Es facil de localizar, la ubicacion es buena. La habitacion era muy espaciosa y tenia cocina incluida. Decidi este lugar sobre otros porque tenia muy buena puntuacion en limpieza. Sin embargo, el bano estaba sucio, no se si alguien lo limpio despues del ultimo huesped ya que habia pelos adentro y afuera del inodoro y se veia sucio. Fue decepcionante.
• Merel (4/5): Disappointed - Easy check in. After complaining they did want to help and make it up to us. Maybe our cleaning standards are different. So a 4 instead of a 1 because thy did try. The apartment was not clean. Lots of dusty corners, hairs, cockroach, bug in bed. Construction next door early morning.

• Gerhard (8/5): Schöne Tage in Ho-Chi-Minh City - Die Lage war super zentral und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kostenloser Wäscheservice und wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Check out bis zu unserem Abflug an der Rezeption lassen. Wir hatten leider fleckige Bettwäsche, auch wenn diese lt. Vermieter gewaschen war. Diese wurde aber umgehend ausgetauscht. Der Balkon war aufgrund der dort installierten Ausseneinheiten der Klimaanlage nicht benutzbar.

Staff were super accommodating It wasn’t super clean found hairs and ants around the place. The first night we had no hot water which after 20hrs travelling was needed. They did fix it straight away the next morning. The door to the balcony didn’t shut due to the washing machine.

They allow you to keep your bags if you want to check out later than 11am. Filtered water available for refill in the lobby, please refill your bottle and avoid buying plastic water bottles It is in an alley next to the main road, hence the car cannot reach the front door. You will need to carry your luggage to the gate, maybe some 20 meters.

• Serkan (9/5): - Esta ubicado en el centro mismo en una pequeña calle bien fea. Pero cuando llegas está todo limpio y luce bien. Las camas eran cómodas. En general bien pero es un poco caro para el destino y lo que otorga. Cercano a distintos puntos de interés de la ciudad recorriendo en taxi claro, porque la ciudad es bien grande No me gustó que el baño .pequeño fuese en un orden de entrada primero la ducha y al fondo el water, Osea te bañas y se moja todo, no hay ninguna separación y es resbaloso el piso del baño cuando queda mojado. Además el lava manos está al lado del lavaplatos. Lo otro que debe mejorar es que las aspas del ventilador del techo tenían hongos..se veía negro y una vez que nos percatamos ya no lo prendimos mas. El baño en unas esquinas y la puerta por dentro tenía hongos. No hay servicio de limpieza diaria. No tiene opción de desayuno y cerca es difícil o imposible encontrar alguna cafetería que ofrezca un desayuno mas occidental como pan, queso o huevos.

• Lieve (9/5): Great stay. - The studio is located in an alley, so very it's very quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Easy to locate and easy to check in. As mentioned before, it is not a view on the garden (there is no garden), but view on the neighbor's flowers. It is still a lovely sight. You can do the laundry for free. Not sure if the neighbors can look inside, they are just across the alley, that's a bit uncomfortable. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom so had to leave the ventilator (and the light) on.

• Milos (7/5): Its ok for a short stay, dont expect too much - The location is great. Host is very nice and welcoming. They have washing machines downstairs, you can use it for free. It doesn’t look like the pictures, so be careful about that. Its not a bad place but pictures mislead a lot. Thé appartement was cleaned, but kitchen was still bit dirty, bathroom has yellow tiles, its not very neat.

I had a headache after traveling from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City, but I f - Other than the bathroom trash can being a bit small, everything else is quite satisfactory in all aspects. There are small ants on the bedroom floor, which I don't mind, but I still suggest the hotel sell some insecticide to deal with it, as not everyone is okay with it.

• Emma (7/5): Okay - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, checkin war sehr einfach und das wlan gut. - Die Fenster sind wirklich schlecht isoliert und sehr alt, man hat sehr viele Geräuschen von draußen gehört (gegenüber wohnen Hunde die sehr viel gebellt haben). - sehr harte Kissen - wie hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht, das Zimmer zeigte aber auf eine Straße und nur gegenüber waren Blumen am Haus der Nachbarn. Es war schön aber versprach nicht die Ruhe die wir uns durch einen Garten erwünscht hätten.

• Chính (10/5): Tốt - Căn phòng rất đẹp và trang nhã. Nó cũng rất rộng rãi và có cả bếp nhỏ. Phòng tắm lớn và sạch sẽ. Và giường rất thoải mái. Chúng tôi đã ngủ rất ngon. Nơi này nằm ở một khu vực rất phóng khoáng của Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

• Duong (10/5): Tốt - Tôi đã ở ba khách sạn tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, và đây là khách sạn tôi yêu thích nhất. Phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần đó có nhiều nhà hàng và quán cà phê, và chủ nhà rất dễ thương và thân thiện. Nếu có dịp quay lại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ưu tiên khách sạn này.

• Roberto (10/5): Ottimo, zona tranquilla e lo staff ti fa sentire a casa. - Posizione ottima vicino alle vie più frequentate ma lontano dalla confusione. In un piccola strada laterale che non sembra preannunciare nulla di particolare, una volta entrati nell'appartamento ci si trova in un'isola felice al quarto piano, con aria condizionata, ottimo wi-fi, e una terrazza splendida sulla città. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a esaudire le richieste. Le informazioni per l'accesso sono arrivate nel giorno precedente all'arrivo, precise indicavano i codici per accedere. Abbiamo pernottatoper vari giorni nell'appartamento su due piani, grande e pulitissimo. Consigliatissimo. Tutto perfetto, consiglierei sebbene ci sia una splendida cucina e il bollitore, di mettere un microonde.

The owner is very nice and is just a WhatsApp message away. The room itself was a little rough around the edges, but was nice and cosy. The big kitchen for my stay and have elevator

• Clara Anna (9/5): - The staff was very helpful with doing our laundry, so that was very nice! The units in the hotel are wonderful - so clean and spacious, we really liked it. The placement is a little further away from the sightseeing stuff, but it is walkable - otherwise a grab is fairly cheap

• Tuan (10/5): Great place, cleanliness and vibes - I had a great stay at PIN, the room were good, probably the most comfortable bed with 4 soft pillow we had in some month, location is good plenty of cafes and food places close and i can walk to the main tourist attraction

• Anna (10/5): Could have comfortably spent a month here. - Clean, spacious, lovely staff, well appointed, great location — walkable to D1 and a lot of local-frequented street food spots. The AC was amazing — not a split system, but quiet and kept the room at a perfect temperature.
