• Luca (1/5): È stato semplicemente un disastro - La casetta è molto carina e è in una posizione a me molto comoda ma… Purtroppo è stata una delle esperienze peggiori che mi sia capitata. Appena entrato in camera ho percepito un odore estremamente forte di profumo, talmente intenso da risultare quasi fastidioso. Dopo pochi minuti ho capito che veniva utilizzato per coprire un evidente odore di chiuso e di sporco. La pulizia generale era in condizioni inaccettabili. Il bagno era in uno stato davvero pessimo: sul piano del lavandino ho trovato una carta di saponetta indurita con un capello lungo attaccato, il water presentava una crosta di calcare che sembrava accumulata da molto tempo. Ho dovuto pulire personalmente prima di poter utilizzare gli spazi. Anche il resto della stanza non era migliore: il piano cucina era visibilmente sporco e il pavimento dava chiaramente l’idea di non essere stato lavato da tempo. Capisco che la percezione della pulizia possa essere soggettiva, ma in questo caso la situazione era oggettivamente trascurata e maleodorante. Ulteriori aspetti negativi: * Solo un rotolo di carta igienica per un soggiorno di 3 notti * Giardino completamente trascurato * Porta rumorosa e malfunzionante (una volta chiusa si vedeva luce dall’esterno, segno evidente di un problema strutturale) * Colazione lasciata senza alcun controllo: ho trovato una brioche consegnata dopo le 9:30 e rimasta ore al sole, quindi non consumabile Infine, il proprietario mi ha richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno ma non si è mai presentato, nonostante io sia rientrato appositamente per saldare. Esperienza complessivamente molto negativa. Struttura che necessita di una gestione completamente diversa, soprattutto sul fronte della pulizia e dell’attenzione al cliente.

• Ani (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Although the entrance was directly from the street and not very convenient for walking, there was a bus stop just a few steps away, and it took only 4 minutes to reach the nearest metro station. From there, it was about 40 minutes to the city center, which worked perfectly for us. The host was truly amazing – kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. He kindly allowed us an early check-in, and on the first day, he left a bottle of wine by the door as a welcome gift. The next day, he surprised us again with delicious traditional cookies hanging on the door handle. Highly recommended!

• _Urlauber (7/5): Kurz-Trip - Das Apartment war sauber und es stand ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für die Einfahrt beim Tor benötigt man einen Code, den wir vom Inhaber per Nachricht erhalten haben. In der Küche waren die notwendigen Dinge (Töpfe, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine) vorhanden und auch das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in die Stadt ist gut, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in wenigen Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt. Der Bus fährt zur nächst gelegenen Metro bzw Bahn und von dort aus ist man in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Rom. Vom Inhaber haben wir ein Überraschungssackerl mit Mehlspeisen bekommen, das nach unserem Rom-Tag an unserer Tür hing. Fürs Frühstück ging sich's nicht aus, da wir schon um 9 los sind, dafür dann noch am Abend für einen kleinen Snack. Das fand ich sehr nett! Die Straße zum Apartment ist viel befahren und die Einfahrt zum Apartment ist recht unscheinbar. Das Apartment und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an der Straße dort vor allem an einem Gehsteig! Die Metro oder die Bahn zu Fuß zu erreichen ist unmöglich, man ist damit auf den Bus angewiesen, da kann es schon mal sein, dass man 15 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus wartet. Den Inhaber haben wir nicht einmal gesehen, das fand ich sehr schade. Dieser hat uns kontaktiert, dass wir die Reisepass-Kopien per WhatsApp schicken sollen und auch sonst hat die Kommunikation nur per WhatsApp stattgefunden. Ich hätte mir zumindest gewünscht, dass wir im Apartment einen Zettel finden mit den wichtigsten Infos (zB W-Lan Passwort, Bezahlung Kur-Taxe, etc.).
• Agnieszka (8/5): Przyjemna kawalerka na spokojnych obrzeżach miasta. - Bardzo przestronne i jasne pokoje. Wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy potrzebne na codzień. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko i poduszka, działająca klimatyzacja. Codziennie rano świeże słodkości od właściciela - urocze :) Bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta - pod domem przystanek autobusowy, niedaleko metro i pociągi. Okropny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience. Bardzo uprzykrzał pobyt. Blisko lotniska.

