• Emiliano (5/5): Prezzo esagerato per quello che offre - Assolutamente niente, senza infamia e senza lode, un posto adatto solo a chi deve partire in nave dal molo beverello Il self check in impedisce di entrare in stanza se nn dopo averlo fatto e se si arriva stanchi e con i bagagli la procedura può essere irritante. Stanza anonima, piccola e molto fredda come atmosfera. Luci al neon troppo forti, non ci sono lampade più soft sui tavolini accanto al letto.

• Eoin (9/5): Neopolitan Gem - Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk to the port bus stop travelling on the airport bus, and less than 5 minutes to nearest metro too. Very secure accommodation with great shower and great AC. Very clean .. It's on the 10th floor of a building complex overlooking the bay of naples. Great views. All in all, it is a great option for visiting naples and gave us quick access to the port for our onwards travels to Ischia All good
• Celina (7/5): - För oss var det viktigt att ha nära till hamnen då vi kom till Neapel med båt. Detta hotel ligger väldigt nära vilket vi uppskattade. Du ska vara medveten om att detta hotell ligger precis vid en hårt trafikerad gata och ljuden därifrån hörs tydligt. Vi var vedvetna om detta och sov med öronproppar. Ett misstag från vår sida var att vi missade att det inte fanns kylskåp på rummet. Det är trevligt att kunna kyla vatten inför sina promenader på stan.

• Livio Vicinanza (9/5): Modern room with balcony and amazing views, no human factor - Beautiful views of the bay and the Vesuvius from the small balcony, the room is modern and clean You need 10cents to operate the lift, the area is very trafficked at night (although you don't hear it from the 10th floor). Everything is automated, I have never met a human being throughout my stay

A szallásról feltötött képek a valóságot tükrözik. Ami zavaró lehet, mint például számomra is, az az áthallatszó nesz a szomszédoktól és a beszürődő zaj az utcáról.

• Karen (9/5): Good value for money - Self check-in was easy. Room was clean and modern, with a very beautiful view over the city and Vesuv from the cozy balcony. Good value for money for city-explorers who just need a nice and cool (aircon) place to rest/sleep. City taxes wasn't included in our payment and had to be payed after check in. We had to do this online. A small inconvenience. The location was nice and close to everything, but it seems like an area with a lot homeless people on the street - this didn't bother us, but just a heads-up. We missed a fridge and electric kettle in the room.
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - Great view from the balcony, high floor, modern & nicely decorated comfortable room Old & quite slow elevator, the worst thing however which would really need to improve in order to match the level of general comfort of the room is the sound insulation - it was very difficult to have a good night rest due to the street noise coming through the balcony door, also the door to the room is not soundproof, so you can hear everything happening in the entrance hall, there was a man talking on loud speaker in the middle of the night in the hall, some weird beeping loud sounds etc., which was really disturbing

• Teresa (10/5): Great, safe, accessible location with a wonderful Port view - We loved the view from our room, early check-in (we arrived from a ferry), location to the port, metro stops and taxis. It was very easy to catch a taxi to the airport for 24 euros at 6am on the busy street, close to the building. Rooms are on the 10th floor, so elevator is required with bags (note: there's a 10 euro cent charge to use the elevator between 0800 and 1700, free on Sat and Sun) Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, dop kits, etc ( minor).

• Sylwia (10/5): I would stay there again for sure - Very clean and the view from balcony was great, we book a room with balcony, the fridge was there, we stay at weekend so we don’t need to pay for elevator but monday-Friday you have to pay 10 cent , location was perfect , self check in Paying for elevator and the place to leave baggage after check out was 10 min from the hotel
• Kinga (8/5): Would recommend - Very comfortable bed . Clean room . Check in was easy. Lovely view ! We had to pay 10 cents for every time we wanted to use the elevator. As we were staying on the 10th floors we had to use it a few times
• Балова (8/5): Very good - The property is near the stops of ferry. We slept only one night before traveling to Capri. It is a good option for one night. There aren’t any cups in the room. I wanted to take some pills because of headache but I couldn’t.
• Matjaz (8/5): Beautiful views, you have to pay for the elevator to get to the 10th floor! - Very good location, beautiful views over the port, city and the bay. You have to pay 10 cents for the elevator. I mean, I don't mind paying for the lift, but in the slot only fits 10cents and nothings else and this was nowhere written before the check-in notification. Very disturbing and stressful.

