• nick (1/5): Unkempt, grumbly, not safe for young children- just not nice!!!! - Location and other apartments we booked with you All bed linen and towels, dirty had to wash all on first day- we had electric interiors/exterior sockets hanging off the wall - the place smelt damp all the time. Floors, tiles all filthy. Curtains didn’t draw- I could go on! We also had apartments 101, 114, 213 booked at the same time and these were amazing. I recommend this apartment removed from booking.com unit the apartment is fully renovated.

• Joanne (7/5): - Nice complex Safe & Secure Welcoming Owners & Guests Provision of welcome pack and use of pool towels Although right next to bar with no view, the sun was on the terrace all day long without the breeze so it was a sun trap. No clear opening times for pool bar. Apartment run down, needing repairs such as towel rails need secured properly to wall, kitchen tired. Smell from drains. Washing machine flooded although this was repaired during our stay. Ideally I would’ve liked the double bed in the master bedroom along with the wardrobe and safe.

• Cara (3/5): Recommend the complex but avoid apartment 117! - The only saving grace to the property was the overall complex, it was lovely—clean, well-maintained in many areas, and in a fantastic location. Some of the apartments are clearly looked after with care, and I would highly recommend it overall. Apartment 117 fell short of our expectations and what we paid for it. When we arrived, several maintenance issues were immediately apparent: the curtain clips at the door were broken and kept falling down, there were visible holes in the wall of the main bedroom, and the air vent was hanging off. The base of the sink showed significant water damage, the kitchen skirting board was coming off, and the plug-in fan didn’t work. There were also cleanliness issues—walls beside the kitchen table had what looked like coffee or tea stains, the terrace hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower tray didn’t drain properly, causing it to overflow. What made things more frustrating was the response—or lack thereof—from the property manager, Diego. He seemed disinterested in hearing our feedback or making any effort to address the issues, which was disappointing. It felt like our stay was treated as a transaction rather than a guest experience, which stood in stark contrast to the apparent care shown in other apartments within the complex. That said, we were very grateful for the support of the complex association's president, who was helpful, attentive, and genuinely interested in our feedback. She clearly cares greatly about maintaining standards and improving the experience for future guests.
• Janice (9/5): Avoid - We liked where the apartment was clean complex The owner didnt do anything about the air conditioning being filthy loose socket paint falling of the walls. He didn't reply to my messages. He also told me to get in touch with the cleaning staff no-one on site He then proceed to say that a member of the cleaning staff had been to our apartment which was not true

• Ally (5/5): Pleasant complex - Spacious property Had to contact the owner on day 1 due to the property not being clean which I then cleaned my self , towels provided were not clean, requires updating some areas of plaster on walls damaged and painting required , kitchen cupboards inside were dirty , balcony was dirty , dining chairs filthy , floors were filthy. Owner did respond quickly changed the chairs , provided new towels, and blankets as requested. The size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 6, I had already said I had cleaned the apartment my self so owner did not offer to send a cleaner but I would not have them expected that seen as I done it myself but no one should have to go on holiday and clean an apartment before staying in it that’s what I paid for, no welcome pack was provided as expected. The complex was lovely , the staff on the complex were most helpful, and friendly, the room has not put me off staying at this complex however I wouldn’t use this apartment again unless significant environments issues were fixed and considered there was a loose electric socket in the twin room also which was reported to the owner.

• Jimmy (7/5): Nice little apartment - the property was in an ideal location just a five minute walk from the main strip,the property was pretty clean and had everything we needed for our stay,access was made very easy by the host,overall a pleasant experience.

• Polly (10/5): Perfect family holiday - This was a self catering whole apartment - the facilities were perfect, everything you could wish for and need and more. they even left a few beach towels for us to use which was a bonus. The apartment was behind coded locked gates, there were only a few apartments who shared the pool and pool bar. The staff at the pool bar were so accommodating and surroundings were so safe, it was like you were in a little community who all looked out for each other. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. We were close enough to the main strip for us to just walk and do everything - shops bars sea beaches mini golf etc but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise in the evenings.

• Jenny (8/5): Lovely resort and apartment complex - would stay here again. - great location, close to the beach. apartments have lots of spaceand are well looked after. onsite pool is excellent. bar and ladies that staff it all brilliant. quiet complex with many privatley owned accommodation. supermarkets a short walk away, very close to the main strip of shops and bars etc. had a great few days and would love to stay here again. our apartments air con didnt work but not too much of a problem in early may. had a couple of other minor issues which i reported to the owner, im sure he will get these fixed asap. had frineds in 2 other apartments and theirs worked perfectly so just us that were unlucky.
• O (10/5): Exceptional - Very family friendly. Great bar with lovely food..very easy to watch and look after the children. We felt very comfortable there and our children had a fantastic time. Definitely go back there 🙂 Nothing bad to say really..
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - The complex was Modern and ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing Holiday. Rooms where clean and spacious, good cooking facilities if you wish to cook. No Welcome pack - not even a bottle of water. Plenty of sunbeds ( no need to get up at 7am ) Perfect location, 5 minutes from beach front and bars/ restaurants.. Lovely Pool ( Heated ) Great little pool bar €2.50 a pint of beer.. Basic bar snacks, ideal for a drink and bite to eat, closes early at 6pm... A Welcome pack would have been helpful... The Pool bar was " Cash Only " and didn't take any debit cards.. No cash machine on or near the complex so had to walk down to find one... Minor setbacks that didn't spoill our Holiday.

The kitchen was poorly equiped and worn out, the bathroom was ok. Chairs were very dirty. The terrace has no sun the whole day as it is right in front of the bar.

Apartments had everything you needed as family of six was enough room.. location 10 minutes walk from strip which was perfect. Only downside the air-conditioning didn't seem to work properly compared to other apartments!!
• Tony (9/5): Great find! Very comfortable and I'm a great location - The complex was lovely. Family orientated and quiet with a lovely poolside bar that served tasty food. The ladies that served there were excellent, friendly and always in great form. The complex was quiet at night too yet very near the main strip of bars and restaurants. Can't really complain about anything. I think the apartment air con unit may need a tune up as it didn't really make the air cold. We had family staying in the apartment next door to ours and the difference was very noticeable at the same temperature on the air con. Still, the apartment was cool enough to be comfortable and we just used the smaller fan provided so wasn't a big deal.

• Lindsey (7/5): Nice little place with great location - Great location, lovely pool and nice bar on premises. Place is clean and very quiet. You can walk right down to the beach and the strip in 5 minutes and it's easy to park if you are renting a car and within easy driving distance of all attractions. It was a small place for 5 of us, one had to sleep on the couch bed and the kitchen is very small with not much seating. Air conditioning wasn't working but it was cool enough anyway. We didn't really mind the space being small because we were busy anyway.

There is a small bar area perfect for drinks and snacks, all reasonably priced. We would definitley come back. There wasnt anything not to like about our stay.
