• Thaís (6/5): The bed, pillows, sheets, and towels are very uncomfortable. The apartment has good insulation and an easily accessible - Clean and safe accommodation. The apartment bed is very uncomfortable, as are the pillows, sheets, and towels, although the acoustic and thermal insulation is good. The location offers easy access but is not close to main points of interest. The building has an elevator, but it was broken during our stay. On the ground floor, there is a snack bar with a kitchen connected to the building, which fills the entire space with a strong smell of grease due to poor ventilation.

• Michael (6/5): Zweckmäßiges Apartment etwas abseits der Innenstadt - Sonnenbalkon, Internet war gut zum arbeiten, Bett bequem, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin schnell und gut Die ganze Wohnung wirkte abgewohnt bzw. an vielen Stellen gab es kleinere Mängel. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und wirkte nicht sehr sauber. Einen Fernseher (wie auf einem Bild gesehen) gab es nicht.

• Francisco Javier (8/5): Decent stay - Location is good and the size of the apartment with a kitchen and a large bed was good. Love the balcony for a chill time. Good stay for the price. Lack of microwave, had to clean hairs manually out of the sink on the first day, and mosquito nets would be appreciated.

• David (6/5): - Friendly welcome from Grazia The apartment needs renovating. Part of the kitchen was broken. Pots and pans were worn out, Teflon scratched away. The bathroom was very dark. The lighting was also poor in the living room. The mattress of the bed needs replacing. Stains on bed linen.

• Vasileios (10/5): - Nice view, cute decoration, not so far from the metro station but very close to the tram station, very clean, comfortable rooms, in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it!

• Iva (9/5): - Musím pochválit krásný malý byt, který splnil všechna naše očekávání. Velmi dobře vybavená kuchyň umožnila pohodlné vaření, sociální zařízení s vanou přidalo na komfortu. Skvělá dostupnost do centra – tramvajová zastávka hned u domu je velké plus. Nic nám nechybělo, bylo to perfektní. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt! Vše vše nám líbilo 😁

• Luegger (8/5): Conveniently located, all the essentials of a home away from home. - Gracia was very gracious and helpful with our stay. We stayed over Christmas and although it is a very busy time for all and spending time with family, she was very helpful and courteous and answered questions promptly and kindly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials to make cooking meals easy. The location was excellent and we were able to walk or take the tram wherever we needed to go. I will be happy to stay here again. A few things in the apartment need a bit of attention and refresh, however, this did not affect our stay or experience in the apartment.
• Daniel (10/5): - Ist eine sehr gute Lage und ein nettes Apartment. Die Fenster sind leider nicht gut gedämmt, dafür ist nochmal extra ein Heißlüfter im Zimmer falls nötig
