• Monika (7/5): - The standard, the communication, the location, everything was absolutely fantastic. We found 2 huge cockroaches. 1 could be an accident, 2 is a pattern. I almost feel bad pointing it out, but if I was reading the comments, it's a thing I'd like to find.

• Federico (9/5): - Appartamento molto moderno e funzionale. Al nostro arrivo era tutto pulito e funzionante, ad eccezione del doccino per il bidet (che putroppo avevano rotto gli ospiti precedenti). L'host è stato estremamente gentile e ha risposto immediatamente a qualsiasi dubbio o problema abbiamo avuto. Ottima la zona, tranquilla anche di sera, dotata di vari negozi di alimentari e diversi ristoranti. Intorno all'appartamento ci sono inoltre vari autobus e la metro a 10 minuti di camminata di distanza, quindi anche visitare le zone più lontane non è un problema. L'unico aspetto negativo riscontrato è stato il tavolino del terrazzino esterno non pulitissimo ma non è stato assolutamente un problema.
• Defnay (7/5): Appartement top - L'appartement est vraiment propre et bien équipé. Il y a tout les éléments dont on a besoin. La salle de bain, la chambre au top. Dommage que le sèche-linge ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a tout à proximité, la boulangerie, un magasin pour faire ses courses, et même un arrêt de bus : ligne 057. Le matin, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, on a demandé à l'hôte qui nous a expliqué , qu'il fallait l'activité manuellement. Au début, pour accéder à la station de métro, on a fait tout un détour, dommage que cela n'était pas expliqué dès le début, il faut passer directement par la gare pour accéder à la rue de l'appartement, cela est plus rapide. Il manque peut-être une table basse, mais rien de grave.

Пространство идеально подойдёт для комфортного проживания 2–3 человек. Здесь предусмотрено абсолютно всё — от специй на кухне до зонта на случай дождя. Хозяин отвечает на сообщения мгновенно, что делает общение максимально удобным. В шаговой доступности расположены кафе, рестораны, супермаркет и аптека. Всего 8 минут пешком — и вы на центральном железнодорожном вокзале и станции метро. А если любите прогулки, то за 25–30 минут можно дойти до главных достопримечательностей Афин. Рекомендую эти апартаменты — вы точно не пожалеете о своём выборе. Отдельная благодарность Никите за оперативность и отзывчивость: он любезно отправил по почте куртку, которую мы случайно забыли после отъезда. -
• Isidora (9/5): A lovely apartment for a short stay in Athens! - The apartment is exactly as in the photos – spacious, modern, with great lighting and a huge bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge upon our arrival. The location is convenient: a small market nearby, quiet neighborhood, the metro just down the street, and about a 25–30 minute walk to the city center. One small downside is that although there are two TVs, local channels aren’t available (only Netflix/YouTube), which might matter if you want to follow local programs or sports. Also, the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so it doesn’t always cool the living room, especially when cooking. We stayed in early September when the temperatures were fine, but during hotter days this could be a challenge.
• Joyce (9/5): Comfortable stay overall. - The rooms are very clean. There is also an umbrella in the property. The whole design and decoration of each rooms are cozy and comfortable to make me feel home. The dryer machine is not functioning and the outlet inside the bathroom is not working so I couldn’t use the hair dryer in the bathroom. It’s impossible to leave your luggage on the property before checking in or after checking out. It’s a little but challenging for us to find the apartment location.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautifully-renovated apartment (lots of gleaming marble) close to the main railway station and metro. Very clean. Down the block to a local restaurant and pastry/ice cream shop. Nikita will answer any questions promptly. No live TV, but 2 TV's. It wasn't a problem for us. Absolutely nothing else.

A special shout out to Nikita, who was a tremendous host - we forgot one of our items when checking out, but he held onto it and met us to give it back when we came back through Athens a couple of days after.

The shower was perfect, the washing machine was working, air con in the room and complete kitchen. We used mainly taxi and bus to get around and it was very central. Nikita is a great host. Highly recommend it and would stay there again. Nothing.

Also, the host was pretty aware of any concern and help. The mattress itself was comfortable, but the bed, constructed from metal, was somewhat uncomfortable and produced some instability and noise.

We had been travelling for weeks and really wanted to get some laundry done during our one night stay. But we couldn’t get the dryer to turn on and when inquired, was informed it was broken and needed to be fixed. A heads up before the stay would have been nice

• Stephen (10/5): It is a peaceful oasis admidst the buzz of Athens - We bought our breakfast ingredients at the corner store and prepared it in the apartment every morning. We loved the restaurant across the street. It was fantastic and the owner was very welcoming. There are several patisseries and bakeries just meters from the front door. The transport via rail and bus is very convenient. We walked into the center of Athens in just 20 minutes. We also walked to the Acropolis and environs, a mere 2.5km’s. There are many cafes located by a small isolated park 100m away, where locals dine and children played. Truly othing to dislike
