• Srdjan (10/5): Nice, clean, beautiful, good located place. - Apartment is very clean, lovely, very comfortable and in good location for visiting Rome. It is located in the part of Trestevere which is lots of beautiful cafes, restaurants. Area is very vibrant from morning till evening. The staff is very friendly especially Petra who has been very helpful. If you want to charge your laptop, you have to bring an outlet. On the gallery only one works next to the bed on the left side.

• Franziska (8/5): Wir hatten als Familie mit 3 Kindern eine tolle Zeit, hatten Ruhe und einen sehr sauberen und schönen Platz mitten in Ro - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten in Trastevere, man kann zu Fuß fast alles erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Wenn man nachts die Fenster öffnen möchte, ist es sehr laut - das Fenster geht direkt auf eine Ausgeh-Meile.

• Florence (6/5): - La proximité des sites à visiter L'absence de propreté de l'appartement, présence de poussière, cheveux dans le siphon du lavabo de salle de bain, tasses sales dans le placard, l'absence d'une machine à café comme stipulé dans l'annonce. L'obligation de se déplacer pour aller régler la taxe de séjour à l'agence car pas de personnel disponible.

• Shy (7/5): שכונה מקסימה, דירה חמודה, רעש מהפאב. - הדירה עצמה חמודה מאוד, המיטת היו נוחות, גם המיטת ספה שלא נראית נוחה. שכונה חמודה מאוד, הרבה מסעדות, כיף לטייל בבוקר, ובכלל כיף להסתובב בה. המון תיירים. הליכה של כ 15-20 דקות למרכז העיר למרבית האטרקציות, לשתיים יותר קרוב (שוק הפשפשים והגנים הבוטניים). הבעלים היה מאוד נחמד, שלח המון מידע על מקומות לאכול וכדומה, ניסה לעזור עם הבעיות, הגיב מהר. צ'ק אין בסדר, חיכינו לגברת מחברת הניהול כמה דקות, הראיתה לנו הכל ונתנה מידע. שיש גדול באמבטיה. טלביזיה עם NETFLIX. 1. אחד התנאים לבחירת מקום היה מכונת כביסה. כשהגענו נאמר לנו שאינה עובדת. הסתמכנו על כך, ידעו לפני (אמרו לנו שהיה כמה ימים קודם טכנאי), יכלו ליידע אותנו ולתת אפשרות לבטל. זה היה בעייתי. אפשר לנו לשים במכבסה ולקבל החזר וזה מה שעשינו, אבל מגביל מאוד ומחייב לעשות במהלך היום ללא חלק מהבגדים. 2. היו דפיקות חזקות מאוד של באסים בלילה עד 2 לפנות בוקר מהפאב מלמטה. היה נורא, לא היה ניתן לישון וקמנו עם מיגרנות. יש הרבה רעש מבחוץ אבל זה נסבל, ועם אטמי אוזניים לא נורא, אבל הדפיקות מהבאסים נוראיות. הבעלים מאוד ניסה לעזור אמר להתקשר למשטרה. למחרת יצאתי מהמיטה (עם חצי פיגמה) ירדתי להבין מאיפה (על מנת להתקשר למשטרה) גיליתי שמהפאב אבל נאמר לי שיש להם רישיון. סגרו לכאורה את הבאסים אבל כשחזרתי למיטה שוב הדליקו, ירדתי שוב ולאחר חצי שעה שם הגיע הבעלים וסגר את המוזיקה. לילה אח"כ התקשרתי למשטרה ואכן השתתק, לא יודעת אם בגללם. לילה אח"כ שוב ירדתי (שוב, נאלצתי לצאת מהמיטה) וסגרו את המוזיקה, שוב אחרי שהבטיחו, עליתי וירדתי שוב. לילות אח"כ (היינו 7) היה אמצע שבוע ולא היה עד מאוחר. לסיכום זה היה ממש סיוט. הבעלים היה נהדר וניסה לעזור, החברה שמנהלת לו את הדירה אמרו בערך שזה מה שיש ואין מה לעשות, אבל בשורה התחתונה הפריע מאוד. יש לציין שהיינו בתקופה מאוד לא עמוסה. 3. הרגשה לא נעימה של התקמצנות 2 גלילי נייר טואלט לשני אנשים לשבעה לילות. אחרי יומיים קנינו. בקבוקון סבון ושמפו לשימוש אחד לכל אחד לכל התקופה. בכלי סבון ידיים לא היה סבון (קיבלנו כל אחד סבון קשה קטן). פעם ראשונה שאני נתקלת בדבר כזה. בטח שלא היו בקבוקי מים או משהו כזה. מקלחת קטנה.
• Milla (10/5): Overall it was the perfect stay for our trip, and we will definitely be back next time in Rome :) - We had a fantastic stay, it was the perfect location with everything you need being walking distance. Communication with the hosts was superb and very accomodating! The only thing would be the hot water running out quite quickly and having no toaster.