• Prysyazhenko (9/5): Отличный вариант для проживания и посещения достопримечательностей. - Прекрасное местоположение, особенно если у вас есть автомобиль ( парковка на территории бесплатно ). Прямо во дворе есть кран с водой и шланг, что очень удобно. Так же есть несколько скамеек и пепельницы для курящих. Очень спокойное и тихое место. Непривычно свежий воздух. Сон был как у младенца. Владельца зовут Фабрицио и он оказался очень гостеприимным, отзывчивым и внимательным человеком. У нас несколько раз захлопывалась входная дверь и мы оставались на улице так как ключи остались внутри аппартаментов. К счастью телефон был в руках. После звонка и обьяснения причины, владелец любезно приезжал в течении 5-10 минут с запасным ключем и проблема была решена. Также очень мило было получать от Фабрицио свежую выпечку в виде круассанов каждое утро. Он вежливо вешал пакет на ручку входной двери. Это было действительно приятно. Владелец владеет английским языком.

Wifi virkede, da vi fik koden. Svært at komme til. Der lå en hundelort lige uden for vores dør. Og vi fik først vores Wifi kode sent om aftenen. Der var meget lydt, så man kunne høre naboen lave mad sent, jeg troede der var ballade uden for først. Og anden nabo larmede med musik. Vi blev kun 1 nat, så bookede vi hotel centralt og fik en god behandling.

Kuchnia była wystarczająco dobrze wyposażona, klimatyzacja działała perfekcyjnie, a kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry. Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

The location of the house was close to the train station, which helped us get to the center of Rome easily. Fabrizio was super helpful and friendly and would leave sweets for us to eat on the doorstep - they were delicious 😋 I highly recommend staying at Residence Villa il sogno if you want to spend a few days in Rome.

He gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived and some pastries in the morning, which was very unexpected and sweet. The apartment is very spacious, and it has all the amenities with a fully equipped kitchen. Very good value for the price. The location is quite far away from the city centre, there is public transport but you will need 1 or 2 connections to get to the famous landmarks. There's a bigger villa and a restaurant next door, which gets quite loud in the evening with events/parties. We had some issues connecting Netflix to the TV on one of the nights, could be due to WiFi connection

They requested our passports, then literally zero replies since then. Nothing. Requested the WiFi code and got no reply. Was just blind luck we didn't need any assistance.

The host was incredibly friendly and hospitable – we felt free to ask him anything and he was always available to help. Although the apartment is a bit further from the city center, it’s easy and quick to reach by public transport with the nearest stop just 70 meters away. The host even helped us find a cheaper transfer to the airport for our return trip. Overall, a fantastic stay and a solid 10 out of 10!

• Nikola (9/5): Superb - This place has everything we needed: very good and safe parking, privacy, good connection to atractions of Rome and comfortable bed and to all pet friendly! We spend two very intense days in Rome. Everything went smoothly with checking in and although we didn't even meet the owner in person but he left us sweet treat. There is a bit more than 1km distance to the metro station with trains every few minutes which was great for us but since there is no pavement for a while may be difficult for some people - although there are also buses and regular trains which we didn't use. Appartment is not too small, warm and with all amenities you may need. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting Rome!

Awful location, far from the center of Rome along a road that is very unfriendly for pedestrians. It seems the septic or sewer system is backing up, as the bathroom gained a horrible odor after the toilet was flushed.

• Marie (9/5): Great location and apartment. - The apartment is big and spacious. Its about a 10 minute walk to the train station, for €1 the train takes 8-10 mins to take you into Roma termini station. Very easy and convenient. The owner left us fresh pastries on the door in the morning which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. There was coffee and water also left for us. If you are there i would highly recommend you try Trattorria Ippocampo restaurant. Its just a short walk away, very authentic italian food at good prices. Its mostly locals that go and 10x better than anywhere in the centre of Rome. Good and convenient apartment with easy contact with owner and a comfortable stay while visiting Rome. Only thing to mention is the walk from the train station to the apartment is a bit crazy. It is under the bridge and then with no side path at some points so you have to be careful, there may be a short cut somewhere but we didn't have time to explore to find it. You just have to be careful of cars and walk single file, it only takes 10 minutes though. We did see some people cut through a grass path opposite the station, so we could have been taking the wrong way but we did not have time to explore it, however if you are there and find a safer route please let others know. But when in Rome... overall very good location and accommodation and would highly recommend.

