Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Travel cot Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it
-Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.
- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Irene (10/5): Apartamento acogedor. - La limpieza y el estado del apartamento. Un piso encantador, los detalles muy ciudados y el anfitrión fue encantador. Lo peor sin duda fue la comunicación a través de la agencia que gestiona el apartamento. Tienen varios pisos turísticos en la zona y en Baleares y la información era muy confusa. Hasta que nos escribió el propietario del alojamiento, pensábamos que teníamos que ir a recoger las llaves a la otra punta de la ciudad. Toda la información de su web se refería a las Islas Baleares y la comunicación fue nula en ese sentido. Fatal la empresa vaya.

- CARMEN (9/5): - La casa en sí era excepcional. Que tuviera dos baños desahogada bastante. La casa era muy amplia. De las 3 habitaciones solo una tenía buena cama. Las almohadas algo finas, pero bueno eso es cuestión de gustos. La ducha no tragaba muy bien.
- florence (8/5): - Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires avec des gentilles attentions comme café, gâteaux etc à disposition Logement propre et bon matelas Plaque électrique pas facile à se servir Manque bouilloire Place de parking serrée, pas très accessible, il faut faire des manœuvres, mais c'est quand même agréable d avoir un emplacement fermé ds le centre d'une ville
