• Guest (10/5): Professional service that brought real comfort. - Professional and enthusiastic support staff. The service and facilities here are also very good and convenient. I feel very comfortable and really like it. I will come back soon to rest.

Although it was a bit difficult to find the room, in return the room was very good, fully equipped and the staff also supported us very enthusiastically. If we have the chance, we will come back here.

• Majella (1/5): Worst experience ever - I would never book this property again as when we arrived from Ireland, they had double booked. We had to go and find alternative accommodation because they had double booked. This was very difficult as it was the day before New Year’s Eve.
• Mike (1/5): BEWARE!!!!!! - BEWARE!!!!! YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I just had to this time. One of the reasons we booked with D1mention apartments was because of the rooftop pool but they moved us to Zenity apartment next door without any warning or explanation. As we arrived just before midnight after a 8 hour flight, it seemed a small inconvenience. We were then told we had to change floors to a different apartment the next day. In the morning, after moving rooms without a single complaint, I asked Emily (customer service department) if we could use the rooftop pool. She said she would "look into it"........ We then asked the staff at D1mention if we could use the rooftop pool they said "No". This is not the fault of the D1mention staff, it is the fault of the people managing the bookings. I was now beginning to feel a little ripped off and asked Emily to address the fact that we were moved to a cheaper apartment yet we had paid for the more expensive D1mention. She said she would "look into it"....... We stayed 3 nights, checked out yesterday.... Still waiting......
• Sow (10/5): renter beware. - it has very nice facilities. You need to coordinate with the management company early about check-in. Unlike hotel there are always hotel staff that you can communicate and get service. The apartment management are not always present and getting the key to the unit is not always straight forward. The 24/7 reception, does not really work for the unit rental company. They will refer you to call the owner. This apartment rental has some nice facilities and roomy apartment as compare with a hotel room.
• Sow (8/5): Unpleasant checkin, otherwise great property. - Top floor pool with amazing city view and party room beside it with plenty of area. The checkin process was a little rough, the front lobby was locked, couldn’t get in to get smart card to open door. 24/7 reception is there. Have to call host. When enter unit, no power. Could not believe it, they turn the main circuit OFF. Puddle of water in plastic bags dripping out of the fridge. Microwave doesn’t have rotating place. Host just words are just empty talk. Property has great amenities. If you can pass the checkin process. Great tasty pizza joint on premise.
• Charlotte (2/5): Wouldn't want to recommend! - Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next morning to clean. At beginning they were nice and openly communicating with us, but they stopped and we didn't hear anything the next day. They came in the third day, but they only made the bed and mop the floor. The sheets were still dirty. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stay here, but since it was only a short stay we would have change to another place.
