• Shane (7/5): Happy with my stay, the quality of the property, the location, just not a comfortable sleep - Due to me not viewing the full instructions/images prior to my arrival I found the process frustrating, however when I viewed the images and details clearly it was very straight forward. The fact that the only parking options are all paid parking centres or valet at the "W". You stated it says there is no parking in your information, but I certainly didn't observe this so therefor it was a surprise on check in. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was I found the mattress to be uncomfortable and of low quality. I consider myself to be an expert on the subject as I supply mattresses to all the various brands of hotels, motels, serviced apartments, schools and Holiday Parks to name a few on behalf of AH Beard who manufactures Australian made King Koil Commercial beds.
• Greg (4/5): Get better value for money elsewhere. - Location in city centre, Trying to get your keys from a lock box in the rain. Unclear instructions where to park your vehicle. Door difficult to unlock. Dirty toilet. No balcony.

• Kate (10/5): Amazing location in CBD with top class facilities - Amazing property in an excellent location. Facilities were 10/10. The view across to Southbank was superb! I will definitely be staying again.
• Peter (4/5): Dreadful, would not recommend - The location The property was not well cleaned at all , my wife and I both have short grey hair and we found a large number of medium length strands of black hair. The kitchen was suppose to be well equipped, but it wasn't, the tv had no areial cable, the towels were old and worn. My wife slipped on the slippery mat and injured her knee, told the manager, but not interested in her health. the toilet set was broken and had been for sometime, very dangerous. Overall the property and the manager was very poor.

• Yvette (5/5): Passable - Communication with the managers of the property was prompt. No milk for tea / coffee . The photo of where the key is situated does not match the week day reality of the place, which made locating the key difficult and distressing .

• Gayle (8/5): I'd recommend, will use again myself if I need somewhere in the area. - A great central location, clean and tidy room. Good price for what was offered. I like that breakfast was included, although I didn't take advantage of this, so can't comment on the quality. Finding somewhere to park for check-in, prior to getting access to parking was terrible. I had to run the gauntlet of parking in a taxi zone and hope I didn't get fined. Would be much better if you could book and pay parking in advance, park, then check in to get keys. Once I was in, parking was nice and close.
• The (9/5): Overall the location, quality and presentation of the apartment was great and the price was very reasonable. I would rec - The location was very convenient and I’m walking distance to everything the Brisbane CBD can offer. The apartment was very clean and new so it was pleasant to stay in. Parking was such an issue that it wasn’t included or clearly stated no parking included so I went out of my way to organise a separate parking which wasn’t costing as much as the accommodation. It was very stressful and inconvenient.