• Fabian Oscar (6/5): Hospedate en el mejor lugar de Roma pero come fuera - La ubicación es excelente y también la predisposición de las chicas. Está cerca de todo para moverse caminando sin problema. Muchos problemas con los artefactos eléctricos de la propiedad. La cocina y el lavarropas no andaban y la cafetera a duras penas. Es algo que deberían chequear antes de que un huésped lo ocupe.

• Nathalie (8/5): Location! - Great location, we walked everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside. The apartment is quite charming, a little dated and clustered, but we (3 adults) had a great time and everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic communication by the host. It wasn't a problem for us, but with even the slightest mobility issues, you will have a hard time negotiating the stairs (almost ladder like) to the loft, especially at nighttime for toilet runs etc.

• Heder Zoli (9/5): Well equipped, stylish apartment in a great location - This stylish apartment is very well located, in the heart of Trastevere, great restaurants all around, the main sights of the Vatican and central Rome all within some 20-30min walking distance (i.e. if one's not lazy to walk, they never need to use public transport). Ideal for a family of 4, could theoretically fit more ppl, but it would be packed. Has a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The staff we were in contact with were all nice, were messaging us if we need anything and facilitating our checkin/checkout. None of the below were troubling us, but are things to consider: The apartment is in the heart of Trastevere, so obviously it'll be loud till LATE outside, sometimes even in the building (drunk tourists in other apartments), a problem only if you're light sleepers. The boiler is sized for 2 QUICK showers tops, if there's more of you, time your showers well / draw straws. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep, an issue only if one's movement impaired or drunk. :)
• Nicholas (10/5): Great host and great location! - The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Trastevere. And it was pretty big. We had a king size bed and two sofa beds. Great communication from the owners. They gave us recommendations for everything around the area. We loved it! Nothing

• Paulina (3/5): - the location, the agency- very responsive, very friendly the apartment was noisy, quite old and stuffy- the air-con sometimes switched off- there were some powercuts (old elecrticity circuits could not handle it), the washing machine did not work, the dryer did not work, some of the electricity plugs did not work. We also accidentally switched off the boiler, so we had no warm water for 24 h. the apartment was small with just one window and you couldnt open it due to the party going on all night long just below the window. I have to admit, I was dissappointed after all the positive reviews :( the location is fabulous, right in the centre of Trastevere, the agency very friendly, but nothing seemed to work in the apartment itself.
• amatzia (9/5): - מיקום נהדר, בלב שכונת "עבר הנהר" הקלאסית ובמרחק הליכה מהגטו היהודי (למי ששמירת כשרות חשובה לו והליכה לבית הכנסת בשבת) וביום נעים גם במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. חדר גדול יחסית, מתאים למשפחות, שירת אותנו בצורה טובה בסוף שבוע לא מתוכנן ברומא. התחשבו בנו גם בנושא צ'ק אין מוקדם וצ'ק אאוט מאוחר. החדר נמצא באיזור שאליו לא ניתן להגיע עם רכב והמדרכות ברחוב שבורות כך שהיה אתגר להגיע עם המזוודות מהמונית, כדאי לבקש שיפגשו אתכם בתחילת הרחוב עם עגלה לנשיאת המזוודות. החשמל בדירה חלש, במיוחד ביום חם שבו כל השכונה משתמשת במזגנים, כך שמי שרוצה לבשל לא יכול להעמיד על הכיריים החשמליות יותר מסיר אחד במקביל, שלא לדבר על הפעלת מספר מכשירי חשמל במקביל.

• Barbara (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Excellent location, right in the heart of Trastevere. The place is stylish, spacious and comfortable. A/c is a great addition. We were not aware of the late arrival fee of €25 The welcome message said it is possible to skip the fee with an optional self check in however later it turned out that was not possible. The reservation was non-refundable so there was nothing to be done about it. It was an unpleasant surprise.
• Madsen (10/5): A wonderful apartment with a perfect location. - The apartment was beautiful, stylish, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect in the wonderful Trastevere area. The service and follow-up from everyone involved were top-notch. We would love to rent this apartment again the next time we visit Rome. There was nothing we disliked.

