• Mai (7/5): - Very lovely location, with great amenities! Perfect for a group trip with family and friends :) There were many bugs in the bedrooms, particularly on the beds in which some of us got bitten every night. The towels also had stains so we bought our own and the Jacuzzi wasn’t clean.

• Charlotte (8/5): Gorgeous villa in a quite location - Gorgeous villa with nice touches such as hot tub, bar area, pool being heated and top terrace. Main centre was 25min walk or 6min taxi for €3/4 absolutely worth it. Nice and quiet location. The villa is very spacious & lovely for a family get together. Couldn’t work the oven no manual & wasn’t sure if it was faulty as the fan wasn’t turning at the back we did message & they said they would call round but never did so we wasted a lot of food what was for the oven as it didn’t cook it.

• Katie (10/5): - Absolutely stunning place! Everything about our stay was incredible. Whenever we spoke to the hosts, they were also so lovely! Pool was amazing, hot tub just topped it off for us, and the air con in all rooms was so powerful it was perfect. 10/10 and would love to come back in the future, can’t fault it.
• Guest (6/5): Lovely villa, poor communication by owners. - Lovely property, very clean, pool immaculate. What could be a 10/10 holiday is unfortunately not due to poor communication, no shows and ignored messages. Owner was not at the property to meet us as they stated in messages. After emailing the owner we were given the key code, we finally got into the property just before 10pm, over an hour after arriving there. We were promised a visit on the first day by Gabriel, to go over facilities at the villa, we waited in but he never arrived. No call, no response to messages or emails, there was no written information at all at the villa.

• Rimma (10/5): Beautiful villa - Our family recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the spacious layout, modern amenities, and the gorgeous private pool that became the highlight of our vacation.

• Tommy (9/5): Superb - The pool & Bar 🍺 Comfy beds, Jacuzzi was lovely too, oh and the hammock. There are some small items that could be added to the kitchen, smaller bowls like cereal bowls, a whisk, wooden spoon, scissors, more nice glasses for wine, beer and cocktails.

• Nicola (10/5): Perfect, we will return. - The best villa we've ever stayed in. It had everything and more that we could have wished for. Very luxurious, beautifully presented and extremely well stocked. The pool was divine and warm, the jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus and the mini golf was an unexpected surprise - lots of fun! We cooked fresh fish on the BBQ, which was incredible and played cards on the card table (thank you for supplying them). The outdoor speaker was amazing and really made sunbathing enjoyable. We will definitely return.
• Mundy (8/5): Excellent and would stay again - Villa was clean and very spacious ,pool was lovely and big ,hot tub didn’t work but Gabriel came round and fixed it straight away .Amazing view from roof top. There wasn’t any information about the villa how to work anything and there wasn’t any leaflets about what’s on in the area.
• Lynsey (10/5): Exceptional - Villa Olive was exceptionally beautiful we have stayed in many villas but this one was far beyond our expectations. With areas for the whole family we particularly enjoyed the heated pool. We could not find anything not to enjoy about this villa perfect walking distance into town. Only minor would be to add curtain or blinds to bedrooms as very light in the morning but we could deal with that x
• Ann (9/5): Lovley family holiday in a lovley villa - We had a lovley time at Villa olive tree . The villa has everything you need for you stay, we loved the big open plan kitchen and the pool is fantastic , great size and also heated . We had a few minor issues during our stay but was dealt with between Paul and Gabriel , unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work properly when we were there but that was just bad luck, I was surprised there wasn’t a book with all the local information but Paul assured me they are looking into that , it would definitely be a great asset , would we stay again , most definitely
• Daniels (10/5): The best Villa to stay - Villa Olive Tree was just amazing, we loved every minute of our stay. Such a super spacious Villa with everything we needed. Super clean and comfy. We loved it so much we have booked for next year and can't wait to return to see the beautiful views and get back in the lovely swimming pool.. The host and staff were great and at the end of the phone should any problem arise. The walk to town was a nice easy walk and in the evenings we got cabs back which were plentiful. Having to go home☹

• Marek (10/5): Lovely decor villa with splendid pool and jacuzzi - Villa is very spacious, has nice decor, great pool with heated water (which was important as during our stay it was very windy and was getting chilly), nice jacuzzi. Mini golf was a nice add on - we had fun although it’s only four wholes;) Villa is located on a district some 2,5 km to any sort of social life. It is not a detached building, but neighboring with other building on both sides - which sometimes causes the effect of staying in the apartment (especially when neighbors were gettting noisy in the evenings).
• Alan (8/5): Great - Facilities were excellent for a rental (more mugs though), pool was really warm, lots of catering stuff, and everything worked. The bedrooms were unusual, one without any natural light, only aircon, a bathroom with no opening window, and the bedframes were too chunky for the size of the rooms. BUT this is nitpicking. It really is a great place for a stay indoors holiday otherwise a car is a must.

