- Nabeel (10/5): A little tips - What a lovely host, beautiful place close to everything... Will definitely do it again These apartments are equipped with almost every thing... My recommendation that you need a small microwave and toaster will be perfect.

Die Betten sind bequem und es gab sogar dünne Hausschuhe :-) Uns persönlich hat sowas wie ein kleines Wohnzimmer oder eine Gelegenheit für uns 4 Personen drinnen zu sitzen und zu essen gefehlt. Es war etwas kühl und stürmisch, an einem Tag. Wenn man immer draußen sitzen kann, fällt das vermutlich gar nicht auf...

- Górny (9/5): Świetny pobyt! Było miło, czysto i przyjemnie. Polecam bardzo serdecznie! - Green Bay Suites był świetnie przygotowany, czysty, zadbany. Pościel ładnie pachniała. W pokoju była przejściówka do gniazdek zagranicznych. Była też suszarka z dyfuzorem!Podstawowy zestaw kosmetyków w łazience był zapewniony, ręcznik mały i duży. W łazience przestronny prysznic. W kuchni: ekspres do kawy, czajnik, tylko toster, dwa garnki i patelnia. Lokalizacja blisko plaży była dużym atutem. Piękne plaże, można spacerować wzdłuż morza. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Dobre połączenie WiFi. Szczerze polecam! Okolica poza sezonem prawie nie żyje. Otwarte tylko dwa małe sklepiki, gdzie nie kupisz owoców, mięsa ani warzyw. Największy sklep (Lidl) oddalony o ponad kilometr w stronę Paralimni. W kuchni brakowało gąbki do naczyń.

Kontakt świetny z właścicielem . Bardzo nam się podobało zwłaszcza pokój 202 przeszklony z widokiem na morze . Przydał by się duży nóż do krojenia pieczywa 😉
- Piotr (10/5): Ależ to był fantastyczny nocleg. - Ależ to był fantastyczny nocleg. Apartament ustawny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, z łatwym dojazdem i parkingiem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych w okolicy. Do pięknych plaż około minuty pieszo, do centrum miasta plażą kwadrans. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji, kilka minut autem do ogromnego Lidla. Byliśmy poza sezonem, mieliśmy ciszę spokój i kawka na tarasie w towarzystwie lokalnych kocurów, genialnie. Bardzo łatwy odbiór kluczy i bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam.

- Bev and Barney (7/5): - The apartment was clean. Walking distance to small bays. No sun beds. As we went in February, Protaras was closed. Only one taverna in walking distance. No other bars. You are near a bus route but even in the main part of Protaras we only found 2 bars open. With this we had to rely on self catering. Driving to Lidl. This is when we realized the situation with knives and pans were not suitable. We eventually bought a good knife but the pans were unsuitable, a small pan that we tried to make porridge in that everything stuck to it and was difficult to clean. And the other pan was very big. It needs something in-between size. Also as it wasn't always warm enough to sit outside to eat, but there is a small breakfast bar for 2 people to sit. We had to sit on the bed to watch TV. The balcony is fabulous. Large with a sea view. We never saw the owner or the cleaners. The walls are not very thick and you could hear their nighttime activities. I would possibly come back again in the summer. Lots of nice beaches in driving distance.

- Natalia (9/5): - Apartament Green Bay Suites był bardzo udanym wyborem na dwudniowy pobyt. Znajdował się w wolnostojącym budynku na pierwszym piętrze, a miejsce parkingowe było dostępne tuż przy budynku, co było dużym udogodnieniem. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy kuchnię oraz duże, wygodne łóżko. Wszystko było nowe i bardzo zadbane. Dużym plusem była klimatyzacja, z której mogliśmy korzystać do ogrzewania, ponieważ było dość chłodno. Na miejscu dostępne były ręczniki, suszarka, hotelowe kapcie oraz kosmetyki. Jedynym minusem był brak odpowiedniego oświetlenia przy lustrze w łazience.

- Mladen (10/5): - Got to thank Nikolas for being perfect host. We didn't meet him but he was very patient in explaining everything. Place was very clean. Had all apliances one needs. Big plus is a smartTV of good size, and AC that heats up place in no time. Building has it's own parking in the back. All in all a very nice stay.

- Fenja (10/5): Trotz unserer falschen Buchung hat der äußerst hilfsbereite Besitzer uns kostenlos ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – traumhaf - Wir haben versehentlich das falsche Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht. Der Besitzer war jedoch extrem flexibel und hat uns noch am selben Abend ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – obwohl der Fehler ganz klar bei uns lag und sogar ohne Aufpreis. Alles war einfach super: eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit Dachterrasse und während meiner gesamten Reise durch Zypern war es das sauberste Zimmer, das ich hatte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Overall, it felt like the owner should be more serious about facilities and equipment, because the kettle was also broken.

