• Antunes (9/5): Excelente estadia em Mindelo - Localização central do apartamento. Fácil caminhar e chegar aos principais locais a visitar. Não muito longe da praia da Laginha. Confortável e com boas áreas.

• Tiago (8/5): Boa estadia em Mindelo - Centralidade, comunicação e apoio imediato e amigável do proprietário. Algum ruído diurno e noturno, mas que não me impediu de dormir. Algumas pessoas poderão ter dificuldade em subir até ao terceiro andar. Não tem elevador.
• Olga (8/5): Very good - All you need in an apartment, I felt very comfortable. The living room that faces the main street can become very loud, that can be a minus if you have to work or have meetings, which was my case. There is also no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, for those with very heavy suitcases.
• Fairman (8/5): We really enjoyed the stay and felt privileged to have the opportunity to participate in the parades! As a bonus, Xesari - The location! Very close to everything. Nice modern apartment! The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking staples, cleaners and bathrooms has plenty of toilet paper. The bedrooms are good sized and beds are very comfortable. There are plenty towels and are good quality. Finding the location was difficult- there is no sign. The washer machine doesn’t drain well; we needed to put it on cycle 7 (centrifuge cycle) after the wash cycle was complete. The common bathroom toilet seat is loose.

We especially appreciated the hot water to wash our baby, the coffee machine for the mornings, the cooking facilities, the fans, and the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great value Nothing we love it, but just to note there are some stairs to access- not suitable for those with mobility problems
• Maria (9/5): Very good stay in Mindelo - Very good stay in Mindelo, you can walk to everything, we didn‘t need any taxi. Very spacious and well decorated. We recommend it!