We have stayed in a variety of properties and hotels in Playa Blanca and this was simply the best ! - It was spacious, very comfortable private and had everything you needed to be able to relax and enjoy your holiday - the perfect party house for 3-4 couples or house to gather together as family!! Pool - hot tub and even a 3 hole course putting green! The location of the property being slightly out of Playa Blanca / Marina Rubicon c5mins in a car Or by electric Scooter of which there always some available at the the end of the street to hire was also preferable for us. The 25-35 min walk to town or the beach in the hot sun is not that attractive so would definitely recommend you have a car or use scooters if you’re a family or large group Overall the property was perfect- there are a few very minor maintenance things that need to be taken car off - outside pool light needs connecting and a couple of the umbrellas need fixing too. The only flaw was the aircon unit in the main bedroom was very noisy and even when totally switched off made noises every 30mins - the property manager Miguel was superb and I am sure will get these little things fixed - a recommendation would be to have a basic instruction sheet of how to use certain things in the property- a little surprised there was not one.

• Craig (10/5): Fantastic villa. Deffo reccomend - Villa was just perfect. Mderb spacious and the beer tap was just icing on the cake Only improvements I'd recommend is I'd have loved to see a pool table or table tennis table instead of the mini golf however that was great in itself. Also the pool is t very secure with little ones as it's not gated and my 2 year old fell in fully clothed so if travelling with children up to 3 or children who can't swim then you need to have your eyes on them all the time.
• Derek (10/5): Exceptional - A home away from home, the villa was exceptional. So spacious, clean, comfortable and modern, it had everything we could have asked for. The heated pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. Nothing.

The pool was a good size and the additional jacuzzi was great for the evenings when it gets a bit chilly . Over all it felt luxurious and tranquil. Highly recommend a stay at the villa olive tree . My only recommendation would be for a safety deposit box to be installed at the villa
• Suzanne (10/5): Luxurious Villa - Extremely spacious, wonderfully private and relaxing. Two bedrooms had en-suite facilities and a lovely large shower in another bathroom serviced the other two bedrooms. There was even a further toilet in the laundry next to the pool/ sports bar. All scrupulously clean. Well equipped, lots of bedding, towels, some beach ones too, plus washing machine, dryer, iron, powerful hairdryer, microwave, 2 fridges and freezers. Plenty of cleaning materials, hand soaps, washer tablets etc. Previous guests have left a good selection of spices and Gins to sample! Alarm to switch on too if required and we requested batteries be removed in the external cameras for privacy naturally and covered the kitchen/ lounge internal cameras too during our stay which was allowed. Wi-Fi has extenders and worked really well by the pool too. Great location. Taxis available to call from villa or approx 10 mins drive to Marina Rubicon, lots of parking & taxis there too. Very comfortable beds, air con in each room with individual controls. The beautiful weather, no rain and lovely breeze meant no mosquitos evident at all, so outdoor living till late was perfect. Large deep heated pool with fabulous multicoloured solar lights and easy rolling cover to close off a night to maintain heat. Lovely large hot tub with solar lights. Both cleaned and treated each Friday and Tuesday. The hot tub was emptied and refilled too during our stay which was reassuring. Equipped with bar, music speaker and sports TV next to the BBQ & games table area. Keg of beer can be purchased too. The agent sent the exact Villa location directions on landing which was really useful as we rented a car from airport. He met us at the villa on arrival, allowed early check in and was contactable with any queries throughout. Total luxury! It was perfect!
• Katie (10/5): We will definitely be returning back! This was our first time to Lanzarote with our 9-month old baby. The moment we arri - What a beautiful place! It looks exactly like the pictures but even better!! Paul (the owner of the property) was amazing during our stay, he set up a cot, provided baby amenities and if we had any questions he would reply back to us straight away. The Villa isn’t too far from the beach, shops and bars. 15 min walk to the beach, 30 min walk to Marina Rubicon, 30 mins to other restaurants/bars. Or you can get a taxi which is 3 euros and takes 5 mins to the centre. Nothing! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
• Evelyn265 (10/5): Family Stay June 2023 - Family travelled with two children and grandparents. Villa Olive Tree is just perfect. So relaxing ..a home from home. Spacious ,clean, modern and cosy all in one. Decor was gorgeous. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We never wanted for anything during our stay.. plentiful bed linen, towels , kitchen essentials , crockery everything! Beautiful pool area and fabulous views of the mountains especially from the rooftop. Lovely quiet safe area. Hot tub , outside bar and TVs and very comfy sunbeds ! Pool towels also available . Large table for eating in dining area but also table outside if you feel like eating al fresco. Paul was very helpful with information and met us in person arriving and also when leaving was a very nice personal touch. We can't wait to revisit 💓. That we had to go home !
