• Shihao (5/5): Place is ok. Host is not recommended. - I hardly leave any negative reviews like this. But the host/reception is not responsive at all. I've tried to send emails, make phone calls, or even make phone calls to Booking.com. However, the host remained unresponsive until he/she replied to my email several days afterwards. I followed the instructions for appartment key retrieval. But there wasn't any reception at all.

• Ze_2 (6/5): - Appartement sympa. Le balcon est assez grand. Les fenêtres isolent peu le bruit de la rue. Pour l'eau chaude de la douche, il faut enclencher l'interrupteur du chauffe-eau (qui se trouve au-dessus du lavabo) sinon, pas d'eau chaude😬.

• Palacin (7/5): - El apartamento estaba bien. Limpio, cómodo y buena ubicación. Tengo que resaltar que pudimos entrar antes de la hora prevista que es de agradecer ya que así no vas con las maletas a cuesta. Sobre el apartamento y con la persona que me comunique no puedo decir nada malo pero les recomiendo de que busquen una solución para poder entrar dentro del edificio sin la necesidad de que te tengan que habría la puerta desde dentro . Nosotros lleguemos y toquemos el timbre que nos indicaban las instrucciones para poder entrar, no nos abrió nadie pero estaba el portero al cual le pedí porfavor si nos podía abrir ya que teníamos reservado un apartamento y nos dijo que no , que nos fuésemos.... minutos después el portero salió del edificio y muy grosero nos volvió a decir que nos fuésemos y nos cerró la puerta para que no pudiésemos entrar..... después de tocar todos los timbres alguien nos abrió desde dentro y pudimos entrar , el checkin de la puerta del apartamento era muy fácil para poder entrar. A la tarde después de pasear por la ciudad y volvimos al apartamento nos volvimos a encontrar con el conserje que iba delante nuestra y el entró antes que nosotras y nos cerró la puerta en las narices para que no pudiésemos entrar..... al día siguiente cuando ya nos íbamos ni nos miró, ni dijo Buenos días ni nada, entonces yo no volvería a ir a este apartamento por el simple hecho de que el conserje en vez de ayudar fue la persona más desagradable que he visto últimamente ya que yo iba con mis hijas y le dio igual dejarme en la calle.... en fin que una persona así no debería estar trabajando de cara al público .

• Claire (8/5): - Nice and spacious. Good facilities for the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly and so it was very hot.

• iñaki (9/5): Buen apartamento a 10 minutos andando de la estación central de Milan. - Está muy cerca de la estación central, apenas 10 minutos andando. La terraza es extraordinaria, muy amplia y da a una calle tranquila, con circulación pero sin mucho ruido.
• Karolina (5/5): It was bearable, considering, that we didin’t need to stay there for a long period of time. - The location is very suitable for traveling and the main tourist atractions are near the apartment. The internet conection was very poor, so we had to use our own network. Also when we were staying there, there wasn’t hot water, thus we couldn’t take a shower. Therefore, when we tried to communicate with the owner to solve these issues, we didin’t receive a normal explanation or a solution, that could actually help us to overcome the difficulties.
• Foreman (8/5): Very good - Location, balcony, washing machine. Needs a little tlc. Air-conditioning not working but from the boxes on the balcony can see there are plans to fix it. Toilet worked fine but leak needs to be fixed.

