The location is outstanding, with a breathtaking view of the Nile from the balcony terrace—ideal for watching the sunset. The apartment itself is spotless, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful details—there’s a jacuzzi, a laundry machine, and even laundry soap provided. Our clients have praised everything—from the cleanliness to the complimentary coffee, tea, and mineral water. It is truly a gem, and we will definitely be using it again in the future for our clients. Everything was excellent, and we highly recommend it!”

• Seong-Hun (10/5): - Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive. The location is a little far from downtown and there are not many restaurants around. Downtown is only 10min car ride away though. Some drivers and tour companies had difficulties finding the place, so get your gps location ready.

I swear this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in Egypt. - 房间布置的很温馨，很喜欢里面的摆件 1、搞歧视！不接电话！首先他们非常没有时间概念，我在5点06分的时候给公寓打去电话说我们即将到达，按照公寓发给我的谷歌地图的地址坐标，是错的！！！并且长达半个小时的不接电话，之后我们当地人一个非常热心的阿拉伯人帮我们给他打电话他接！我们打又不接！他在booking 上说等待5分钟，结果我们又等了半个小时，因此我们错过了观看尼罗河落日的时间 2.房间位置特别特别偏僻 城中村都算不上 打车等待时间20分钟到30分钟，而且司机还需要打电话，找不到，当然酒店提供订车服务，按美金算 3房间蚊子特别多，腿都被咬烂了，还有苍蝇 4大半夜的还有孩子在叫来回在楼梯间跑来跑去… 111美金就这 ，之前没注意看评价，有个谐音哥，已经说了问题，但是他打了5分我没注意。 我猜公寓推脱责任的话术如下：我们需要提前一个小时告知。 我于前一天告知我们需要1点入住被拒绝后，决定先去参观神庙，5点06分电话联系后得到肯定的答复说ok后才前往公寓，否则我们会直接前往尼罗河日落点不会一直等待 搞歧视这个我以为只有度假酒店白人多的才有，阿斯旺公寓竟然也来这套 其他什么的还有：转化插头插不上去因为他家的插座两侧是突出来的，排插也用不了 免费的咖啡冲泡的那种是过期的 等等就不一一赘述了，省的我像找茬的 可以搜小红书 能劝少一个被骗就是我功德

De woonkamer, de keuken, de slaapkamers, de badkamer etc je hebt alles klaar staan je voelt je echt thuis. 10/10 beste verblijf in Egypte tot nu toe. Zelfs waspoeder was er. Het was een rustige omgeving en in dezelfde straat, net voor het appartement staat ook altijd een agent dus dit verblijf scoort op alles een 10 /

• Shing (10/5): Fantastic memories in Aswan - Great place in Aswan, we stayed 4 nights in the apartment. The apartment provides all the stuff is you need, like washing machine, clean towers. Clean and beautiful apartment. And it is easy to call the car and go to various viewpoints, around 15 mins from city centre. Mohammed is really helpful and nice, even we arrived Aswan at midnight 2 am. He still waiting for us and help us carry luggage. Highly recommended.
