- Sirja (9/5): Rauhallinen, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu lomapaikka ihanalla allasalueella ❤️ - Asunto oli juuri kuten kuvissa ja viestiminen sujuvaa, palvelu ystävällistä. Sijainti oli loistava, allasalue ihana, lähellä on taksitolppa ja kauppa, rantaan on lyhyt kävelymatka. Palm-Mar on mukavan rauhallinen alue. Naapurit olivat ystävällisiä ja paikka rauhallinen, mutta kuudesta yöstä yhtenä naapurit bilettivät myöhään yöhön.
- Isabelle (2/5): - La piscine Le canapé, car mon compagnon y a dormi 4 nuits! Le lit était inconfortable, sale, hors taille standard (120cm) et inadapté à la location. Il a fallu batailler pendant 4 jours pour que le lit soit changé. Le nouveau est confortable mais encore trop petit pour un couple ! Les oreillers sont de piètre qualité. L'appartement est extrêmement sonore, avec un environnement non adapté à la location saisonnière ( personne dans l'appartement au-dessus qui est sans arrêt à faire du bruit, déplace les meubles, et qui la nuit, ronfle comme un sonneur. Vous n' avez donc jamais de repos. Le locataire du dessous écoute la TV dehors, sa terrasse ressemble à une jungle. Ça sent l'herbe dès tôt le matin !) Aucune isolation sonore. Très mauvaise construction pour une résidence récente ! L' appartement est très sombre. Les toilettes sont déglinguées avec un seul abattant pour enfants ! La résidence n' est pas dédiée à la location de vacances. C'est une résidence senior pour retraités étrangers. Il y a un groupe de 3 couples flamands qui régissent la piscine et qui perturbent la quiétude des lieux ! Difficile de profiter de la piscine l' après midi ! Palm-mar est une ville nouvelle sans âme, sans intérêt. Rien de traditionnel, pas de locaux qui vivent dans cet endroit. Seulement des belges, hollandais et une petite communauté de britanniques.

The pool is large and well-maintained. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The location is a great starting point for exploring the island, though we highly recommend renting a car. There is also market nearby. We will definitely come back!

Very very clean apartment, well equipped and well positioned. The pool was cold because the outside temp was not so high, but the views are amazing. Thank you Ana!!!
