Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Stella (9/5): The property was exactly as pictured. Great location , amazing views, peace and quiet with lots of space . - Quiet location, great view from balcony and lots of space! The couches downstairs were broken and needs to be replaced! Other than that overall was great!

Georgia (6/5): Pleasant - Property itself was clean, had everything we needed e.g. kitchen utensils, kids had games to play and DVDs to watch. View was nice. Quiet area. Hosts were accommodating to our needs. The property had a very unpleasant smell in the downstairs area that none of us could get past. We ended up having to shut the door to the down stairs lounge and not utilise that area of the home whatsoever.
Paula (10/5): Great place to stay. Very quiet area and easy access to both Phillips Osland and Cowes Main Street - The house was really well set out. It was lovely sitting on the deck and you could see the water. Lounges were comfy and the kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Wasn’t fussed with the beds. They were a little too hard for my liking.
