Все в пешей доступности Чистота, наличие всех нужных бытовых предметов ( стиральная машинка, индукционная плита, чайник, кофе машинка, холодильник, микроволновая печь)

• Stacy (9/5): Ideal couples’ getaway stay! - Location is conveniently close to city centre and bus/train station. Bed was comfy, though low ceiling at the top room so mind your head. Kitchen area provided every utensil and pot needed. Was exactly what we were looking for a short stay. The handle on the main building’s front door was broken off on our last day, and slight matter trying to get out. But was sorted by host speedily.

• Julien (10/5): Great place to stay, would book again - Quiet, comfy place with nice decorations and a lot of equipment. We cooked every day and it had all the facilities we needed. Very close to the train station, which also has a bus stop from the airport. Some kind of sofa or a possibility to move the TV so you could at least watch from the bed would be nice, especially in Winter when the days aren‘t that long.

• Anthony (8/5): Perfect first trip to Alicante! Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, nicer accommodation - Very spacious and had everything you could need. The host was attentive and provided recommendations for the city. There wasn’t many towels however, we did not ask the host about this therefore there could have been more if we asked for them.

• Libor (9/5): Spokojnosť - Veľmi príjemný, priestranný apartmán nachádzajúci sa blízko železničnej stanice. Všade čisto, všetko potrebné bolo k dispozícii. V blízkosti je obchod, kaviarne aj možnosti stravovania. Jednoduché spojenie s letiskom priamym autobusom, v blízkosti stanice sú aj odkladacie skrinky. Apartmán nie je úplne v centre, ale do centra alebo prístavu sa dá dostať peši alebo autobusom. Všetko bolo ok, apartmán zodpovedá popisu.

• Milica (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s nice that there are options for both softer and firmer pillows. The location is fine, a bit outside the city center. The street is fairly quiet even though the apartment is on the ground floor. The host was kind and helpful. The stairs to the upper bed are not the most practical and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues or for older guests, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

• Bose (9/5): I will be back! - So convenient to the train station- 5 minute walk. I felt very safe in the location and was able to walk to many locations. I will definitely consider staying again. Lots of conveniences provided. It might be nice to be able to have a couple coffee pods to start off with since the Mercado was closed when I arrived.

• Mažuolienė (10/5): We recommend this flat - Perfect for our trip. Our goal was to travel around Alicante with local transport and the flat is very close to the train station and close to the metro. The flat is just what it says it is. We found all that we needed and had a very comfortable stay. Somebody said the stairs are loose. Stairs are very firmly fixed, only small and rather steep. I had no problems with them but have that in mind for those who have difficulty climbing.

Very handy , enough closed space. Enough electricity outleds. Big refrigirator. The host was very nice and kind. We got suggestions for restaurants. Wifi was perfect. Great appartment in a great location. I would love to have a comfortable chair to sit in. The staircase is a bit tricky. I will not call it dangerous but you have to be carefull going up and down. The tv is very big. In my opinion, a small tv would also be fine.

• Sander (8/5): Quirky stay close to everything - Close to everything. Quirky layout including a sleeping loft. Only thing missing is a comfy sofa or seat to relax in but we used the second bedroom for that instead.

• Denise (9/5): Fabulous apartment in Alicante!! - Good friendly communication. The apartment had everything we needed. Great shower. Good location for us, near the bus and train station. We walked to the harbour in 15 minutes. We would stay here again! The stair case to the upper bedroom was a little flimsy. My daughter found it ok but I would feel to unsteady. The downstairs bedroom was great.

• Elena (10/5): Cozy and unique place. The host is fantastic. - The apartment is so cozy! It’s quiet and it makes you feel comfy like a home away from home. The kitchen has everything you need and everything is spotlessly clean. The AC is great to have because it was hot in evenings sometimes. We slept great. Mercadona is awesome supermarket nearby. ( you can buy there everything you need)
• Lolita (10/5): Perfect place for our workation! - I love to stay in places that are like a real apartment and have everything you need, from laundry detergent to coffee, spices and trashbags and so on. The WIFI is amazing and both of us managed to video call at the same time with no issues! I recommend this place to everyone! But if you should encounter anything you don't like, the host is available and gets back to you super quick, so no worries at all. Nothing.
