Os pratos disponibilizamos as refeições a são saborosos. Não há disponibilidade de água de forma gratuita, nem ás refeições. Apenas se pode obter água comprando garrafas pequenas (não há grandes) no bar. As instalações são demasiado básicas, especialmente tendo em conta o preço cobrado. Não há energia nos quartos até às 18:00 (aconselho levar lanterna para uso da casa de banho do quarto). Não há ar condicionado e não há vidro nas janelas e o quarto fica muito quente durante o dia. Muito barulho durante o dia da música do bar (que não é má) que está muitas vezes a colidir com a música que se ouve do espaço contíguo e que gera muito ruido e confusão, além de não se poder ouvir a natureza que existe ao redor. O pequeno almoço apenas começa às 8:30, e as refeições demoram por vezes bastante tempo a serem servidas, tendo que ser solicitado que sejam disponibilizadas coisas simples como facas, copos, água a ferver…. Atenção também a quem vai de lancha, que a probabilidade de molhar a bagagem é alta e a subida é descida da lancha é a partir da praia.

En un momento la música estaba muy fuerte siendo una reserva natural... pero al momento de pedir que le bajaran, hubo buena recepción y durante el resto de la estadía pusieron música más suave y acorde al entorno.

O café da manhã é muito gostoso, com boas opções, e o restaurante também merece destaque, com uma ótima comida local. Uma experiência completa, com certeza voltaria!

• ELIZABETH (10/5): Lugar soñado - El lugar es soñado, muy tranquilo si quieres descansar y a la vez admirar lo más lindo de Tayrona. María, Camilo y Hugo eran muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy rico, tiene opciones de almuerzo y cena. También cuenta con un bar y snacks. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, se entiende que por la energía no podía funcionar aire acondicionado, Pero había ventilador. Tienen kayak, snorkel y lugares alrededores para caminar por la playa. El ambiente muy agradable, alejado del ruido de cabo San Juan y sus vendedores. Nada. Todo muy acogedo.

First thing you notice off the boat is the family (who owns the restaurant next door) are literally next door. They are right next to the hostel seperated by a chicken wire fence anout 10ft away. You see and hear them all day. Its more like youre staying on their propertt Next biggest thing is this place constantly doesnt have power. The fans you see in photos are pointless as theres no power throughout the night so its hot as hell. 1 staff member and a guest slept in hammoks outside because of this. Double room with private bathroom doesnt have screening above the door so no way to keep mosquitos out and has a power socket coming out of the wall. We were provided no towels until the next morning as "they have to be washed". You think for the amount of money paid they would have more than enough towels. Overall this place felt like Fyre fest to me.

• Ruth (10/5): It’s quite expensive to get the boat here, so stay a couple of nights - The location is perfect. The bay is quiet, even during ‘boat hours 11-4’ as there is an outcrop of rock separating the hostal from the ‘day visitors’ beach. Food is delicious, a tad more expensive than in the rest of Colombia - but that’s to be expected. Well worth it for the view and great cooking. We had a private room which was lovely. The walk round the bay and simply relaxing is truly amazing. Crystal clear waters, snorkel hire available and well worth doing. Helpful, happy and kind staff. We hiked to the next bay, one of the team Oscar, guided us through the mangrove waters, which was an incredible experience- and boy did we need him!! Power was on occasionally, and not at night so no fan at night - it was rather hot! WiFi was available for additional cost, we didn’t bother it was lovely to totally disconnect.

Se genera muy buena onda en el hostal, ya que es muy tranquilo y se puede acceder al arrecife para caretear fácilmente. La comida que ofrecen también está bien, con precios justos y tienen opciones vegetarianas Hay bastante ruido de parte de los vecinos, lo que contrasta con la calma de un parque nacional y estar en la naturaleza. El personal se preocupó de que el ruido parara en la noche, para asegurar un buen descanso. El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde (supuestamente a las 8:30-9, pero lo sirvieron a las 10 cuando estuve), lo cual no permite tiempo para salir temprano a caminar

Se escuchaba música procedente de diferentes altavoces, lo que a veces impedía conectar realmente con la naturaleza y relajarse. Llegar hasta el alojamiento es un pcoo complicado, pero por el entorno merece la pena.

