• Darek (10/5): Super miejscówka, polecam - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich ważnych punktów centrum Aten, stacja metro 4 min. pieszo. Dzielnica pełna życia, ludzi, sklepów, lokali. Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy, lokal dobrze wyposażony i czysty, łóżko wygodne. W nocy dość głośno na ulicach, ale to zalety i wady lokalizacji ;-) Nam to nie przeszkadzało

• ShoBa04 (8/5): - L'appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero centralissima, è tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. In zona ci sono tantissimi locali, ristoranti, taverne e c'è molto movimento. La metro è letteralmente a due minuti. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore, e in casa c'è tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno: piano cottura, frigo, lavasciuga, tv. Migliorerei la pulizia generale dell'appartamento; in bagno c'era cattivo odore, ma probabilmente dipende dall'edificio. Avremmo gradito trovare una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo.

• Guy (10/5): Fabulous an outstanding value - Location, location, location, Gabriel was an excellent host he helped us secure a taxi to the port from the apartment, and was very gracious about doing it. The location downtown couldn't be beat. Within walking distance to open air markets, restaurants, ruins, a very nice spot. The place was the correct size for two adults. Nothing. It was a very nice place for the money, if I return to Athens I would definitely want to stay there, again.

• Magaly (9/5): Cercana a todo y con mucho que ver alrededor. - Tiene una ubicación maravillosa, cercana a todos los lugares de mayor interés, hicimos todo caminando. El departamento tiene lo justo y necesario, había si un poco de olor a alcantarilla en el baño, faltó un poquito más de detalles como aromatizante, detergente de ropa ( tuvimos que comprar y quedó allá), aceite para cocinar y algún detalle como caramelos o galletitas, pero en general está muy bueno y limpio, la cama estaba bastante bien. Hay ruido afuera porque está lleno de restaurantes pero cerrando la ventana no hay ningún problema. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Tuvimos una muy buena estadía.

• Jonathan (10/5): Clean, tidy with comfy bed and good A/C. - Clean and tidy. Walkable to all Athens tourists attractions. Comfy bed with good A/C 5 flights of stairs. There is an elevator so not really a problem.

• MajaM (10/5): - Well the location was perfect...close to the bus...to metro...lots of restaurants, bars, shops ...close to Acropolis... The apartment is small but just enough for two people. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a short stay. The bed was comfy. The AC works perfectly. It was a bit noisy due to some work being done in the apartment next door , but that is not something that happens all the time...we were just unlucky 😉. And the AC is above the bed, so for me it was a little uncomfy since it blew directly over us. But all in all I would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely come back again!!!
• Paul (7/5): Good - Getting access to the apartment was fine and instructions were clear. Good location near Monastiraki Sq and other attractions. Surprisingly quiet at night so not too much sleep disturbance, but it may have been because we did stay during the working week. Although not the greatest we've ever used there is a washer dryer there which was handy after our arrival from one of the islands. There was some material left that was useful such as guides, metro maps etc. Its relatively inexpensive for a central and popular location. We are an older couple who like our creature comforts but had to come to central Athens for a few days on a budget, so we were managing our expectations. The apartment is a studio flat and was a little cramped for our tastes but its probably fine for a solo traveller or a young backpacking couple who plan to be out lots of the time, especially as there's no streaming facility such as Netflix or Amazon Prime on the tv. We had to give the bathroom/shower a bit of a clean when we arrived as there was evidence of the previous occupants' follicles around, and it smelt a bit, but to be fair that's probably due to the plumbing of the apartment block itself. Once the shower drain was sluiced with some cleaning product it cleared the air until the next time we had to do it. The kitchen facilities were pretty 'Spartan' with only one hotplate to use. As we arrived during a heatwave it would've been nice to have found a bottle or two of cold water in the fridge. We don't expect a Harrods hamper, but hint, little gestures like that are appreciated.

• Alona (10/5): Excellent place to stay in the heart of Athens - Apartment has perfect location near Monastiraki square. Streets nearby are full with cafes and restaurants and look safe. Self check-in was quick and easy. Might be quite noisy at night, but in 100 m from apartment there is a pharmacy where you can buy earplugs.

Thanks.🙂 The bathroom needs renovation, or better, deep cleaning ( water stone, mold, rust..) Very noisy people at the street, under windows…during saturday night.

Just under the flat is a square that is full of cafés and places to eat, and just minutes away is the metro line that goes straight to the airport. The owner was very helpful from start to finish with anything that was needed, very clear instructions how to check in and out. I'm very grateful for everything. I would love if there were more pillows!
• Ana (6/5): Good stay for a good price but it is loud - Easy to get the keys, good instructions given by host. Place is located very close to the main station with Metro Line 3 that goes to the airport. One of the exits is no more than 3 minutes walk from the location. Convenient and central to walking or taking the metro to other places. The place itself is ok, enough for 2 persons. The bed is comfortable enough, 2 chairs and a table to eat, sofa and TV are ok. Large wardrobe and felt secure. The lift is ok, good to have since the flat is on the 4th floor. Too loud, for any light sleeper either bring earplugs or stay somewhere else. There are a lot of bars around and it gets very loud from 11pm till about 3am. The cleaning of the place could be better. The shower curtain needs changing it has mould on the edges, fridge was dirty with hair inside, and it seemed that it had not been cleaned. Also bathroom in the mornings smells damp. Lastly, no hot water in the morning unless the bottom is pressed (given in the instructions) and then wait for about 20mins.

• Momcilo (10/5): Excellent value - Location couldn't be better, Monastiraki square is just a short walk away. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and we had all the information about the apartment in good time before we checked in.
• Mateusz (8/5): Very good - Perfect for a short stay with all the things necesary to sustain (washing machine, little kitchen etc) Not the fault of the owner, but its impacting the experience: Construction workers at 1st and 2nd floor sometimes start drilling at 7am and finish at 9:30pm.. And the party outside of the hotel finishes at 2am (dont know about the weekends). Resulting in not a lot of sleeping time :p but consider this as a motivation to explore Athens more
• Mariana (10/5): Perfect location for dinner and some nightlife. - The location was awesome. The walk to Monastiraki square was so short. Enough space for a couple who is sightseeing. Shower was good- very hot water and very cold water and everything in between. The washer/dryer was great to have even if we didn’t end up using it. The only con we found was we would of loved more pillows. But that is just a personal preference. Also use the elevator, we might of forgotten there was one and did the walk up the stairs with the bags the first time. We have nothing to complain about.