• Ash (7/5): Nice apartment in old building next to port. - I like the ability to self-check aspects, the convenience of being close to the port, and cleanliness of the rooms. There is also a grocery around the corner from the complex which was convenient. The exterior of the building where the apartments is run down, dark and doesn’t leave the best 1st impression. However, Inner city Naples is covered in graffiti and trash so is about par for the city. It did make me wonder if itwould have been better to get a hotel. The elevators are old and scary… I wouldn’t get more than two people at a time and it charges for it’s use on the weekdays.

• Chang (10/5): Great value for the money - This place is right next to the port. It’s really convenient if you want to take the ferry. Check-in was very fluent and the staff was quite friendly. Strongly recommend this place. You need to pay 10 cents to take the lift btw 8am and 8pm. It’s a bit annoying when you don’t have enough 10cent coins. But I don’t think that’s a big deal. Again in general, this place is really good.
• Rosa (5/5): Location was good, but the ants in the room weren’t - The location was good. The sheer curtains don’t block the direct sun coming into the room. Therefore the room gets hot and you get woken up with the sun beaming at your face. The AC was necessary to keep the room decent, but sometimes it would turn off. Also there were a lot of ants that we saw in the bathroom, room and even some in the bed. This was room number 5. May want an exterminator as that was unpleasant, but luckily we only stayed one night. Also you have to pay 10 cents to use the elevator to go up to the 10th floor where the apartments are. That was new to me so make sure to have change on you.

• Glenn (6/5): Not a good experience, certainly won’t recommend to stay here to anyone! - Not much The check-in process is long and laborious. I’ve never had to pay to use an elevator in my life! The main door (on the 10th floor) slams shut each time a guest goes in and out (wakes you up in the middle of the night) and each door to the rooms slam shut, again, waking us up at all hours of the night. 1 bath towel for the two of us!

• Judit (6/5): Overpriced basic tiny room - Clean. Beautiful view on the city and the Vesuvio. Price value ratio, paid crazy amount of money for a super small basic room with no hotel facilities. The terrace door is not noise insolated even when closed. Woke up twice during the night on alarm caused probably by electricity outage. Our room was next to the main entrance, so we heard all the guests shutting the door whenever they entered, left or did the checkin. The apartment which contains the rooms is on the 10th floor. After we booked we received the info, that during daytime in weekdays the usage of the elevator is upon additional cost and coins operated. Mini fridge made a lot of screeching noise.

• Tramontana (1/5): Bad - I didn't stay at Mia Suites Porto because they called me saying there was availability in the structure I booked. They offered another structure but didn't show me the real room I would have to stay and didn't want to cancel booking. This is a very bad service.

• Liliia (9/5): Superb - The room is small but very stylish and clean. Convenient self-registration system. Great for a short stay. There were greasy stains on the blanket, since there was no reception, there was no one to contact about this. The windows overlook the port, the sound insulation is very poor, unfortunately, you won’t be able to get enough sleep in the morning. As a wish, it would be great if they added a few hooks or a hanger for coats by the door. If you hang it on those hangers that hang above the table, then it will be impossible to use the table, especially if it’s after rain.

• Charlene (6/5): If you need a basic well located room as your stay, then property is suitable. - Location great, close to train station and walking distance to most landmarks. Check in process was annoying, had to reinsert extensive information after providing it through online questionnaire. Room relatively clean but found a few hair strands on bed, only 1 pillow per person on bed provided and 2nd pillows provided in cupboard had stains, lots of hair and no pillow case. Annoying to have to keep 10c coins to use the elevator to and from 10th floor. No kettle or cups to make coffee.

• Solange (8/5): MiaSuites is a perfect place to stay if you're looking for good location in Napoli - MiaSuites is located close to a subway station (Universita) and many Napoli attractions. Everything was sparkling clean. The host was very nice and helpful. Check-in is electronic - very easy if you follow the instructions provided by the host. The cleaning ladies were very nice as well. The bedrooms are "small", I wish we had a little more space :)

• Filip (8/5): Super location and clean accomodation - - location is perfect near port and walkable to the city center - cleaneless & new furniture & equipment - digital checkin was smooth - No WiFi password was provided in the room, since accomodation does not have personnel available it probably needed to be requested. From my opinion WiFi passsword should be provided in the rooms without explicit request - Small and somewhat slow elevator to be used during workdays needs to be paid 0.10€, it can be struggle sometimes having the coins available.