• Eric (9/5): nice clean place, good location, bad lack of hot water - the stay was bigger than I'd expected and very clean. nice balcony so there was hot water in the shower for about a minute, then it quickly turned cold. I told my wife to wait a bit and maybe it will get hot again, it didn't. we were only there for 1 night but I decided to reach out to management. they responded an hour or so later and said maybe the on/off button in the bathroom was off.... it wasn't. the water remained cold all night , into next morning. they really do have a hot water situation that needs to be addressed. A hot shower during cold days is so so essential.
• Arturo (6/5): Could Be Better with Improved Management, accesibility, and Maintenance - The apartment had some useful amenities like a washing machine, towel heating, stove, fridge, and a TV with YouTube and Netflix access. These were definitely convenient and made the stay more comfortable in some ways. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues. On the first day, there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. The kettle had visible limescale, which was unpleasant. Although the apartment was listed for 4 people, we had to sleep 3 in one bed and 1 on a sofa bed, not ideal at all. Communication with the host was extremely slow, which led to us paying £50 (around €60) just to store our luggage before check-in and another €22 after check-out. This was the only one out of 7 apartments we stayed at in Italy where we couldn’t drop our bags off early, really disappointing. The bathroom door needed repairs, and the bedding wasn’t very clean or warm. The city taxes were also quite expensive, although we appreciated that they did accept card payments. Safety note: Be extra careful with your belongings, especially in the metro. I noticed a few suspicious people watching where others kept their wallets. Interestingly, I also saw people near the train entrance looking closely at where others put their cards or tickets after using them, likely with bad intentions. Outside Milan Central Station there’s visible police and military presence, but once you’re out on the smaller streets, it’s a different story. Stay alert.
• Aurelie (6/5): Pleasant - Our stay at this hotel apartment was not as comfortable as we had hoped. While the space itself was decent, a few key issues made things frustrating. For a group of four, only one toilet roll was provided, which wasn’t nearly enough. The hot water didn’t work, and figuring out how to turn on the shower was tricky since there were no instructions. The lighting was also unusual—there were no lamps, just lots of candles, which felt a bit impractical. The street outside was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another small but annoying issue was that there were only two mugs in the kitchen, despite the apartment being meant for four people. It would have been nice to have enough basic kitchenware for everyone. With a few improvements, this place could be much better. However, as it stands, I wouldn’t rush to stay here again.

• Beata (4/5): Very disappointed, no contact with the host and apartment not prepared for stay - It’s great location , the living room is very big and specious and the outside terrace is very nice The place was not ready when we came , the bedding wasn’t done but more importantly it was missing ! I’ve managed to find a blanket in the cupboard but it was only one and we needed two plus there was no covers for it and we ended up sleeping under it even though there was no cover - it was too cold. There was as no information about WiFi - even though the advert says free WiFi . I’ve called the host multiple times to report the issue about bedding and WiFi but no response - only when I’ve called seven times in a row he text me the WiFi password (I had to attend to urgent work and the mobile data wasn’t working well in the flat) . Also check in details were sent to me an hour before checking in - it was very stressful as I’ve boarded the plain with kids not knowing what’s going on and if we have place to stay , upon arrival in Milan I was texting and calling the host and I’ve sent an email - only then the host responded via email that apart of my passport (previously sent ) he need copies of kids passports . Overall very stressful , no contact , no information, apartment not prepared . Shame as I’ve picked this property because of nice reviews and didn’t expect this at all.
• Marta (10/5): Great - The host was helpful, we collected the keys easily.We walked from the apartment to the Duomo, approximately 25 minutes but it s a pleasant walk.Also, the train station is very close, you need to walk a few minutes.We were two couples and we had plenty of space.The kitchen had a fridge and all that you need, even a coffee machine.Also, the balcony is very big. At night, we ran out of hot water after some of us took a shower.
• Gabriela (8/5): Good place, great location - Very cute apartment, great location and having a washing machine is amazing. When in Milan, we will visit again. We couldn’t find the duvet covers to put the duvet in.

• Diana (8/5): Would stay here again if I needed to be near the train - Very nice apartment close to the train station and in a nice area. Very close to a really cool tree park. Very loud in the wee hours due to a trash or recycling sorting area next door. Mitigated the problem by sleeping with loud white noise playing next to me. 5pm check in time is difficult.
• Diana (9/5): Great spot near the train station - Great location. Comfortable apartment with nice amenities. Loud at night. Stayed twice and had excellent communication from the host the second time, not as good communication the first time which caused us a little bit of anxiety while traveling but it did all work out perfectly well so we were happy with our stay.
