• UlTru (9/5): - Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir konnten die Koffer dort noch lagern bis 17 Uhr. Das war sehr nett. Leider hatte es keine Kaffeemaschine, nur etwas löslichen Kaffee. Die Unterkunft zu finden war etwas schwierig, da es keine Beschilderung gibt.
• YIJIN (10/5): 예약할 수 있다면 무조건 잡으세요 - 산타마리아노벨라역에서 걸어서 3분 거리입니다. 열차에서 내려도 5분이면 도착해요. 두오모, 아카데미아 미술관, 우피치 미술관 모두 걸어갈 수 있고, 미켈란젤로 광장까지는 걸어서 35분 정도 걸렸어요. 주변에 식당 많고, CONAD, Carrefour, Central Market 있어서 장보기도 편해요. 무엇보다 숙소가 채광이 좋고, 전망도 좋고, 깨끗했어요. 침대도, 침구도, 쇼파도 편하고, 식기세척기, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 인덕션, 그릇과 식기, 냄비와 조리도구, 욕실용품 모두 갖춰져 있어서 부족한 게 없었어요. 방과 화장실, 주방 쪽이 나누어져 있어 생활하기 편리했고, 세 공간 모두에 냉방과 난방이 모두 되었습니다. 무료 와이파이도 있고, 엘레베이터도 있어요. 집보다 더 편안했어요. 예약이 비어있다면 무조건 예약하세요. 후회하지 않을 거에요. 없습니다.

• Ana Luisa (10/5): - La ubicación perfecta a cinco minutos de la estación de tren, Claudia la anfitriona nos recibió muy amablemente, el apartamento muy limpio, todo nuevo, la cama comodísima, la zona con supermercados cercanos y cómoda para recorrer Florencia. En ese alojamiento hay dos posibilidades: la suite junior que es la que tiene vistas al Duomo con un balcón y el apartamento, más grande con cocina, un salón etc pero no tiene vistas al Duomo, dá hacia la estación; ésto nos disgustó bastante porque íbamos con la ilusión de estar viendo el Duomo. Creo que en la descripción de los dos alojamientos se debería de explicar mejor para no dar lugar a malentendidos.

• ilariapaffetti (10/5): - L’appartamento è stato semplicemente ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: posizione comodissima, ambienti puliti e ben curati, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Il vero punto di forza è senza dubbio la vista spettacolare, che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Inoltre, la signora è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile: ci ha accolto con grande calore e ci ha persino raccontato la storia di Firenze, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole e interessante. • David (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - This is a fantastic, homely apartment, just a few minutes away from the main railway station and less than 10 minutes' walk to the main square. Claudia was a great host and was happy to provide an early check in and for us to leave our bags securely at the end. The apartment is large and very comfortable, located on the 5th floor (there is a lift). Considering it is in the middle of the city, we found it to be nice and quiet. The facilities were excellent and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. The bed was big and very comfortable with excellent quality sheets, and the shower was large. Highly recommended. Nothing, we loved the place.
• Leon (8/5): - Our train was canceled, so we booked this as an emergency stay only. Good enough. There is a lift, which is a bonus. The shower is very small, and the walls felt grimy when I was using it. It really needs a deep clean, as the build-up makes it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Sand flies & a couple of mosquitoes.

Lots of restaurants to choose from. A very spacious, neat place with all you need👌 Nothing not to like. Just a suggestion, an iron added would be a plus.
• Hyeonjo (10/5): 피렌체 최고의 숙소 중 하나 - 산타노벨라에서 매우 가까워서 위치가 좋고, 들어오자마자 창문으로 보이는 산로렌초 성당과 그 뒤에 마리아 대성당은 환상. 호스트 클라우디아는 매우 친절 에어컨디션은 거실과 침실에 하나씩 있음 이중 보안 시스템 파스타를 해먹고 싶어서 부엌이 있는 줄 알았는데 아니었습니다. 장기 숙박자는 수건을 하나씩 더 지급하는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 여름철엔 도시 날씨가 덥기 때문에 냉장고에 작은 물 하나씩 넣어두면 손님들이 매우 좋아할 것 같습니다.

• Umbleon (10/5): Super apartment in the heart of Florence! - The location was perfect. Central, next to the train station, and in walking distance to everything you'd need. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and modern. And the bed was very decent, with several pillows to choose from. This is not something I'm used to when travelling - my neck was happy. Claudia was so sweet to meet, and went through everything we'd need to know to check in and out. Additionally we got some good recommendations for stuff to do. Would book here again if I return in the near future! Could maybe have the option for two sheets/duvets. This might be possible if you just request it, which we forgot to. Maybe more mirrors to get ready with, and something to sit on outside on that amazing balcony?

She was available to contact via WhatsApp in case anything went wrong or you wanted suggestions. Everything was within walking distance, and it was incredibly easy to get a taxi at the nearby train station (Santa Maria) in case you wanted to explore the Chianti region without renting a car!

Claudia was a fantastic host - very informative with what to see and very responsive.

• Jennifer (10/5): Amazing beautiful city of Florence - The host Cynthia is the sweetest and very kind when I arrived to Florence. She advised a lot of options on what to see and do while in florence. The home itself is just as pictured in the description. The view is exceptional of the duomo. It was nice stay for being close to the train station and by most bus stops. There is an elevator to get to your room since its on the top floor. Very nice and quiet area and walking distance to alot of things. I would highly recommend this place for couples, solo or a few friends.

It is within walking distances to Florence’s main attractions. This is another place that we would really like to come back to stay if I ever return to Florence again. There were some unfortunate mixed ups about the check in date that caused a major delay in our check in.
• Ildikó (10/5): Panoramic view in great location - This accomodation was perfect for us, we spent here 4 days. It is on the top floor in a nice building with elevator. The panoramic view is great, the rooms are very bright. Modern bathroom, freshly renovated and furnished, very clean apartement. The bed is very comfortable, it is high quality. We are satisfied with the location, it is maximum 15 minutes walk from everywhere :) Claudia is a very nice person, she gave us useful advice about the hidden gems in Firenze! :)

Very safe and premium location, with easy access to all the places to visi - Amazing location, close to Market Centrale, cafes, train station (all 2-3 minutes away), and the most hospitable host and friend in Claudia. She went above and beyond in making our stay memorable, gave us great local recommendations, and when we even had a dental emergency for one of our children, she accompanied us to help and found us her dentist! She is above and beyond in making Florence a gem of a visit. The place is very modern, has ACs in every room, and a modern kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable. Also has an elevator to the 5th floor, which is very convenient. 10-star property. Nothing to change.

This apartment is located in such a prime location. 5 minutes away from the train station and max 15 minutes away from all the touristy must sees. Check in was a breeze with the elevator. The place was so clean and bigger than expected. The view in the photos is real and there’s even a little balcony which was great for late night glasses of Chianti. Claudia was so nice and helpful with recommendations. Definitely a 10/10! If I had to nitpick a coffee machine would have been fun but all the positives out way this little detail.
