• Lieneke (9/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor onze korte vakantie in Marbella, supercentraal gelegen en prachtig en functioneel ingericht pent - Heel centraal gelegen, ruim en mooi ingericht appartement. De kamers zijn ruim en slim ingedeeld en binnen is het zeker niet gehorig. Geluid van de lift.
• Johan (9/5): supermooi appartement - DE inrichting van het appartement was erg mooi en goed verzorgd, het uitzicht was prachtig en de voorzieningen waren ook prima, de host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. de bedden waren aan de smalle kant, mogelijk enkele aparten bedden waren beter geweest, een eetgelegenheid op het terras was fijner geweest, maar we konden de pui helemaal openzetten dus dat was ook prima.

• Nichola (10/5): Exceptional - Maria was super helpful from the very start, such a lovely genuine person. The penthouse was great quality and large , the only issue was noise from the lift, which backed onto one of the bedrooms. The noise from the bars was also loud , but it didn't put me off, and this was the only issue. The facilities in the penthouse were excellent and so close to the beach and the old town which is beautiful. The noise.

Maria was also super helpful and accommodating Nothing directly to do with the property but on the Saturday night there was a huge crowd of teenagers on the square directly outside until 7am! Needless to say we didn’t sleep very well that evening

• Noel (10/5): Perfect choice! - The penthouse is exactly as the pictures show. It’s extremely large and modern. AC works perfectly, balcony provides gorgeous views . Location was perfect, in the middle of everything but tranquil as well.Maria the host was wonderful to work with , provided dining suggestions and checkin was flawless. Being the apartment is new and maintained well thee was no need to reach out to her during our stay. Nothing. But would like a pool for after the beach .
• Yuqing (10/5): Exceptional - The aparment is tastefully designed and very spacious, can easily accommodate a large family.The location is perfect, you don't need a car to get around. Maria was an incredibly attentive host, warmly welcoming me upon arrival and allowing me to check in early. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will definitely choose Maria's apartment again if I visit Marbella in the future.
• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - ‘Luxury’ is the most over-used word in rental descriptions; but in this case, it is fully deserved. This is a large, stylish apartment enjoying commanding views of Gibraltar and Morocco’s Atlas mountains from its south and west facing terrace. All three bedrooms have comfortable beds and excellent storage including, and I can hardly believe I’m writing this, a generous supply of hangars! The three shower rooms are large and beautifully appointed. The kitchen appliances are brand new and include an induction hob, excellent oven and combined microwave/grill. The large Siemens TV in the lounge (there is another in the master bedroom) offers Netflix, Apple TV, Disney and Prime Video, so bring your account details. The hot water tank is large enough to support six guests, another feature not always present and there is a good supply of generous sized beach towels. Location couldn’t be better, being 2 minutes from the beach and 5 from the centre of Marbella old town. There is a Supercor (El Corte Inglés) market around the corner which can satisfy your daily grocery needs. And the kids can play a great game trying to discover the hidden doors and cupboards – there are more than you might think. Cons are minor niggles and mostly a result of too much emphasis on style over substance by what I am certain was a male architect/designer – and one who didn’t cook and who thinks he looks pretty damn good naked. How else to explain the fact that in a sun-filled spacious apartment, the kitchen is dark with no under counter lighting, a wall cutting off the lounge light and, unbelievably, the sole available south-facing window permanently blocked off to provide a stylish wine rack! And the superb master shower features a head to knee unobscured window affording prime viewing to several apartments opposite! The terrace is superb (we were there in February), and although it is covered, it may be too exposed in summer months – there are no drop-down shades. But these are indeed minor issues - luxury includes waking up, pressing the remote control and having the curtains (drapes) open automatically to reveal the amazing panorama.
• Cristina (9/5): Best possible location if you want to enjoy Marbella, both seaside and downtown. - The apartment is in the best possible location. A car is not needed. We loved experiencing the sunset from the big terrace Maria is a fantastic host If I need to find a weak point, the building is not as elegant as the apartment which has been newly renovated. But basically, we liked everything. As expected and as advertised

• Anonymous (10/5): Maria was extremely responsive and helpful! The blinds in one of the buildings fell down on our first night and she had - The location was beautiful! It initially didn’t look very nice from the exterior but once inside the unit it was exactly as described!
• Georgina (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for Marbella - Gorgeous property in an excellent location. Very comfortable and finished to a really high standard. Views were lovely and it felt very quiet and calm despite being amongst the hustle and bustle. Our host Maria was excellent and met us on arrival. She gave us recommendations and was in touch via WhatsApp throughout if we needed anything. 1 min walk to the beach and the best restaurants and really easy walk to orange square for the old town. The master bedroom had blackout curtains. The others did not. There was a black blind in the 2nd room but there was still a lot of light in the morning. This wasn’t a problem for us but may not work for everyone. Given there was two of us the balcony was perfect but if there has been more people staying more furniture would make it more comfortable.
