• Michał (8/5): Może być - Parkowanie w garażu podziemnym. Sofa była uszkodzona - urwany zawias, w pojemniku na pościel brud! Osobny pokój jest oddzielony jedynie drzwiami jak od szafy. Podana powierzchnia apartamentu pewnie obejmuje duży taras (w śniegu - nie korzystaliśmy), sam apartament jest raczej nie duży). Za mało kubków I talerzy na 5 osobową rodzinę.

• Foltýnová (10/5): - Krásný interiér, pěkný výhled z prostorného balkónu, podzemní garáž v ceně, myčka, velký sprchový kout, super výchozí bod pro výlety v okolí, dobrá a rychlá komunikace s hostitelkou. V koupelně se spolu se světlem zapne vždy i větrák, který nelze vypnout - trochu chladno.

• Michael (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the mountains - We had an amazing stay at the Angels Wings Apartment.  It's situated very conveniently near the ski slope with a great access. The Apartment is very cosy, feels like brand new with beautiful views from the balcony.  Parking in a garage is a big plus. The lady during the handover explained to us how everything works, gave us tips for local restaurants and cross-country skiing paths. We wish we could stay longer. The Apartment was spotless and our stay exceeded our expectations.  We will be back soon. None
• Niels (1/5): “Misleading Accommodation and Host Issues” - Alles is nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. We were offered a 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms and a living room, as shown in the photo), but it turned out to be a studio with two rooms separated by a thin sliding door. As a result, the five of us had a restless night’s sleep. There weren’t enough plates and cups, there was no broom, and the garage door wouldn’t open, so we had to scrape ice off the car windows every morning. To make matters worse, my son’s bed broke because the slatted base was damaged. On top of that, the host only spoke Czech. When we brought these issues to the host’s attention, we had an extremely unpleasant WhatsApp conversation. She denied all our concerns and even suggested that we were responsible for the problems—despite us just having arrived at the apartment. In the end, we decided to let it go for the sake of enjoying our vacation and asked the host to stop contacting us. However, she continued messaging, even suggesting that if we weren’t happy, we could check out the next day.
