- Cathy (7/5): It was ok, once we warmed up you could enjoy the lovely facilities that were there 😋 - Cosy furnishings, and quite a few added extras, kitchen was great, location was lovely, so close to the water, heaters and electric blankets in bedrooms for the winter cold. There was no firewood for the expansive fireplace, so very cold and in a mid winter stay. There was a gas heater though but the fan rattled something terrible which was essential for heating an old house and it took hours.