- Kimbra (9/5): - We loved the sea views from this modern newly renovated apartment with a large balcony to enjoy it. The location was also great with so many amazing walks along the sea towards Protaras or ancient cave church hikes into the mountains. It was really easy to catch a bus to Ayia Napa or Nissi Beach if you want to explore other areas. The apartment was equipped with a small kitchen, coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods/tea. Nickolas and Maria were lovely and helped us with any issues we had and even offered to drive us nearby to any where we wanted to go. . There was a big storm and it affected the hot water so they kindly moved us to a larger apartment nearby which was great because we were there for 8 days and the extra space really helped when the weather was bad and we were stuck inside Nothing to complain about except maybe a toaster for us Australians who love toast in the morning though there was a sandwich maker.

Lite för liten lägenhet utan balkong med små fönster, men det är bra valuta för pengarna ändå. Varmt rekommenderas.
- Zuzana (10/5): - Apartmán ve skvělé lokalitě, krásné pláže, autobusová zastávka i obchody minutku pěšky. Ke všemu úžasný prostorný balkón s krásným výhledem. Majitel je super nápomocný a na všechny podněty reaguje v podstatě okamžitě. Ubytování určitě doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme. Jediné, co bych trochu vylepšila, je počet nádobí k vaření - aktuálně je reálně použitelný jen jeden hrnec. Ale to je maličkost.

- Igor (10/5): Everything you would need and want - Highly recommended accommodation and host, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is spotless and thoughtfully equipped with items we often forget, from slippers to disposable toothbrushes. I would definitely choose this place again!
- Robert (10/5): Extremely pleased - The owner Nikolas & his wife were very helpful. Nikolas went out of his way to please. Location is very quiet & by Lombardi beach which is located in front of Cavo Maris hotel. As with all beaches in Cyprus you have to get there early to find sunbeds & an umbrella. Green Bay is close to a bus stop which is extremely important. Buses , run every 15, minutes, take you to Fig Tree Bay, Protaras, Ayia Napa & Nissi Beach. There is also an excellent supermarket close to hotel. Nothing- it is a small place- 5 rooms & residential. You felt like you were living there.
- Natalia (10/5): - Нам очень понравились апартаменты. Расположение превзошло наши ожидания. В пяти минутах ходьбы несколько красивейших пляжей. Пляжи подойдут как для отдыха с детьми( мягкий песок, удобный вход в море), так и любителям дайвинга.На наш взгляд здесь гораздо лучше останавливаться чем в городе где шумно и много народа. С балкона действительно видно море. Улица тихая. Поблизости один магазин , но лучше закупаться в лидл. Туда можно доехать на автобусе( чтобы уехать обратно нужно вернуться на главную улицу Протарас) Любители тусовки без проблем могут добраться в город т.к. остановки находятся рядом и ехать минут 10. Неподалеку есть отличный рыбный ресторан на берегу моря.Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым. Плотные шторы и тент спасают от солнца. Отдельное спасибо хозяину! Очень отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Мы уезжали поздно и он не только позволил нам оставить вещи, но и предложил душ и полотенца. Мы с удовольствием остановились бы здесь еще раз если приедем на Кипр. Это прекрасное место.
- silvano (10/5): - Appartamento al terzo piano con parcheggio interno, comodissimo alla spiaggia circa 300 metri a piedi. Materasso ok, terrazza enorme con tavolo e vela esterna per il sole. Angolo cucina ben attrezzato. Pulitissimo, ci hanno fornito addirittura ciabattine usa e getta. Siamo stati veramente bene. Il rumore del traffico dopo le 22 non si sente più e si riposa bene. Comodi anche i supermercati a 200 metri. Per la colazione o la fate in apparramento oppure prima delle 9, 9.30 a.m. non c' ë nessun bar aperto. In 10 gg il mare piu bello e la spiaggia piu bella era qui davanti. Quando si riempiono i bidoni dell acqua sul tetto parte la pompa e da un po' di noia ma di notte non si sente.

Hairdryer, oven, dishes etc. I asked for help from the owner regarding netflix and he offered me help. I really appreciated it eventhough I didn’t use it at last. My room didnt have balcony which didn’t affect my one night stay but it would affect my holidays if it was more than two days.

- Katrin (10/5): - Sõbralikud ja vastutulelikud omanikud, meie soovid täideti kiiresti. Tuba oli väga puhas, värskelt ja maitsekalt sisustatud. Toas oli pesumasin ning rõdul päikesekaitseks varikatus. Majutusasutustele ei ole midagi ette heita, kuid aeg-ajalt kostus hilisõhtul või öösel tänavalt müra ja lärmi. Protarase kuulus Fig Tree Bay rand ei ole jalutuskäigu kaugusel, sinna tuleb sõita bussiga.

- Stella (3/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική Το κλιματιστικό είχε μούχλα επάνω, τα φιλτρα δεν ηταν καθαρά και αφου βρίσκεται χαμηλά χτυπούσε πάνω μας και δεν ήταν καθόλου υγιές. Επίσης η τουαλέτα επάνω είχε τρίχες απο τους προηγούμενους αηδιασαμε και πήγαμε αγοράσαμε εξοπλισμό και καθαρίσαμε.