• Artem (10/5): Amazing apartments for the best price. - **The best place to stay in Rome among the available options** This is the only apartment from Booking.com that I truly wanted to return to, and I definitely will in the future. The host met us even earlier than the check-in time, gave us slippers for our stay, and a bottle of wine. Every day, he brought us fresh croissants and pastries. **Pros:** - Great price - Very clean and well-maintained. No dirt anywhere - All necessary appliances in the kitchen and bathroom - An amazing host - Free use of a sauna and bicycles for riding around - Large bed (suitable for two people) - Two well-functioning air conditioners (!!) - Convenient location. You can reach Termini (the center of Rome) in just 10 minutes by train and back the same way. The only minor downside is that you need to either walk 5 minutes along the road to the train stop or wait for a bus. **Cons:** There are none. The only thing is that there's no sidewalk from the train station, but you can wait for the bus, as I said. The water is perfectly drinkable – I don’t know why others say it’s not. It’s fresh and tastes good. I’m very grateful to the host for his kindness and willingness to help with everything. Next time I visit Rome, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The owner was very friendly and helpful - he brought us croissants every morning :). But he has a lower level of English, so it was a bit of a challenge to communicate. The only negative is the location of the accommodation - be prepared for longer travel by public transport. Nevertheless, overall I rate the price:value ratio very positively and recommend it when exploring Rome.

• Sasa-64 (8/5): Very good - Very nice hospitality kindness, peaceful surroundings, large apartment. Thanks a lot for everything. Things only concerning location. We came by plane, Water wasn't drinkable and you had to walk to the market in one part because the position of the bus stations are not ideal. If you decide to stay in town later than 10:45 pm, it's necessary to take a taxi from Cinecita metro station because the 520 bus has the last ride on 11 30 otherwise you have to walk half an hour down the road without a pedestrian.
• Bobbi (10/5): When we go back to Rome, we will certainly stay here again! We highly recommend it!! - Our host was friendly, responsive to emails and messages, and helped us navigate our way to Rome. He delivered fresh croissants each morning. (Look for a bag of them on the door handle of the apartment.) The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable, and functional. There are two AC units, one in the living area/kitchen and the second in the bedroom, which keep the apartment nice and cool after a long day of being in the heat in Rome. It is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, a Keurig type of espresso maker, basic kitchenware, and a washing machine. We used the washing machine, refrigerator, and espresso machine, which were clean and worked well. It is super easy to get to the city center. Exit the restaurant parking lot and take a left or right. There is a bus stop each way within a minute’s walk. Look for bus 520 or 789. Ride to Cinesita station which is 1-2 stops depending on if you take the bus stop on the left (2) or right (1). Take the metro to Ottaviano. The first time we took it to Termini but found going to Ottaviano was better for where we wanted to be (Vatican City, St. Peter’s Basilica, Colosseum, Palestine Hill, etc.). To get metro tickets, you can go to a little shop near the apartment/restaurant. Take a left upon exiting the parking lot. It is a few minutes walk and is on the left side. Buy a metro ticket (which is good for bus and train; you can use it for both within 100 minutes). While there you can also get an espresso/caffe, a cornetto (croissant), or other snack items. We found some local places to eat near the apartment, all within walking distance. Two restaurants served pizza, pasta, and butchery items (steaks) while the other served pizza. There is also a gelateria and pastry shop near the pizza place, but it closes at 8:00 pm. The only negative aspects to the apartment are: 1. There is no shoulder for walking on the main road in front of the restaurant/apartment. (Not a huge negative, just something to be aware of.) 2. There are few outlets: one in the bathroom and the other behind a bed stand are broken. 3. You can’t drink the water, but you can use it for cooking. (The host does leave bottles of water for you to drink, though.) 4. The trees where we parked at the apartment left a sticky sap on the rental car, which required us to wash the windows before leaving.
• Karel (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and fully equipped accommodation. We got fresh croissants for breakfast. By train from the Capannelle station, you can get directly to the center in a few minutes. I can really recommend this accommodation for a stay in Rome to everyone. 👍🏻😊
• Gerard_rupert (10/5): Great place to stay if you want a refuge from the crowded city centre - My first time in Rome. Appartment clean, spacious, good value for money. Fabrizio, the host is available but not intrusive. I loved the location, nice pace after spending hours around more tourist heavy areas. Went to cinecitta studios one morning for a tour. There was another maybe 5 people there in the 2 hours i spent. Washing machine, espresso machine, pastries and croissants left at rhe door every morning. No complaints. I walked there via google maps the day i arrived to get the feel of location. Don't do this. If you have a car, excellent, if not, no worries the public transport is very good. Bus stop is 3 min walk from appartment and cinecitta metro is about another 5 mins on bus. I had Vatican tour one morning at 715. Caught bus at 0545 and was at meeting point in st Peter's at 0645. If you are going to propery for first time, get metro to cinecitta station, when you come out of metro go to bus stop directly across the road from metro station and take bus 520 or 789. Bus stop for appartment sounds like capelle romana on bus intercom. Pay attention to get off at right stop as road is busy and difficult to walk as pedestrian if you get off at wrong stop(i did this too)

