• Anthony (10/5): Perfect location and property for our short stay. - The location was perfect, so close to the market and the underground station. The garden to the rear was nice and provided a feeling of space and tranquillity in a bustling part of London. The inside was spacious for a 1-bedroom flat, allowing enough space for 2 adults and a teenager to have their own space. Nothing to report.

• Shelley (9/5): Great Flat, Great area - Wonderful flat in Notting Hill. It is a great location just a couple of blocks from The Ladbroke Grove Tube station and right around the corner from Portebello Road. Many, many great places to eat nearby. The flat is very comfortable and is good for a couple or friends as their is a large sofa bed in the lounge. I highly recommend it. Ever so slight negative is perhaps it should have a Coffee machine of some sort. They only provided instant. Also, the carpet is sizel and a bit hard underfoot. It would benefit from new laminate of some sort.

Starting with the location, within walking distance of the underground and in one of the most popular and beautiful areas of London. A 5 minute walk to Portobello Road and other beautiful bars and restaurants. The house is beautifully kept, large and spacious and stocked with every necessity. The kindness of the host who was superb. They provide in the house every thing one needs and were immediately available for anything we needed. I hope to return soon and will definitely stay here again!

Great communication from owners who coordinated an early entry based on our flight information and availability. They also recommended some great restaurants. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend! No coffee maker, but instant coffee provided and kettle available. Not a deal breaker for us, as many highly rated coffee and tea shops are close by and we love walking to get to know the area.

Asked for late checkout 12md which was advised should be OK but we would be contacted prior to leaving. Sent 2 messages to check this was OK but no reply and cleaner subsequently arrived just after 10am and spoke no English, therefore we still don't know if she was advised re late check out

• Phil (7/5): Good - Location is really good and near both the Tube station and Portobello Rd. Loved the little quiet garden area out back which was a great spot to have breakfast and plan out the day ahead! It was the little things about cleanliness throughout the kitchen and bathroom that were frustrating; and just took the edge off what otherwise is a very enjoyable property. There needs to be regular checking to ensure everything works, the cleaners have done their job well and the towels are sufficient for a 4 day stay. Great that people leave unused spare food such as pasta, jam and sauces in the kitchen for the next people to use...but the use by dates need to be regularly monitored. It would be helpful to also have the instruction booklets handy for such things as the stove.
• Olivier (10/5): Best place ever - What a place !!!!!! The location is perfect and quiet and the flat is just wonderful .everything is perfect and the little gift is so sweet. We really appreciate the courtyard with a good glass of wine and the view from the bedroom is wonderful. It's like we were the owner of the appartment. It was so cosy, charming and so clean. Host was kind and always available. Next time for sure i will book once again here.
