Saw (7/5): Average - The beach and the swimming pools are good and clean. The Aquapac is OK but it worked only in the third day of our arrival The chalet location is good too , next to the pool and close to the beach The fridge was dirty and smelled bad,and there was no towel in the kitchen to clean it. The fans were very dusty, and the balcony insect net was broken. We told the owner about it, and he said he would send someone to clean it and repair it, but he didn't send anyone. The agent who gave us the keys was very rude, and he made us sign a rent contract with a price lower than the one we paid, he also took 1000EGP insurance (not mentioned in booking fees) but he gave it back when we were about to leave. When we wanted to leave, he asked to make the beds "like hotels"!!! Although the chalet wasn't clean when we came and we had to buy cleaning products and kitchen towels to clean it. Services are below average. There's only one supermarket and a very small "coffee shop " in the area and they are both average and expensive. No restaurants or pharmacies around. No public transportation, and the mobile signal is very low, no 4G. The area is noisy, people play very loud music till 5 am.