• Sofia (1/5): - Andres era amable, si caminabas bastante por la costa llegabas a la parte linda de la playa La higiene un desastre. El baño muy sucio, poco mantenido. A la noche nos tocó tormenta, al tener goteras en el techo justo arriba de la cama nos mojamos por supuesto. Cuando reservas, te venden tener un restaurante… higiene nula me atrevería a decir o al menos eso se veía, parecía más un rancho al aire libre que una cocina donde preparaban los platos. A tener en cuenta que no te avisan de ante mano que no cuentan con electricidad. (En la habitación se ve un ventilador pero lógicamente no anda) Habíamos reservado dos noches, pero como no nos sentimos cómodas nos retiramos antes. Si buscas tranquilidad o relax es difícil porque al lado vive gente y suele haber bastante ruido, etc El problema e Es pagar por algo que tiene un precio similar a otros lugares que nos hemos hospedado con las comodidades básicas que si se cumplen en esos sitios. Por lo tanto relación precio calidad muy mala :( El lugar tiene potencial, quizás algún día si resuelven estas cosas y lo mantienen mejor puede llegar a funcionar
• Mateusz (9/5): Petit paradis zen 🙏 - Un endroit magnifique et plutôt préservé qui permet largement d’être dépaysé, déconnecté et relaxé. Confort rudimentaire mais vaut largement la peine pour un moment de calme loin du monde. L’ambiance est décontractée et souvent calme Rien à dire !
• shirley (7/5): En resumen, el lugar es hermoso y con mucho potencial, pero la atención y las condiciones básicas po - El hostal tiene un diseño muy bonito y está ubicado en un lugar espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y cerca de una playa hermosa. Sin embargo, hay varios detalles importantes a tener en cuenta. Las habitaciones son extremadamente calientes durante la noche, no tienen buena ventilación y desde las 9:20 p.m. no hay electricidad, lo que hace aún más difícil descansar. Dormir en hamaca sería una mejor opción, pero lamentablemente solo hay una disponible para todos los huéspedes. Además, se fue el agua y cuando mi amiga pidió un balde para el baño, la persona encargada tuvo una actitud poco amable. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero lo sirvieron casi a las 10 de la mañana, a pesar de que nos levantamos temprano para ir a nadar. Al preguntar por él, la respuesta también fue bastante antipática. Notamos un cambio muy drástico en la atención entre el primer y el segundo día, siendo esta última bastante regular. En resumen, el lugar es hermoso y con mucho potencial, pero la atención y las condiciones básicas podrían mejorar considerablemente para ofrecer una mejor experiencia.

