• Kylie (5/5): At least the location was great. - Very handy location and well equipped kitchen. The person who met us was friendly and helpful. This apartment was uncomfortable, poorly cleaned and had barely useable bathrooms. The bare metal and concrete aesthetic felt like a prison cell. The stairs to the mezzanine were painful to use - it was like walking on meat tenderisers. The sofa bed in the main area was too uncomfortable to sleep on. The smaller bathroom had an intense sewer stench arising from the drain. The larger bathroom was barely functional. The shower screen did not prevent the bathroom floor being inundated with each use. The toilet was so cramped it was impossible to use seated in the conventional manner - we had to sit either sideways, astride or with legs in the bath. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge was situated under the metal stairs to the mezzanine — each use of the fridge risked a head injury. The sliding panels covering the kitchen shelves seemed about to fall off.
• Egon (3/5): Location good, state of the appartment is very poor. Try to find another one if you visit Florenc. - The location of the appartment is very good, close to the Accademia di Belle Arti. It was nowhere emphasized that it is a basement apartment. There are two bathrooms, but none of them functioned well. - 1st bathroom: it was extremly bad smell emanating from the drain. The washbasin sink drain was blocked. There was no toilet brush. So the 1st bathroom was completely useless. - 2nd bathroom: the WC tank could not stop, the water was flowing all the time. We have to close the main water valve, but then it was no water at all in the appartment. I have reported it, somedody came and "fixed" it, but does not last long... - The ceiling is an old beam structure from which dust has fallen on the beds (see the attached photo) when someone has been walking in the upper flat. - The sliding door of the kitchen cabinet does not work: you need a hard work to access the cupboard and the fridge. - One of the bed legs was very unstable, we were afraid it would fall apart. - I booked this appartment for five people, but there were only four chairs in the dining room.
• Sinan (4/5): Disappointing - There were insects in the apartment and something bite me too much. The bitten areas are very swollen. The apartment was not clean. There were two bathrooms and one of them was smelling really bad. The location was great and the apartment is close to Duome.
• Dana (7/5): Great location and that's about it - The location is very convenient, feels safe. The apartment is spacious, there are two bathrooms. But both bathrooms are not very comfortable to use. The drying rack was broken. And there are mosquitos etc. We were eaten alive while trying to sleep.
• Fawnda (7/5): Good - Location was great. Very close to the Duomo and market neighbourhood. There was very little practical furniture outside the main bedroom, just more beds and a kitchen table. The range was malfunctioning. No coffee or sugar in the kitchen, however there were adequate cooking tools. Got bit by a lot of bugs while staying in the upper room.