• Joanna (9/5): Superb - Very good location, about 25 minutes by foot to the main attractions. The owner Luigi and Domitilla are very nice people,explained everything and give us tips about Rome. For sure would choose these place when next time in Roma :)

• Miorelli (7/5): Good - The location was outstanding with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. It was also very easy to walk to all of the key destinations in Rome and Luigi and Sabrina were very responsive to our needs. Luigi was very kind to arrange transportation to and from the airport. The apartment was cozy, but lacked any kind of storage space so we pretty much lived out of our suitcases. The location is great, but noisy especially on Friday and Saturday nights, which should be expected given all of the nearby restaurants and bars.
• James (7/5): The location is amazing and worth it for that alone. Not ideal to sleep more than two. - We met someone at the property. It was fine. We would have preferred autonomous entry so as not to be rushed to the property but booking.com does not charge city tax so it had to be collected from us in person. not ideal.
• Lilian (10/5): Wonderful!! We had a great time in Rome. - The location and also that the window overlooking the street was sound proof. The manager to the property was challenging. I did have to contact Luigi to inform him of some issues.

Shower had good pressure. Overall cleanliness could have been better, and we felt that the main bed could do with an upgrade (springs coming through mattress)
• Russell (9/5): It was a great time, in a great location and Luigi was a wonderful host! - Location, plenty space, near amazing restaurants, plenty to do and see during the day and in the evening! It is above a bar so at night it can be noisy, but that is true of anywhere in Trastevere!

• Rosanna (8/5): Very good - The location was great and the room was cute. Also did some clothes washing which was handy. Room was quiet even though outside is busy. There was mould in the shower ceiling and a little tight for our family of 4 with large suitcases to open. Aircon wasn’t the best.

• Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at La Scala was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, with many amazing restaurants, shops, cafes and bars very close by. A lot of the main attractions were within walking distance as well. The accommodation had a quirky yet calming interior which was clean and fully equipped with all the necessities. It felt like home away from home. Luigi has incredible communication and was very willing to help wherever possible. We highly recommend this to any couple or solo travellers. Nothing - everything with amazing!
• Paige (9/5): Great location with easy walking access to everything! - The loft was a fun feature for my 4 year old. Host Luigi was very kind, checking up on us, and Sabrina met us soon after arrival to get us oriented and share many recommendations. It is a cozy place, and had everything we needed for a short stay in Rome! Since we had 5 people, two of the three beds were pull-out beds, which I guess I did not realize at the time of booking. It was fine, just could have been a bit more comfortable. However, the pillows were great, and we were so tired walking each day, that we had no problems sleeping!

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Felt warm and cozy. Great location with lots of restaurants around. The apartment was clean and had fully equipped kitchen. The host was really responsive and helpful when needed. The check in and out were seamless. I would definitely recommend to a friend. The apartment is on a very noisy street, and it was quite loud until 1-2am,so would not recommend if you are with babies and want to go to sleep early.

• Jo (9/5): Wonderful - we will be back. - It was wonderful to have someone meet us and explain how doors, lights, etc. work - particularly helpful as how they work was foreign to us. And Luigi checked in with us to ensure our stay was great. LOVED the location and space! And the tips on restaurants markets, etc. was very helpful. An outlet or another power strip would have been helpful upstairs.

• John (9/5): Lively area, perfect for easy walking to handfuls of attractions. Excellent restaurants nearby - In a really lively area with loads of restaurants and bars. Great location for walking to a lot of tourist locations. Half an hour to the Vatican, 20 mins or so to Trevi fountain or the Pantheon as some examples. Loud music coming from one of the bars nearby, through the night every night. It's not terrible, and the double glazed windows cut a lot of it out, but it's still present.
• Ebony (10/5): A perfect week in Rome - This property was all we could of asked for and more! The apparent was very clean and had everything we needed for our week in Rome. The location is spot on - the area is fantastic for nightlife and food! The location is also in walking distance to all the major sites in Rome. We will be back for sure! The attention to detail in the welcome pack was second to non - my favourite was the interactive map with food and drink recommendations from the host! Nothing
• Stamatios (7/5): Good - The apartment is a perfect value for money choice. The location is also perfect in the centre of Trastevere with many shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, mink markets really really close to it. The old city is less than 10min away on foot when crossing Ponte Sisto. The communication with Luigi and Alessia that ran the place was always smooth, direct and immediate. The room is large and has kitchen equipment that can be used if needed. Drawbacks: the apartment was not as clean as it should. Found dust and women’s hair in the bathroom or on the sofas on the first day of our staying. The walls in the bathroom especially were in some parts moldy and some of the bathroom equipment was damaged and needs replacement.
• Joanna (9/5): Superb - very good communication and fast key delivery :) the location is great, kitchen is well equiped, WiFi is there and the air condition is working (however it's not super silent and efficient). I think it is a good choice for such price in the sleeping area it was not as cold as in the living room, since it was far from the AC unit (which was noticeable after very hot days)
