fold up one, again, we weren't in the apartment much so not a huge problem, around the area we visited a couple of breakfast spots and the local shop. All in all for our short stay and not much knowledge of London or the surrounding area it was a great place to stay. Also just to note we used the kettle and fridge so can't comment on any other electrical items, ie cooker and TV.
