• Matthias (10/5): Perfect apartment to stay for a long time - This apartment was just wonderful. Everything was perfect and well organized. Stayed there for a long time and there was everything i would need for a long stay. The owner was super nice and made everything possible, so we could enjoy our stay. I will come back again.
• Karen Care (10/5): A cozy place to stay in Vancouver. Will probably stay here again. - Self-check in is easy, the rooms are pretty neat and clean. The minimalist aesthetic of the place is so nice. Nothing much, probably only the walls of the room, you can hear the water flowing from the pipes, but that doesn’t bother us.

• Harold and Barbara (8/5): Good for our South Vancouver activities. - Provided own meals/ingredients. Well supplied kitchen area. Utensils available. Grocery store 2 blocks away if needed. We only did breakfast. Full fridge,Ranger. Chairs need felt on feet to cut down on scraping on tile floor.
• Lynda (10/5): An Almost Perfect Stay - The guest house was immaculately clean! There is a washer and dryer which is very handy and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to make a meal. The area is quiet and pretty and felt safe and is quite close to shopping and restaurants but probably most convenient if you have a car. There is street parking and we didn't have a problem finding a spot right in front. Nice selection of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. The walls are paper thin, so we made an effort to be quiet, as did the couple in the other room. Could be a miserable time if you had noisy roommates! A few suggestions for the owner are to add felt pads to the kitchen chairs and stools as the scraping noise when moving them is very loud, a towel bar and mirror in the bedrooms would be handy, and some artwork on the walls would make it feel more homey. There is no tv but the wifi works perfectly. There is a Keurig coffee but only decaf pods so we bought our own pods. There are individual creamers in the fridge which we appreciated. There was also a sign in the bathroom to not flush toilet paper down the toilet which seemed unsanitary and ridiculous so none of us adhered to that. Not sure if it actually meant facial tissue and other nonflushable items.
• Anja (7/5): Bis auf die Situation mit dem Badezimmer war es gut - Bei Ankunft alles sehr sauber und ruhig Das Gemeinschaftsbad! Toilettenpapier muss in einen offenen Eimer. Nach 4 Tagen mit fremden Menschen war das extrem unangenehm, weil zwischendurch NICHT gereinigt wurde!

• Jordy (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Vancouver maar ik zou dit vanwege de geluiden niet nogmaals doen. - Hey was erg schoon. De bovenburen zijn heel luidruchtig, uitslapen is er hierdoor dan ook niet bij.
• Klaus (8/5): Bright, clean, and comfy bed but can be a bit stuffy. - Bright clean and comfortable bed. No hvac vents in the rooms left it stuffy without open windows which need to be closed when not present for security.

• Ludmila (8/5): For the money paid it’s ok - It’s located not far from the bus stop, the kitchen’s equipped with everything needed and there’s a nice food shop nearby. The hosts are friendly There’s not much space, the washing machine’s located in the kitchen working all the time and the cleaning people used the only small table there to put the bedding on it after washing in the evening time when all the guests were there.

• Kushal (7/5): experience depends on who your ROOMMATE is - The rooms and house were clean, they left us pots and utensils to cook. The owner was very nice, beautiful location with parking available, Washer and dryer available. Good value for the Price Didn't know we would be sharing the house with another stranger, the owner did NOT want us to flush out the used toilet paper down the toilet, said it would cause the toilet to clog up and instead wanted us to throw out the used toilet paper into the garbage bin, the other Stanger was dirty, had his pubic hair all over the shower and didn't even throw it away, just left it all over the shower. it all depends on the roommate that is staying there, just pray they aren't loud and dirty and flush their shit as well instead of just leaving it there, twice.

Unit too small for 4 people in 2 small bedrooms - Safe location, clean, secure No living room, no tv, you are right next to the other occupants of the other bedroom, you can hear everything and the doors are all squeaky, you feel like you have to stay in your small bedroom while there

A special thanks to William, the guest house agent—he was incredibly reliable, always available, and truly supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Nothing to add.

Just said "shared bathroom" but didn't specify if the entire living space was shared with another roomate. Just Separate bedrooms. Also no tvs, Which would have been nice so that we could watch movies when we were relaxing.
