• Laurence (9/5): - Appartement grand, moderne, bien équipé Il faut prévenir que le logement se trouve dans une zone piétonne totalement inaccessible aux voitures. Donc il nous a fallu trouver un parking et transporter tous les bagages. Nous avions le logement le plus haut : 1 étage, puis une cour à traverser puis 2 étages.

• David (10/5): Perfekt in Lüttich, wir kommen wieder. - Sehr gut ausgestattet Küche, wirklich super Lage, bequeme Betten, sauber. Die Dusche funktioniert gut, was ich bei AirBnbs nicht für selbstverständlich halte. Die Badewanne wurde nicht genutzt, wirkte aber groß. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Kontakt lief super, geantwortet wurde sehr schnell. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

• Wir! (5/5): Wir würden trotz der tollen Lage beim nächsten mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen. - Das beste an der Unterkunft war die Lage: zentral und gute Infrastruktur im Umfeld. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft und wir konnten mit den Klimageräten heizen. Die Küche haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, aber sie machte einen guten Eindruck. Wir haben den ersten Abend und den Vormittag mit Problemen verbracht, weil der Türcode nicht funktionierte. Die freundliche Vermieterin konnte das Problem erst nach stundenlangem Ausprobieren mit einem Mastercode lösen. Darüber hinaus gab es zahlreiche Mängel in der Wohnung: 4 von 6 Stühlen im Essbereich waren nicht nutzbar, weil kaputt; Toilettenpapierhalterung im WC war aus der Wand gerissen; zahlreiche Leuchtmittel waren kaputt; das Waschbecken im unteren Bad, hatte keinen Stöpsel und so musste man schon sehr aufpassen, dass keine kleineren Teile in das Becken fallen; Wasserflecken an der Wand im Dachgeschoss; lose Fliesen an der Badwanne; Schimmel an den Dachfenstern; Stuhl im Dachgeschoss kaputt; Flecken auf einem Kissenbezug der Couch; Spinnweben an der Decke; beide Betten hatten eine Kuhle, sodass man immer wieder in die Mitte rollte.

• Beatrice (7/5): Nice central apartment but with small humidity problem - Very nice and clean apartment with a good vibe and very well located One of the bedrooms with adjacent bathroom seems to have a humidity problem leading to an unpleasant smell. Probably the ventilation in the bathroom needs a check. The kitchen utensils are very basic

• Thi Kim Tuyen (7/5): Un grand appartement super bien situé avec un équipement à revoir. - Superbe emplacement au centre piétonnier de Liège, dans une rue un peu isolée et tranquille. Vaste appartement 3D bien agencé avec plusieurs salles d'eau. Le classeur avec les instructions et les bons plans. Le mobilier doit être remplacé car le canapé n'invite pas à s'y asseoir (plein de tâches de saleté) et la plupart des chaises sont trouées et vite inconfortables. Si vous êtes un peu claustrophobe, sachez que le plafond est bas et que cela manque de luminosité (le vis à vis est très proche ce qui n'incite pas à relever les stores). Enfin, vous pourriez avoir du mal avec une valise car le logement est accessible via une série de 69 marches plutôt étroites.

• Inmaculada (10/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, está muy limpio, completamente equipado. Las únicas pegas son que las camas son muy blandas, y hay muchas escaleras para llegar al apartamento.

• Dums (8/5): Très belle découverte après un accès sportif ! - Très bien dans son ensemble dans un style épuré. Contacte très agréable avec l'hôte. Lieux propres et de belle dimension. Savon liquide proposé très agréable. Linges de lit et serviettes impeccables. Cuisine très complète avec compléments offerts : huiles, épices, café... Farde d'informations très utiles et complètes. On se sent directement bien dans l'appartement. Gentillesse des dames du service ménage. Une des 2 chambres trop peu équipée : pas de meubles pour poser un vêtement ni de crochet pour pendre. Pas de poubelle, ni dans la salle de bain de cette chambre. Long chemin entre l'entrée et l'appartement . Il faudrait signaler qu'il y a une cinquantaine de marches à franchir pour atteindre l'appartement.
• JTD (7/5): Nice Place - Liked the location, spaciousness, and the facilities provided. Lots of food options nearby, and it is located right behind the Liege Opera House. No noise, no disturbance of any kind - very peaceful. Hot water didn't work as expected. Once a person took a quick shower, there was no hot water available for the next person. Also, there was no dishwasher tablet. Unfortunately, we had to run the dishwasher with just plain water.
• Ehis (10/5): Great apartment - I really love this apartment. It was very clean, neat, and spacious. Great for family vacation. The location is very good. You can easily access everything. We lodged for one week. The host was very helpful and responds quickly to my messages. I asked for an extra big pot, and the cleaning lady brought it in less than 15 minutes. There was this guy who helped us check our airconditioning, i forgot his name. He was very friendly. I will definitely be visiting liege soon because of this apartment.

• Candide (10/5): A gem to come back to. - This apartment was right in the city centre around shops snd public transport, perfect for whether you wish to explore the city centre or venture out. The apartments with spacious, comfortable, clean, felt homely and I didn’t want to leave. The only thing is that the journey up to the apartment includes a lot of stairs so if you have any heavy bags or suitcases it is a little difficult.

• Tigran (10/5): A wonderful place to stay when in Liege - Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice design, good location. Many restaurants, bars, shops and monuments around. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant soaps and douche gels. There was a nice folder with useful information, an extrnded version of the letter that hosts send when welcoming. Chairs, were nice looking as a part of design, but not high for kids to reach the surface of the table.
• Panzu (10/5): 100% on point. - The aroma at the main entrance is so welcoming. The property is very spacious and clean. Homely, great for family. Looking forward to come again. Cleaners are very friendly and professionals. TV in each of the rooms would be a great. Nothing much, the only thing I can say is to hoover under the bed. There was a bit of dust. No car parking but if you find a spot in the road is cheaper than the car parks around.

• Nelson (10/5): A great weekend in an amazing flat. - Location, the size, comfort, configuration, decoration, facilities, coziness, the access to sun light. It was very cold when we arrived, but I understood that the person who was supposed to have left the heating on forgot doing that. Also, there is an excessive amount of stairs, I didn’t mind, but the other family did.

• Don (8/5): Great massive apartment but problems need addressing - There was no breakfast. Location was great. No wardrobes to hang clothes. 72 steps to climb to get to apartment. Not suitable for people with mobility problems. My wife and I are 70 and it nearly killed us.
