• Oksana (8/5): Спасибо, мы хорошо отдохнули ;) - Удобное расположение - от метро или трамвая 5-7 минут пешком. Легко добираться в разные районы города. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины и кафе. В пешей доступности парк развлечений и Океанариум. Квартира компактная и чистая. Было все необходимое для проживания на несколько дней. Хозяйка приветливая, на все вопросы отвечала быстро. Дом старой постройки без системы вентиляции, было довольно душно в июле. Проблема решалась тем, что в квартире был вентилятор.

• Alena (8/5): Очень хороший вариант для культурного отпуска. - Расположение просто замечательное! Можно гулять по всем главным достопримечательностям города пешком, не используя транспорт. Помимо этого, владелец объекта пошла нам на встречу, когда наш самолет задержали, и сделала возможным очень поздний заезд (после 12 часов ночи). Необходимые гигиенические принадлежности также были предоставлены. Также очень порадовало то, что на кухне индукционная плита, что позволило сократить время готовки в отпуске. К сожалению, кровать оказалась слишком мягкой, из-за чего мы с мужем первые две ночи просто скатывались в центр и не могли полноценно выспаться. На третью ночь мы додумались снять матрасы и тогда сон снова стал глубоким :)

• Večeřová (9/5): Ubytování moc hezké. Určitě doporučuji. - Hezké ubytování, tak akorát pro 2 lidi. S výhledem do parku ( je tam psí park a někdy pejskové dost štěkali, já jsme ale zvykla a ráda na ně koukala) :) Slušné zařízení, my jsme teda moc nevyužívali, jelikož jsme většinu dne byli venku. Pro mě i doprovod byla postel moc měkká, ale to je každého preference :)

• Barbara (9/5): Siamo stati bene durante tutta la permanenza, consiglio questo posto a chiunque! Un bellissimo angolo tranquillo di Hels - La posizione è ottima, poco distante dal centro e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Il quartiere è ben tenuto e frequentato anche da molti giovani, soprattutto la sera, essendo in estate. L’appartamento è molto bello, piccolo ma comodo, con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Wifi funzionante perfettamente. C’è una sola chiave per tutte le porte il che rende tutto più semplice. La stanza rimaneva sempre un po’ calda e in bagno non c’era grande possibilità di aerazione non essendoci nè una finestra nè una ventola quindi lasciavamo la porta aperta il più possibile. Non c’era possibilità di regolare lo scalda asciugami, o perlomeno non era indicato da nessuna parte, perciò anche in bagno era sempre piuttosto caldo. Per il resto tutto ok.

• Toyin (8/5): Other than the problem I had on Sunday morning, if resolved, I will rent the place again next year by the grace of God. - I love the cleanliness of the apartment and easy accessibility to stores/shops. Even though it’s an old building, the apartment is well maintained. I enjoyed walking in the park across from the studio. Just like I discussed with the owner, there was a big security issue. The second door needs to be removed. I got stuck in the bathroom for about about an hour, what about if I went to the bathroom without my phone. I understand that it is a lot of inconvenience for the owner to get out of her comfort zone to let me out but what if I have a medical emergency while I was there? I see no reason for that door, it is a very big security issue. I couldn’t attend my church service due to this incident, I changed and went straight to the airport. I was in Finland for that purpose, why should I not be able to attend it?
• Missy (10/5): Exceptional - Kallio is a great location when visiting Helsinki. It was a quiet part of the neighborhood, but also very well connected; the metro was just around the corner, and you can pick up the tram and bus as well. We entered via door code, and retrieved the key for the door from a lock box. The flat was the perfect size for myself and my partner for our weekend trip. It was clean and had everything we needed. Tip: Check out Way Bakery and Ravintola Flät no 14 for good breakfast foods just around the corner.

• Kaidi (9/5): Superb - Its a nice little apartment, around 20 minutes from the city centre (we sometimes used tram, sometimes walked) in a very nice surroundings. Everything was good. Coffee machine was still full of coffee (probably left from the previous visitors and not cleaned up) but its not a big deal. We were a bit scared of long list of activities printed out and placed to the kitchen table about all kind of possibilities to get fined (so we tried to behave well;)

• Chas (7/5): Good - The property was as described by other reviewers, good location, about 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, less time to trams and buses and about 10 minute walk to several supermarkets. It is a little way out of the main town area but is easy to reach by metro, Studio apartment (not large) with a small kitchenette with all of kitchen items/impements you'd expect to find. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and there wass shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable and a softer mattress, (we prefer softer mattresses) Across the road from the apartment is a sqare and a park where people would sit and relax, however it was sometimes noisey from loud conversations people would have, sometimes later in the evenings. We heard these because we had to have the windows open because it was so warm in the apartment. Communication with our host Katya was good (via whatsapp) She provided good clear information on how to access the apartment and quick to reply to queries. I would reccommend the apartment to friends aand would book it again if I was to return to Helsinki. It would be helpful if there was another sofa chair to sit on in the apartment. The bar stools were ok but not as comfortable as the sofa chair. (only one in the apartment)

• Chiara (8/5): Convenient option, overall OK for 3 nights - Location, price Furniture needs maintenance. Blackout curtains in summer would be ideal. A bit dusty and it's up to guests to wash dishes (we've found some not properly washed). The shower would benefit from a deeper cleaning too.
• Maryam (4/5): Disappointing - It was close to public transportation and supermarkets. The neighborhood is calm. It wasn't clean!! Stain on refrigerator door, bathroom sink. These stains affected my trust on cleanness of sheet and bathroom floor. The sheets were old. The mesh of the window had some open part then I couldn't open the window and it was really hot at night. The bed was too soft for my taste and it wasn't pocket spring (like other abnbs) which makes it hot!

• Marlena (10/5): Elegant stay in in a good location - The apartment is nice, elegant, well equipped, with a nice view in a nice building. The owner provided clear instructions, so everything worked perfectly.

Nice experience - Spacious and clean apartment with a lot utensils kitchen, located in a good area with metro, tram and bus connections, in addition to the airport bus. I was able to sleep peacefully since the neighborhood is quiet and you can't hear anything. On the other hand, the host was very friendly during check-in as well as willing to give you tips about the city. I would repeat without a doubt. Nothing

It was very tidy, the bed was comfortable enough and the Wi-Fi was working well. Also the communication with the host was very flexible and she was always keen to help. Not really anything.
