- A. (8/5): Fijn hotel op loopafstand van het centrum, station en rheinpromenade. - Fijn dat het zo centraal gelegen is, alles op loopafstand te bereiken. De creditkaart betaling lukte niet, terwijl,elders de kaart geaccepteerd werd. Erna met mijn mans kaart betaald. Teruggekoppeld dat mijn kaart toch geaccepteerd werd, maar er werd ook afgeschreven van mijn mans kaart, terwijl gecommuniceerd was om te storneren. Bij aankomst in het hotel aangegeven. Als we terugkomen van vakantie kijken we of het gelukt is.

- Anja (9/5): - Das Zimmer war super. Es war nicht zu gros aber auch nicht zu klein. Man konnte sich zu zweit gut drin bewegen ohne sich auf die Füße zu treten. Das Bad ist auch super und hat eine schöne Größe. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich. Ich würde mir Koffeinfreien Kaffee wünschen, einfach auch für andere die es nicht mögen/dürfen.

- Mohammadreza (6/5): - The hotel was disappointing overall. When we arrived, we found several long hairs on the bed, and the towels were already dirty with makeup stains on them. We reported it and had to change rooms. Breakfast was also very limited and lacked variety. On top of that, they charged €20 for parking even though we stayed for less than 12 hours, with no short-stay option available. Not the level of cleanliness or service I expected.

- Hanna (7/5): Oké! - Schoon, vriendelijk personeel en op loopafstand van winkelcentra 20 euro per dag moeten betalen voor parkeren?!!! Dat was voor 3 nachten gelijk 60,- aftikken. Beetje een domper. We hadden twee kamers voor 4 personen maar de kamers waren ingericht voor 3 personen. Het bedbank was opgemaakt; wat totaal overbodig was. Het bedbank nam ook veel ruimte in.
