- Regulo (3/5): Fatal - Solamente lo cerca que estaba de la playa Reclamo por mala experiencia en el alojamiento Durante mi estancia en el alojamiento tuve una experiencia muy negativa que no corresponde a lo que se ofrecía en el anuncio: • El piso figuraba con tres habitaciones, pero dos estaban cerradas con candado. Si alquilo un piso con tres habitaciones como les ponen candado a las otras. • El estado general era viejo y sucio, con paredes manchadas y descuidadas. • Encontré cucarachas incluso en el baño. • Solo había dos toallas disponibles para toda la estancia. • Únicamente dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para 5 días. • Además, me cobraron 25 € adicionales por un chihuahua, lo cual considero excesivo. La relación calidad-precio no se corresponde en absoluto y la experiencia fue muy desagradable. Solicito a Booking que revise este caso y valore la devolución parcial o total del importe pagado, así como que tomen medidas para que otros clientes no pasen por lo mismo. Gracias por su atención.
