• Reinhard (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. In der Nähe ist dm und ein Bäcker, ein Aldi ist den Berg hoch in der Nähe. Ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es ist für reine Übernachtung ausgelegt, für kleidung war nur ein kleiner Plastik Schrank. Alles etwas älter, rollstuhl Fahrer können den steilen Bereich zwischen Straße und Haustür nicht alleine bewältigen, zu steil.

• Jan (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, mann kamm überall schnell hin. Das die Wohnung genau an eine viel befahrene Straße war und mann jedes Auto gehört hat was vorbeigefahren ist auch weill die Straße so kaputt war. Für uns war das Bett zu Hart aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.
• Carmen (7/5): - Nette Wohnung. Ausreichend Platz. Für uns gute Lage, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit Bus in 10 Min in der Innenstadt. Eigener Parkplatz. Fensterloses Bad schwierig zu lüften. Defekter Rolladen im Wohnzimmer.

• Harald (9/5): Ruhige Wohnung außerhalb der Innenstadt - Gutes Bett, Schlafzimmer angenehm. Obwohl an einer Straße gelegen, lässt sich Verkehrslärm weitgehend aussperren (gut gedämmte Fenster), dadurch Schlaf ohne Beeinträchtigung. Schöner großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Fenster und Terrasse, inkl. Küchenzeile. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, Bad zwar ohne Fenster, aber völlig in Ordnung. - Angenehm ruhig und bessere Luft als in der Innenstadt (!), ÖPNV-Anbindung gut. - Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat gut geklappt, war alles in Ordnung, danke. Matratze etwas weich, Kopfkissen und Decke mit Polyesterfüllung, daher keine gute Wärmeabführung. (Man schwitzt sehr leicht.) Im Sommer wird man wahrscheinlich mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen müssen, dann evtl. recht heiß innen. Ansonsten alles gut.

• Arta (6/5): - The size of the apartment was very good, enough space, especially the living room and the balcony. It was quite if you keep the windows closed, otherwise the noise from the street is considerable. The location is far from city center or any other sightseeing, but we could reach the city in 10 min drive. There are cleaning issues everywhere (kitchen, bathroom, balcony) which is a pitty for this big apartment. The fridge has no freezer compartment, no good lightning.

• Rahimi (4/5): - Nichts vieles Bei Ankunft 2 Std gewartet wegen Schlüssel nach dem wir gekommen sind ist erst putz Frau gekommen um sauber zu machen wir haben draußen 2 Std gewartet frechheit.
• BERND (8/5): Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen - Sehr netter Kontakt, Parkplatz vor der Tür, geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber und alles gut vorbereitet Bad ohne Tageslicht, TV im Wohnzimmer ohne Empfang, alles andere war aber echt ok!

• Tanya (5/5): Has potential. Location bit out of city but easily reached by bus. Bus only 3/4 stops from train station. Cost refle - On first glance the property is a good size with a really nice balcony. There is a good size kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is a good size. The location is just outside Würzburg but it is possible to get into the town with one short bus ride along the dual carriageway really easily. Closer inspection showed it to not be clean. First we noticed that the fridge was dirty and that the empty cupboards had what I first thought to be rodent droppings in but turned out to be seeds I guess from bread or something. Both of these things would have been so easy to fix but made us decide not to use most of the kitchen facilities and to clean the fridge before use. I messaged the owner in a polite manner that if he had a cleaner, they need to be made aware. As the owner I would have offered to get someone on to clean which we would not have accepted but the gesture would have been important. He replied that it would be well cleaned for next time. Helpful! We then discovered the oven to be dirty, all the appliances to be a bit sticky, dust under and on everything, body hair, the shower tiles to be dirty and discoloured at the bottom of the shower from knee height down, the area around the toilet to smell of urine…the list goes on. At one point one guest found a pair of socks under his bed and checked with everyone to see whose they were…they didn’t belong to any of us so had clearly been under the bed since before we arrived. If this was a friend’s house and it was their dirt it wouldn’t bother me, but not knowing who all the dust and dirt came from grossed us out. I feel that this is actually somebody’s home and not a holiday let and that a cleaner does not exist. Final gripe, beds too soft, pillows so thin and unsupportive we had to use cushions off the sofa to bolster them and towels provided were thin and small too. If cleaned properly and nicer bedding and towels provided, this could be a good property. Maybe enough full size dinner plates for the number of guests you can house too? Unfortunately I feel like this was used to make a quick buck whilst the Euros were on…which was not the purpose of our trip.