Rooms are exactly as you see them in the photos. Fully equiped and very clean. Easy access to Rome town center and all highlights of the city by metro (Line A). Recommended!!!

• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - We had some wonderful time in Rome. I can trully recommend Residence Villa il sogno to everyone who expects peaceful and quiet time located at the edge od the city. Large and clean rooms, two comfortable beds, many useful facilities at the apartment and very kind and friendly hosts who were very helpful to us.
• Maryna (10/5): The best celebration of my birthday - It was a great trip. We were met at the airport, it takes 10 minutes to drive to the apartments. The room is clean, there are all the necessary appliances, towels and slippers. We were brought Prosecco and a fruit platter. Very tasty croissants were brought to us every morning with coffee (there is a coffee machine). The apartment is located next to a bus stop, one stop from the metro station, which is very convenient. There is also a small winery with a shop near the stop, the prices are low and the wine is delicious.

• Tim (10/5): Joyful stay in handy location, very friendly host - The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, even smart tv and good WiFi. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The host is very friendly and toughtful, he even remembered us with a gift. Parking was easy and safe. The location is great close to metro and train. Bus also goes to stations from very close since there are no sidewalks to walk safely. Easy to get to small towns near by with car. It took a while before the apartment got warm but it was sorted with air heat pumps. There could be more dishes in the kitchen.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Where to start, everything was perfect, the flat very clean, smells divine, very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen equipped with everything. The bus stop is in front of the house, 2min from the metro by bus to go wherever you want. But the best thing about the stay was the host Fabrizio, he's too kind, helpful and super welcoming, he welcomed us with a big tray of fruit, croissants every morning hung on the front door and he even prepared us a seafood risotto a real delight. I recommend him at 100000000%, You can go there with your eyes closed.

Connection with buses, train, and metro station. Also perfect to park the car if you hire one. Very close to Ciampino airport. The appartment is big and with everything you need to cook. It even has a washing machine. The owner Fabrizio was excellent, he gave us fruit, champagne and everything we needed. Thank you so much! If you don't have a car you will have to move first by bus to Cinecittà or go walking to the Capanelle Railway Station. You will have to organize according to the bus schedule, as it has fewer services compared with the metro
• Lucia (10/5): Lovely place with a great host and good connections to the centre of Rome - We loved this place - clean and comfortable apartment, very secure, good connections to the centre and a super host looking after us. The location is further out but very well connected to the centre of Rome. (Walk to the Capannelle train station is 10 min and the train takes only 7 min to Termini station! Ticket costs 1 EUR. Alternatively, you can take a bus 520 or 789 from the bus stop which is 2 min away, go to Cinecitta in about 3 minutes and hop on Metro which takes 20 min to Termini or 30 min to Ottaviano if you're heading to Vatican, no changes required.) The way Fabrizio looks after his guests is exceptional. He checked multiple times if everything was fine and if we needed anything. He provided extra duvet for the bed on request, very promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. He also helped us organise a taxi to the airport. We were spoiled with free croissants delivered every morning and got enough coffee supplies for the whole stay! Grazie mille, Fabrizio! All the rooms are on the ground floor but with safety locks on the door and secure windows, so it is very safe. There is a restaurant on the site open for lunch and dinner and we found a Cafe, a Steak house and another restaurant 5 minutes away. It was a great choice to stay a bit further away from the busy centre. We woke up to birds singing every morning and had a good rest before another busy day of sightseeing. Make sure you visit the Cinecitta Film Studios, it is close by (right opposite the Cinecitta Metro station) and really worth it! We definitely want to come back and would recommend this place to friends.
• Camilla (10/5): Great relaxing and highly recommended stay - The apartment had litterally all the equippment we needed and more. Fabrizio the host Is super nice and available for any help might be needed. As we arrived the property was spacious and clean. Fabrizio brought us a very elegant Bowl of freshly cut fruit and a prosecco. The property had kitchen equippment and basics to cook, a coffee machine and launges, flipflops and hairdrier tò shower and even a hanger and laundrymachine with capsules for laundry. Every morning he brought us croissants and overall he has been incredibly welcoming and heartwarming. I really recomend this stay for a more quiet and relaxed stay in Rome. Tò reach Roma center was easy with a car, the Road passes through Roma antica which Is a very wonderful and panoramica way. Super recommended! We Will totally come back!!!
• Tobias (5/5): Passable - Large apartment with smart TV. Nice owner who brought us fruit, sparkling wine and small things for breakfast. Basically a nice apartment, but there were a few points that bothered us. The washing machine was very moldy. When we arrived there were ants on the bed and in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled really bad so it was uncomfortable to use. As the bathroom was directly next to the bed, we weren't able to sleep, as long as the bathroom door was open. The location is not so good without a car. You have to walk on a busy street without a sidewalk to get to the metro.
• Alicia (9/5): Great affordable place, thoughtful host. - Affordable, also the host was very thoughtful and accommodating, went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The place was spacious and had all we needed. We knew when we booked that it was out of the city, but didn’t really concern us! If you take day trip into the city it’s fine, and the host owns a restaurant nearby the accommodation so we went there one night and felt so welcomed.

