• Dina (8/5): I recommend this accommodation. - The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the beach. There is a jacuzzi and a pool in the yard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a great bakery near the accommodation! I recommend the cheesecake.
• KWT (8/5): High standard at a fair price. Friendly and caring owners. - Very good location with just under 250 meters walking distance to a nice and shallow, child-friendly beach. Conversely, it is a short walk to a nearby pub, as well as a well-stocked bakery, with generous opening hours. Along the same main street there is everything for food, necessities and several reasonably priced restaurants. The house contains all modern equipment, especially in the kitchen. The back of the house houses a pool, sun loungers and a jacuzzi. Breakfast in the sun is best served on the terrace at the front of the house. With the exception of the stairs inside the house, the property is suitable and safe for children. The inside stairs between the floors make the property unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The surroundings are nice and clean. There is a beach very close. It takes only a few minutes to go to the bakery or to the restaurant. Nothing

The frontal yard has morning sun , and yard behind the house the One with pool- the sun during the day and afternoon. Perfect! There is nothing not to like.

• Sam (10/5): Fantastic, would recommend to everyone. - Property was clean when we arrived, nice welcome basket of coffee. Location was amazing, 2 min walk for the beach, 5 min walk to the bakery which is 24hours. Karen and Clive had sent over a welcome pack before we arrived, and were quick to reply whenever we had a question. Slight issue with the back door catching was quickly resolved the following day! Would recommend this to anyone. Pool area shaded till about midday in August, then had the sun all afternoon. Enough umbrellas to create shade. BBQ area was great and had traditional Cypriot BBQ and Skewers. Nothing we didn’t like- If I’m being really picky, could have had a dishwasher! Also- it didn’t bother us, if you’re not a fan of loud music, there was a music festival type event at Ayia Triada beach 2 nights while we stayed but music was stopped by midnight, so you might want to check Music Elements events calendar.

• Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - Lemon Tree Villa is in a great location just a 1 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The villa was exceptionally clean and had eveything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay - pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, wi-fi and TV with BT and Sky. It's tastefully decorated and has a great walk-in shower. There are a number of eating and seating areas around the villa and great views from the balcony. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. In fact we arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and were able to get provisions and even a take-out meal at that time from the 24-hour bakery. Communication with the owners was great and they provided us with lots of helpful information. Everything was great. Just didn't want to leave and wished we had booked longer!

• Ilze (9/5): Comfortable stay - Very comfortable house with all basic needs. Perfect stay for family with 2 kids. Pool, hot tub, close to the sea, wonderful sunrises etc. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and had prepared very comprehensive information about the house and the surrounding area. This was very helpful. Thank you! I don't know what it depends on, but the pressure in the shower was very low and it was really hard to wash. The cleanliness of the terrace could be improved.
• Jane (10/5): Relaxing Lovely Villa with everything you need - We really liked the Location, Pool Spa and outdoor areas and the cleanliness of the Villa. It had everything we needed and the local Bakery had fabulous cakes and coffee ( just like Australian coffee 😀) all the local restaurants that were recommended by the owners were great too. We did hire a car which we found very handy. We would absolutely stay here again We can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Even my 19 year old had absolutely no complaints!
• Aki (9/5): Winter holiday in Cyprus - The location was really good. It was a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and the nearest restaurant. The villa was clean and the small backyard was really cozy. The villa's kitchen equipment was otherwise good, but as a big coffee lover, I missed a coffee maker. In the winter time, the hot jacuzzi was a great addition when the pool was a bit chilly. The lack of a coffee maker was a little disappointing, but I could live with instant coffee for a week. 😊
• Lesia (10/5): Great stay close to the sea - The location is amazing - one minute walk to Agia Triada beach, 5 minutes walk to Zorbas bakery and about 5 minutes by car to Metro supermarket. Lemon Tree Villa has everything you need for the great relaxing holiday with your family/ friends close to the sea. We enjoyed it a lot.

Extremely clean and maintained. could not fault anything with the villa. The owners were lovely and easy to contact. We would 100% recommend to stay here. Nothing that we did not like with the villa or location.
