• REYES (1/5): No lo recomendaría nunca - Nada El acceso al piso es horrible. Oscuro y rebuscado. El piso sucio, sábanas sucias, toallas con mal olor, paredes manchadas, polvo, baño, mampara, puerta, sucio. Falta de mantenimiento. No merece ser un alojamiento de este buscador. El olor insoportable y no hay ventilación (y mejor ni abrir una ventana). Sensación de inseguridad. No tengo ninguna recomendación porque no lo ofrecería, pero en tal caso, pongan fotos al menos del acceso y que la gente decida si se mete en ese hueco.

• Agustín (7/5): Una de cal y otra de arena - La situación, cerca de una linea de metro que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. En el alojamiento se especifica que hay un sofá cama, pero en realidad es un sofá fijo con cojines anchos. No se convierte en cama.
• Nayade (5/5): Las puertas no cierran bien, y la entrada … sin comentarios - La ubicación Está en un patio, detrás de un ascensor , da miedo entrar. El piso pequeño, pero bien. Pero la entrada parece una película de terror.

• Suarez Gutierrez (1/5): Un finde en un sótano en pésimas condiciones - Todo mal, lo único que se medio salva es que no esta demasiado lejos del centro La forma de acceder al apartamento es vergonzosa, se accede por un patio en mal estado y estrecho de un edificio, mas que un apartamento parece un sotano, la limpieza bastante mala, las condiciones dan asco he tenido que comprar mis propias toallas, sabanas, almohadas… los utensilios de cocina mejor ni usarlos asquerosos, solo hemos usado el apartamento para dormir nada más despertar nos hemos ido, no es agradable estar ahi. Adjunto fotos del edificio e entrada.

• Yaiza (9/5): Lo recomiendo - Cercanía de lo que necesitábamos, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y te encontrabas en un ambiente bastante agradable ya que fueron unos días de bastante frío en Madrid Llegamos y tenía apagado el calentador del agua, tuvimos que esperar al día siguiente para poder ducharnos con agua caliente

• Javier (1/5): Engaño de apartamento - Sacando la ubicación,NADA Estuve 1 h esperando a que me dieran las llaves y eso que le llamé 5 veces.Cuando por fin me devuelve la llamada,me dice que tenía que haberme comunicado por WhatsApp,pues resulta que no tiene WhatsApp. En la página de Booking pone que es de 60m y no tiene más de 35m y en un semisótano que da a un patio de luces. La peor experiencia que hemos tenido con Booking.

• Aurora (4/5): Disappointed - I booked this apartment for my boyfriend and his mum. We had let the owner know that they would arrive at 3PM to pick the keys. There was some messaging back and forth saying that they had to call a technician to fix something on the bathroom and that it would take them 30 minutes more to arrive. My boyfriend and his mum ended up going into the apartment one hour later or so than expected, and the apartment was unclean. He then met up with the owner of the building spontaneously , and she said that they people that had the ad on booking weren’t allowed to rent it for tourists. Again, there’s people PAYING to stay an absurd amount for this lodging and it’s really not worth it.

• Santiago (1/5): Bad - The hostess was reluctant to provide instructions on how to get access despite being contacted way in advance. During check-in she arrived late and with a bad attitude to deliver the keys On top, the towels were still wet and some clothes remained on the washing machine If you don't like what you do, just quit and find a better thing to do. There are many dedicated and happy people in the lodging industry waiting to take over

• Elvis (1/5): Bad communication, loads of humidity and possible mold. Do not stay here. - The location. I initially booked this place because of the location, since I had to make some plan changes I booked the apartment a day before the check in, during the day and the following day I tried communicating with them but they were unresponsive. I only got a message 10 minutes before the check in time (15:00) telling me to be there 15:20. I received the keys and had to meet some friends, at night when I arrived to the apartment the humidity and mold trigger a strong allergy in me, I had to walk around to find a drug store. After, I called the owners telling them I couldn’t stay there, the lady that called me after not only neglected my health issues but also diminished what I was saying as if I was lying. I do not recommend this place and it’s the first place I won’t recommend in Booking after dozens of stays all over the world.
