• Roed (6/5): - I liked the secure off road parking. The hotel and room were clean. The room had air conditioning, a bar fridge and hotel package DSTV. The shower leaked, the basin did not have hot water, there was a trick to locking the door but once understood it is easy - just need to let staff know of the trick. The food is mediocre. The position of the hotel is ok - it is not on the river so dont be fooled by the name but the facilities are on par with the price. The staff try to assist as much as they can with booking various safaris which helps so much but some of their English is a bit limited. I thought the hotel was closer to the river - no view. The food was sub standard. Limited DSTV access.

• Mbali (7/5): It was a lovely stay but too pricey . - Friendly and carrying staff, property clean. Shower heads are causing a mess when taking a shower sprinkling everywhere until the outside part of the shower.
• kutlo (9/5): easily accessible, very clean spaces, COMFORTABLE BED!, great kitchen staff - great kitchen staff; they are as attentive as they are mindful of your personal space, a 10/10! best ambience, especially the nostalgic Westlife sounds. not too loud but great enough for a December morning. Very clean, an the bed is super comfortable, great place! corridor noise, early garden works; machinery too noisy for one to rest. thought they could push garden tim to round 10am or check out time, to accomodate those who arent up too early. front desk orientation can be more comprehensive and offer sense of flexibility, especially for first timers. the only reason i wont return is how my first impression was that my money is more important than me as a client. a little tweak to this and it may serve future customers well.

We were ofered to have a bufet dinner, however we were not informed about the price. Overall, it was overpriced compare to menu. We would not recommend to have the bufet dinner.

It was a beautiful cold monstrosity in the African setting lost. Bathroom was full of mould - but bedroom was clean and bed very comfortable

• Gary (8/5): Good standard hotel - Staff were lovely, food was good and rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fire alarm went off three times over our weekend stay, once at 2.00am and we all evacuated, which was correct, but they need to sort that issue. If you are from the UK it's a Travelodge/ Premier Inn standard but lovely for our needs to do safari trips. Breakfast had good choice but couldn't really be classed as a hot breakfast as each day sausages and bacon were cold. It's a bit outside Kasane and the fire alarm issue Breakfast could have been warmer.

The WIFI signal was erratic sometimes, and though delicious, the food would take long to be served. They could also consider adding a Massage Spa and Gym to the facilities.

We enjoined the pool and the service from the bar. The rooms are comfortable including the bathrooms. All our adventure booking were done by the hotel and it was a memorable experience. Build a walkway and lookout point at the river. This can later be developed with bar and food facilities overlooking the river.

We were resident but we were forced to buy from their bar which I felt was unfair and costly Their food was slightly burnt if they can improve on that. The pool closing at 18:00 its very hot during the day which makes it difficult yo swim. And when the weather becomes better for us to can swim they said its closed. It also need to be reviewed

The room was beautiful and super clean with a big comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities were provided. The food was delicious and the breakfast had a variety of offerings. The pool was clean and sparkly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kasane. Nothing.

• Kgosi (10/5): Quality represents something that is of value to me and this is what Two Rivers Hotel offers. - The food is quite good and enjoyable, I just would like to suggest that the backyard area be turned into a somewhat peaceful and serene setting which can allow guests the opportunity to rest under the stars. The facilities are ok, just that it would be great if the outdoor backyard offered a more relaxed setting to allow guests to lie on the grass and stargaze. I would also like to suggest that there should be some shades provided or the carparking area. Visitors who arrive driving would at some point during their stay leave their vehicles and hop on to shuttles and go for game drives and having to leave the vehicles under the sun for sometime, even up to the entire day or even more.