He went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. The apartment was a 2 room self-contained accommodation behind a lovely Italian restaurant, only 1 stop out of Rome via the Train. 2 rooms and 2 air conditioners make this a comfortable place to stay in the warm days. We woke up to freshly baked croissants on our doorstep each morning! He either does this all the time, or we are lucky! either way, work checking your door each morning! Thoroughly recommend this property to an owner. Nothing to complain about during our 3 night stay.
• Katherine (10/5): Fantastic stay and incredible host! - The villa is very clean and comfortable. We came back to Rome to cycle the Via Appia and this location is perfect. It’s also right across the Aqueduct Park and only 7 minutes by train from central Rome and cost €1 one way. The train station is only a few minutes walk. The road in front of the property is very busy though. The host is incredible. He is always available and responds to any querries. He welcomed us with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine despite us coming half an hour early. He also brought us bread every morning. He also lend us his e-bikes for the duration of our stay. If you are a confident cyclist, you can go anywhere with those. We had a fantastic time and this is an accomodation I can come back to if ever I’m in the area. I highly recommend this place specially if you want to be away from the very crowded area of Rome. Nothing. We had a wonderful stay.

• Franco (9/5): Excellent stay, I enjoy it - The location is very comfortable if you have a car, being near both the Rome Ring-Road and the Metro station (Cinecittà). The personnel was very nice and cooperative and the restaurant was also very good. I enjoyed the stay and I will return when I have business in Rome. Nothing specific.
• Lavinia (8/5): It was ok, but not easily accessible. - The administrator was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, not easily accessible. I recommend it only if you travel by car.
• Warren (10/5): Great host, peaceful surroundings, good price - Apartment was very clean with good furnishings. Set in a more rural part of Rome which is very peaceful with a lovely park full of historical aquaducts for walking in the morning or evening. It takes between 30-55 minutes to get to/from central Rome on public transport which isn't bad considering the reasonable price of the apartment and its tranquil, quiet surroundings. The host, Fabrizio, is a gentleman who looked after us from start to finish, very friendly and he made us feel at home straight away. The hospitality and generosity shown to us was superb. Great restaurant on site with great seafood also, my wife is vegetarian and she had great options too. I highly recommend staying here. Nothing, I liked everything
• Alina (10/5): Perfect apartment for your stay in Roma - The host greeted us very friendly with a bottle of frizzante and was always helpful when we needed anything. The apartment was wonderful and very spacious. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped and had everything we needed for some basic cooking and even a small coffee machine. The location is easily accessible by car and by public transport. It takes a while to get to the center, but that was to be expected and the connections are very good. We were able to book on very short notice and still found everything perfectly clean and wonderful. We even got breakfast every day and there was fruit greeting us at our arrival! All in all a very pleasant experience. The only thing we were missing was a fridge, but that wasn't a big problem at all nor something we expected, would have just been a nice bonus.
