Provavelmente a última vez que fico neste hotel. - A localização é excelente, a estação de Higibashi é praticamente dentro do hotel e também fica relativamente perto da está de Osaka e do parque Nakanoshima. Está é a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel e foi a pior. O hotel estava em obras, o quarto foi o menor que eu já fiquei no Japão, a limpeza não estava boa, e o quarto estava com cheiro de esgoto.

- Kseniya (10/5): отличный отель для первого знакомства с Японией - это наша первая поездка в Японию, поэтому конечно номер удивил своим маленьким размером, но! он очень грамотно спланирован, и даже вдвоем можно уютно разместиться и не мешать друг другу. Для нас номер был больше для того, чтоб приходить переночевать и разбирать вечером покупки))) кровать небольшая, но мы с ростом 170-175 см комфортно спали. потрясающие блэкаут шторы! и, конечно, расположение - выход из станции метро ведёт прямо во вход отеля. завтракали и ужинали в городе, напротив отеля есть парочка отличных раменных с поздним закрытием - это было нашим спасением после долгого перелета. До замка Осаки прошлись пешком за 30 минут. также один раз воспользовалась онсеном при отеле - неплохой, но мне не с чем особо сравнить, чтобы давать какую-либо оценку. у нас был указан высокий этаж при бронировании, однако номер получили на 3 этаже, но в итоге это некритичным оказалось

The breakfast options were also good and the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were extremely small and while we appreciate that this is normal for Japanese travellers, as we had mobility issues, it made our stay difficult. We upgraded to a bigger room with two beds but the lack of wardrobe space was also a problem.

- Katarzyna (6/5): - Location - close to metro station Reception desk wasn’t kind and welcoming. They were a little robotic, we asked for early check in (10 mins before planned time, so I room was most likely ready) and they asked us to wait standing in the lobby, as there was nothing to sit at
- Aika (6/5): So so. - What I appreciated most about the stay was the property’s excellent location, just a short walk from Osaka Station with convenient access to the Yotsubashi Line and other transit options. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and seamless. I also valued the presence of a Sagawa representative near reception, which made luggage forwarding very convenient. Additionally, the availability of vacuum compression services was a thoughtful amenity, and the wide variety of nearby dining options further enhanced the overall experience. There were a few aspects that could be improved. A more welcoming and attentive level of hospitality from the reception staff would have enhanced the experience, especially given our 10-day stay. While housekeeping was scheduled on the third day in line with the property’s sustainability approach, the cleaning itself did not feel sufficiently thorough. Additionally, despite the emphasis on sustainability, the volume of plastic use was noticeably high. Although the facility is designated non-smoking, there were occasional smoke odors in the lobby area of our floor. Lastly, while I understand that room sizes are compact, the lack of a luggage rack made the space less practical and more difficult to manage.

- Aldrin (8/5): Right of the station and Crowd / Noise free - Location is few stations away from dotonburi and if you don’t like crowd like I do this hotel this hotel is for you When they gave you 1 card per person even if the room is booked for two.
- Lynn (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Not very much! I had stayed in an APA in Tokyo the previous week.and even though that room was also tiny, it felt much more comfortable than this one. This room was really cramped and I was constantly tripping over. There were hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor when I checked in and I felt the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The hallway was chaos during the day when the other rooms were being cleaned, with carts and cleaning supplies all over the place. I felt like I was constantly queuing in this hotel, whether for an elevator or waiting a whole day to get to use a washing machine. It was not a relaxing place to stay for me.
