- Marcelo (9/5): Muito bom. Pretendo voltar. - A localização do imóvel é muito boa. A vista da varanda é linda. A região é super tranquila, sem barulhos nem música alta. A unidade possui todas as comodidades (utensílios, eletrodomésticos, enxoval de cama, mesa e banho) necessárias. Os aparelhos de ar condicionados resfriam bem. No banheiro não se dispõe de local para saboneteira ou ganchos para estender toalhas ou roupas. Como a porta do box não é inteira, o banheiro fica bem molhado após o banho. Como o quarto é acessado por uma porta que dá acesso direto ao jardim, quando chove a água entra no quarto, apesar de haver uma borracha na base da porta que em tese deveria impedir isto de acontecer. A piscina tem algumas deficiências, como a falta de um sistema de filtração, falhas no revestimento e provavelmente está com infiltração, pois o nível de água sempre caía de um dia para o outro. Uma boa opção seria dispor de armadores de rede na varanda. Talvez pela época do ano em que fomos, mas durante a manhã havia uma alta quantidade de moscas na varanda. Vá preparado para uma região onde não há comércio próximo (supermercado, padarias, farmácias, restaurantes, etc.)
