La vue sur la piscine est très agréable et la mer se trouve à proximité. Le propriétaire est très aimable et nous avons déjà l’intention d’y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour.

• Liliana (5/5): Mau - Piscina Falta de limpeza do quarto. A pia da cozinha estava um pouco entupida e acabava por exalar mau cheiro. As camas são muito pequenas e desconfortáveis, bem como o sofá também é desconfortável. Na piscina e no edifício parecia entrar qualquer pessoa, passando insegurança. A área onde está localizado, além de estar em obras( o que podia ter sido alertado), havia muito pó e muito lixo por toda a zona.
• Gb (9/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was extremely clean and spacious.. Added bonus was a washing machine.. Beds were very comfortable.. Shower was perfect.. Ample. Spaced bathroom with shampoo and wash.. .. Kitchette area was well. Stocked with cups bowls plates glasses plastic cups cutlery.. Washing up equipment... Mop.. Bucket.. Dustpan and brush.. Air con unit for hot and cold... Storage for clothing.. Table for dining... Table. On balcony bars and cafes all around the area... And supermarket 5 min walk away.. Having been to the minerva many many years ago before they were owned I was impressed with the up keep. My personal not like was its on the 9th floor... But that's me personally..
