• Christos99 (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν φουλ κέντρο κοντά σε μαγαζιά κ μέτρο κ λεωφορεία, ήταν ήσυχα κ τέλεια τοποθεσία. Η τουαλέτα ήταν πολύ στενή κ δεν χωραγες εύκολα, δεν είχε μπαλκόνι ούτε ψυγειακι και το δωμάτιο δεν είχε να αφήσεις να ακουμπήσεις πράγματα.

• Georgette (5/5): - I had to pay a €100 deposit for possible damages during my stay. I was told it would be refunded on the day of check-out, but due to an issue on their side, the transaction was blocked by my bank. Instead of solving the problem themselves or offering an alternative refund method, the staff told me that I should contact my bank and resolve it on my own before they could return my money. I find it unacceptable that guests are expected to spend their own time fixing mistakes that were not their responsibility. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Sanırım gece resepsiyonda kimse olmuyor ancak biz bir sorun yaşamadık. WhatsApp üzerinden hızlıca yardımcı oluyorlar. Konum çok merkezi olduğu için gece biraz ses oldu ancak biz rahatsız olmadık. Madrid’e tekrar geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer burası.

• Elisabeth Cortes (1/5): Atención pésima - Nada Nos quedamos tirados dirección Madrid con el coche, nos salió posible rotura de motor , habíamos hecho la reserva 15 minutos antes de que esto sucediera. En cuanto pasó llamamos al hotel para ver qué posibilidades había , tanto de cambio de fecha para unos pocos días después o devolución del dinero, nos dijeron que ninguna de las opciones era posible , siendo que booking nos dijo que sí que lo podían devolver pero el hotel debía dar el okey . Atención pésima .

• Jacques (4/5): Bon emplacement mais c'est tout!!! - L'emplacement proche de tout Très mauvaise insonorisation aussi bien en interne que vers l'extérieur. Environnement très bruyant, il aurait donc fallu soigner l'insonorisation ce qui n'est pas le cas. Nous utilisons une chambre pour dormir et là c'est malheureusement impossible!! Salle de bain ridiculement petite 2m2, absence de coffre et de réfrigérateur.

• Eli Kant (10/5): Uno splendido soggiorno - Struttura ottima. Personale gentilissimo, professionale e efficiente nel risolvere qualsiasi necessità. Ottima posizione per visitare la città, ma anche per tutti i locali che si trovano nelle vicinanze per cene ed aperitivi. Consigliata anche la colazione nella struttura convenzionata, con una vasta scelta di prodotti di ottima qualità.
• RossanaMonte (7/5): - Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla Gran Via. Abbiamo girato sempre a piedi, senza mai prendere i mezzi pubblici, raggiungendo con facilità tutti i punti di interesse. Tornerei in questo posto La doccia aveva solo un grande soffione in alto che rendeva veramente difficile farsi una doccia senza lavarsi i capelli, soprattutto al bambino. Esisteva l'attacco per il soffione mobile, ma è stato tolto. Per una donna, è decisamente fastidioso.

La cama muy cómoda y en general muy bien equipado. Tiene secador, tetera en recepción si lo necesita, también una pequeña neverita donde pudimos dejar la comida de la bebé. La ubicación perfecta y el parking a 5 min del apartamento y con un precio muy asequible. La atención de Israel de 10 y de su compañera por la mañana también. Muchas gracias por todo.

• Ylenia (9/5): Excelente hostal - Cama muy amplia y comodísima, habitación limpia y perfecta para pasar un fin de semana de escapada en Madrid. Ubicación ideal en pleno centro y con acceso inmediato a una gran oferta de restauración, ocio y comercio. Disponibilidad de autocheck-in, ideal! Sin una para repetir. Todo estupendo, aunque por añadir algo eché en falta un poco de espacio disponible en el baño para ubicar los artículos personales de aseo.

Шум від інших гостей, хоча було попередження про тиху годину, дуже чутно шум в коридорі та за стіною, було враження що я не сама в номері, дуже тривожно. Також при заселенні попросила змінити постільну білизну, була брудна. Врахували моє побажання щодо вікон у внутрішній двір - я думала буде менше шуму. Але не можливо відкрити вікна- працюють витяжки і запах з них. Також кондиціонер в номері потребує чистки - має запах при ввімкненні.

Muy antiguo todo, no parece como en las fotos. Además olía a humedad. El baño es pequeño y no cierra bien la mampara de la ducha.

• Lais Yael (10/5): La mejor ubicación y de los mejores precios del centro de Madrid - La ubicación es un 10. La habitación, aunque sencilla, es muy cómoda. La cama es una nube, comodísima. No se escucha nada del resto del edificio. En esta misma calle hay varios Hostels con mejores precios en las habitaciones individuales, y con mejores calidades. No hay espejo de cuerpo entero.
