• Mario (8/5): Top Lage für kurzen Stadtbesuch. - 3 Minuten zur Altstadt. Grosse Dachterasse. Sicherer Tiefgaragenplatz, eng aber hoch. Ausstattung komplett. Ungeziefer in der Küche und unterem Bad.
• Kathryn (7/5): Decent location but expensive for what you get - Clean and decent location. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Despite being on a small street the windows were really thin and we were awoken several times from street noise. Also very high price for the property, especially given that it is outside the tourist center and the apartment has not been renovated in some time. For about half the price I would say this would be decent value for the money but we paid over $300 a night and it just basic accommodation which is way too high for Spain.

Cómo sugerencia, pondría algún sillón más en el salón o sofá más amplio.

• Ainara (8/5): - Hemos viajado con una perrita y una bebé. Cama y cuenco para la perrita y cuna para la bebé. Tiene de todo, no hace falta de nada. Muy buena ubicación, Raquel muy atenta en todo momento, te hace recomendaciones y son muy acertadas, hemos pasado una muy buena estancia.

Parkplatz in Parkgarage (ausreichend hoch auch mit SUV und Dachzelt 2,15m) vorhanden, etwas eng für große Autos aber machbar.

È curato nei minimi dettagli e non manca assolutamente nulla: ogni ambiente è pensato per garantire comfort e praticità. La pulizia è impeccabile. Particolarmente comodo è il materasso e il condominio silenzioso. Molto apprezzato anche il parcheggio privato. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, ideale per visitare la città senza dover utilizzare l’auto. Infine, attento anche agli ospiti a quattro zampe Un soggiorno perfetto: ci ritorneremmo sicuramente! nulla
• Fenna (9/5): Heel mooi en royaal appartement . - De ligging t.o.v. het centrum van Cordoba . De duidelijke instructies, het contact met Maria en de hygiene . De bediening van de CV/airco was niet zo duidelijk. Een nacht te koud, een nacht te warm. De parkeertag werkte niet, vlakbij het huis is een groot parkeerterrein waar je gratis mag staan. Geen aanrader want onze auto bleek bij vertrek te zijn opengebroken. We hadden niets achtergelaten dus de Schade bleef beperkt.

También tuvieron detalles como desayuno, cervezas en el frigorífico y el obsequio de una botella de vino blanco. Muchísimas gracias por todo, repetiremos para una mayor estancia!!!!

(10/5): - La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien en este alojamiento y nos han encantado todos los detalles que tenía y que habia dejado La cama de matrimonio era un poco pequeña para dos personas y las almohadas eran muy espesas y duras. También nos habría gustado darnos un baño pero la bañera no tenía tapón!
• Alex (9/5): - Uitstekende locatie. Groot appartement en schoon. Parkeergarage in de zelfde straat. Alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een dak terras. Kleine badkamer voor z,n groot appartement. Ingang zit aan appartement 1 en 2 vast. Deze heeft twee deuren. Bij dicht doen hoor je dat behoorlijk. Ook in de woonkamer, ramen zijn niet geluidsdicht. Keuken zit geen verwarming.

• Georg (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut top. Kostenfreies Parken kein Problem. Die Ausstattung war gut und so konnte man sich wohlfühlen.
• Thiago Augusto (10/5): Melhor que um hotel cinco estrelas estrelas! - Super bem localizado. Basta uma caminhada de menos de 10min e você já está na porta da Mesquita Catedral. Estacionamento coberto incluído (fica a poucos passos da propriedade). Ótima comunicação, as mensagens eram recebidas muito rapidamente. Os anfitriões ainda foram super gentis de nos deixar alguns lanches para o café da manhã. Para a nossa bebezinha, o lugar foi excepcional, pois o quarto era escuro e silencioso.
• Susan (10/5): A short stay in Cordoba - It is a beautiful Spanish house near the centre of Cordoba, and just minutes from the river and Roman bridge. The hosts left us cold drinks and milk, and provided excellent instructions for everything. Communication was super and the house was easy to find. The facilities were excellent in every respect and this house was beyond perfect! Nothing. Everything was lovely.

• Maude (9/5): Superbe séjour. - J’ai adoré le cachet de l’appartement avec sa terrasse sur le toit. Il y a beaucoup de marche qui rend l’appartement difficile d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais tellement beau. L’appartement est également très bien situé, soit près du pont romain rendant accessible le centre touristique de cordoba. Moins bien insonorisé mais quartier très tranquille, donc peu de bruit.

• Pilar (10/5): Séjour à Cordoba - Nous avons apprécié la proximité des lieux culturels de la ville de Cordoue. L'appartement est accueillant et bien équipé. La cuisine a un four et une machine à laver c'est top. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons profité des fêtes du quartier qui proposait des soirées flamenco (élèves des meilleures écoles de flamenco de Cordoue) de très belles prestations tout près de l'appartement. Merci à Raquel qui est très impliquée au confort de ses locataires et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Cordoba tout à été parfait.

• Penelope (9/5): Very nice apartment close to the sites of Cordoba - The apartment was easy to find with GPS and parking was available outside. The apartment was very nice, spacious and comfortable. We could walk easily to the bridge and into town. There was a great locals restaurant just down the road and round the corner, Los Romerillos, which serves excellent food. We had to wait in 40 degree heat for the handover of the keys which wasn't optimal. Apartments of this kind can be very noisy and there was some kind of work going on well into the night within the apartment building which kept us awake on the last night.

• Sylvia (10/5): Fantastic house with a great location for visiting Córdoba! - The location was fantastic for easy access to the main historic sites. We parked our car and didn’t use it until we were leaving. So handy to have two bathrooms! We loved the rooftop terrace to relax and eat our breakfast. The kitchen was equipped for everything and we loved the snacks provided by the host. It was quiet and the A/C worked very well! Nothing! Just wish we could have stayed longer’

Staff super friendly and helpful. Responding quickly on all questions and feeling very sorry for the inconvenience due to the historical power outage that hit Spain. They arranged drinks and snacks for us. We loved the rooftop with view and cover against the sun. N.a.

• Mihai (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located near the historic center of the city—just across the Guadalquivir River—very close to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is only a 7-minute walk to the Mezquita. There is a small grocery store (supermercado) just a two-minute walk away, offering excellent fresh fruits. Parking is available in a nearby building (a one-minute walk), but it is very narrow and only suitable for small cars (we had a Hyundai Kona). Anything larger may not fit. The apartment is spacious and ideal for a family of four (two parents and two teenagers—a boy and a girl). It has a large living room with an open kitchen and three bedrooms, making it perfect for a family of this size. On the top floor, there is a nice, small terrace with a view of the Mezquita. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and refrigerator. A nice touch from the hosts was providing a small cleaning kit for washing dishes, as well as a few coffee pods and tea bags for guests. The apartment has two bathrooms, each with a toilet—only one of them has a shower. It also includes a washing machine. We were welcomed by a young and friendly lady. It was a lovely gesture to find two bottles of water and four juices in the fridge. Price - quality balance was ok. Overall - a good choice for a family of 4 with a car. -

• Gordon (10/5): Exceptional - Parking and the free use of garage space was one of the reasons we chose it plus location. The nearness to the sights of interest, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist packed streets made it ideal. Just a 10 minute walk from the centre plus local shops meant we didn't use our car at all.

We would recommend it No dishwasher, however, for us, that didn't really matter.