Auch das Schnorcheln direkt vor der Türe mit tollen Korallen und unzähligen verschiedenen Fischen ist ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und bietet eine familiäre Atmosphäre, bei der man leicht auch ins Gespräch kommen kann.
• Douglas (6/5): Needs to improve - The setting for this hostel is beautiful. It's fairly isolated and has the potential to be relaxing. The food is really good. I don't regret my decision to stay here, and previous reviews helped to prepare me for the experience. The hostel is operated more for the convenience of the staff than the guests. If you want something like a beer, it might take some time to find someone to get it for you. Loud music is played throughout the day. I turned it down to a reasonable level once, but it was turned back up within five minutes. I asked the other guests if anyone liked the loud music, and no one liked it. It wasn't possible to hear the waves on the beach. We spent some time trying to figure out how the rooms could be so hot--much warmer than ambient temp. I don't remember ever sweating so much at night. Bugs will come into the room, but the net was sufficient to keep them off of us at night. We were very disappointed that the only potable water is in 500 ml plastic bottles that they sell for 8,000 COP. To use so much plastic in such a place is a shame.
• Jessica (8/5): Tranquil paradise, amazing place to disconnect and spend time in nature. - The beach this hostel is on is absolutely stunning - the snorkelling is some of the best I’ve ever seen, right at your doorstep. I really appreciated that they offered the snorkeling gear for free, we went at least twice a day. It’s a fantastic place to disconnect and spend time in nature. The food from the restaurant is beautiful, fresh fish caught by the family next door I believe. Throughout the day, they provided free coffee and hot water to make tea which is a nice plus. The owners seem to really care about keeping the place clean, we often saw staff sweeping and mopping, and the bathrooms were generally always very clean. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay here! This is a fairly new hostel, so I’m sure they are working on these things, but there were a few things which could be improved. The main one being the dorm room: this area has a lot of mosquitos. I am really surprised they do not have mosquito nets for the beds. The other issue is the room gets VERY hot as there is no fan and very little ventilation. The first night I probably slept 1-2 hours, I kept having to go outside from the heat. Since there is no electricity at night I don’t know what the hostel can do about this, but i found the heat in the room difficult. The second issue is there is only one toilet and shower for the whole hostel. I often had to wait quite a long time to use the toilet as there was always someone in there, sometimes there would be a queue. I also didn’t like that the hostel didn’t provide drinking water, you are very isolated at this beach and the hostel offers 500ml water bottles for $8k, you can’t really get water anywhere else. It would also be nice if you could buy snacks at the hostel, like chips, biscuits or fruit for example. If you get hungry you just have to wait for the restaurant next door to serve food which could be a few hours away.
• Marieta (8/5): A perfect paradise!!! - The staff is very very kind, always trying to provide the best experience. The location of the hostel is perfect for those who like the sea and calm areas. There’s a reef directly in front of the hostel, where you can snorkel and see lots of animals, including calamaris and barracudas. Also kayaking! BThe beach is very relaxed, beautiful, a perfect spot for a getaway. And from there you can also go hiking with a local guide. I think it’s just good to know that the access to the beach is by a rough 1 hour boat ride, so your package needs to be water proof/protected. Also there’s no kitchen to cook your own meals and no markets and stuff around so you will eat there everyday. The food is delicious though, just not very budget friendly.
• Pam (8/5): We loved our visit! - There is so much to like about this place! The location is gorgeous and the beach is quiet and beautiful. The hostel is new, and the vision they have is amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful! There are, however, some kinks they need to work out. For example, for about 24 hours we had no drinking water - they simply ran out of water bottles. The guests were able to have soft drinks and seltzers instead. They did have a bar with lots of beer and cocktail options, which was nice. The food available was cooked next door by a local family. They served 3 meals/day and Juan Carlos, their son, would come by to take our order. Delicious food! They primarily served eggs for breakfast and fish plates for lunch/dinner. It was possible to request a vegetarian plate. After 3 days, however, we were ready for more variety. The hotel offered activities - snorkel equipment, kayaks, and a nature hike, which we did. It would have been nice for the prices of the activities, drinks at the bar, and meal prices to be posted. We wouldn’t have changed our choices, but can imagine that some people would want to know, for example, that the cost for the hike was US $75 for a couple. Seemed overpriced, especially given that the “guide” didn’t provide much information about the plants, animal life, history of the island, etc. Once these things get fixed, this will be a wonderful place to stay!! One recommendation is to book the room with a private bathroom. We didn’t do this, and opted for the “shared bathroom”. We didn’t realize that this would mean 1 toilet, shower, and sink for all the staff and guests to use. There were times we had to wait for someone to finish their shower to use the bathroom! We would do it differently next time. All in all, this was a magical, lovely experience. We were tired and in need of rest and relaxation. This place was such a great place to go!

• Sua (10/5): Exceptional - Playa Cinto is one of the best place I've been in the world. Awesome snorkeling/freediving in the reef by the beach, outstanding beautiful beach, the restaurant prepared the best fish and langostinos I've ever had. We spent 3 nights there and the staff took very good care of us and we became good friends. We will certainly return.