- Igor (9/5): Было хорошо! - Чисто, близко к чудесным пляжам, к автобусным остановкам, магазинам. После 3-4 дней пребывания поменяли постель и полотенца. Большая терраса позволяет насладиться рассветом за чашкой кофе, который можно сделать в кофе-машине. Отзывчивые хозяева, после выезда была возможность принять душ у ресепшен перед поздним вылетом. Шумные бойлеры на крыше, поначалу мешали спать, если кто-то ночью пользовался водой. Но потом перестали замечать это. Неудобно размещать вещи в шкафу, так как нет полок для вещей.
- Michael (10/5): AMAZING HOSPITALITY HIGHLY RECOMEND IT - The hospitality was great and it was super clean and it had everything you needed the decoration was so cute and the bed were so comfy, its also friendly for the little ones and i highly recomend it if you want a place to rest. I liked everything there is nothing that i didnt like everything was AMAZING

- Yara (8/5): - Maria and Nikolas are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just what we needed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace, perfect for chilling in the evening. Located less than 5min walk away from the beach and 10min from the city center by car (10-12€ for a taxi). Nothing. It was all we needed for our short stay.

- Ćetojević (10/5): - Домаћин је љубазан и предусетљив. Све што нам је недостајало добили смо у најкраћем могућем року. Локација је одлична што се тиче плаже док се до центра требало препешачити (или бусом)2,5км. Апартман је у мирном делу града идеално за одмор у тишини. Пешкире смо тражили да нам се промене ( накнада је 10€) али сем пешкира добили смо и чисту постељину.
- Lucia (8/5): Kann ich weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage ist mega! Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Meter von der Green Bay Bucht entfernt. Man kann es hier gut aushalten. Egal ob als Familie oder Alleinreisend. Die Umgebung ist generell etwas ruhiger, was ich nicht störend fand. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist überschaubar. Ich habe mich selbst verpflegt. Es lagen überall Haare im Appartement, auch auf dem Balkon.

Położenie wręcz idealne, ok 200 m do plaży green bay i Lombardia. Kawałek dalej plaża Vyzakia. Sklepy, kioski i przystanki autobusowe praktycznie pod nosem Nie ma czegoś takiego

- Marcin (10/5): - Pokój dość spory, nowocześnie urządzony. W pokoju lodówka, czajnik, kuchenka elektryczna, pełne wyposażenie. Łazienka czysta, wyposażona w ręczniki i mydło w płynie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem zarówno przed jak i w trakcie pobytu. Odbiór kluczy automatyczny ale bez problemów. Właściciel szybko odpisuje na wiadomości i polecił dobra restauracje w pobliżu 🙂 Na terenie znajduje się parking, nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Okolica bardzo fajna. Niedaleko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Okolica dość spokojna (koniec kwietnia). W pełni polecam tą lokalizację. Wszystko było ok!

- gerry (10/5): Amazing , highly recommend 🤩👌 - My stay at Green Bay Suites was exceptional. From the very beginning of our conversation, Nikolas was incredibly supportive, understanding, and accommodating. The premises are in a prime location, offering easy access to everywhere. The self-catering facilities were fully equipped, making the stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated place to stay.
- Jana (8/5): - Large terrace with a view of the sea (a bit in the distance); privacy. The owner is very nice and helpful - he gave us all we needed. There was no microwave. The large armchair could be replaced by a smaller one that would fit in the space of the studio better.
- Victoria (10/5): Super Unterkunft, tolle Vermieter, super Gesamtpaket. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, alles ist schön geputzt. Sogar die Fugen der Dusche sind schön sauber. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind währen unserem 10-Tägigen Aufenthalt 3 mal getauscht worden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, direkt am Strand, in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht vom sehr großen Balkon. Man braucht allerdings ein Leihauto denn die Unterkunft ist ca 20 min. zu Fuß von Stadtzentrum Protaras entfernt.
- Couple (10/5): studio with very good mattress - The mattress in the studio was super comfortable (memory foam), very thick, heavy, soft but not too soft. Every day we woke up well rested. I recommend this place especially for people with back problems. The streets are very quiet day and night. Nikolas and his wife are very nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach is a big plus (just a few minutes walk) and a few minutes drive to Lidl (if you want meat, fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheese etc.). There are also very good restaurants around. After asking I was given an extra stainless steel pan for cooking. The studio has good air conditioning (heating and cooling). The windows in the studio are small but it was still bright enough. I would go there again if I was in Cyprus again.
- iva (10/5): Můžeme vřele doporučit. - Velmi pěkné ubytování.Skvělá lokalita blízko moře , restaurace,obchod. Nespreso v ubytování Majitel ochotný, milý člověk. Snadná domluvila, dobrá komunikace.
