• Ariel (6/5): - El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, amplio, bien equipado. La ubicación no es la mejor pero está bien. Muy ruidoso, toda la noche con distintos ruidos, desde los camiones de recolección de basura varias veces por la noche y el vecino del piso superior desde las 6am hasta las 7am no deja de hacer ruidos molestos. No está enterado que está en un departamento con vecinos debajo. Muy molesto.

• Falconi (1/5): Pésima experiencia con proveedor SH Barcelona, mala relación calidad-precio - Lo único que resultó normal fue la ubicación. Sin embargo, este aspecto no compensa los múltiples problemas del alojamiento. El alojamiento presentó múltiples problemas que afectaron seriamente toda la estancia. No tuvimos acceso a internet durante dos días consecutivos, un servicio básico indispensable. Además, tuve que perder un día completo de mi itinerario esperando al servicio técnico del proveedor de internet dentro del departamento para intentar solucionar el problema, lo que implicó una pérdida directa de tiempo de viaje. El horno nunca funcionó en ningún momento, pese a haber sido reportado. Esto no solo limitó el uso de la cocina, sino que me hizo perder dinero al haber comprado comida que no pude preparar. La limpieza fue claramente deficiente: el departamento estaba muy sucio, con polvo acumulado debajo de la cama que evidenciaba falta de limpieza por meses, y muebles visiblemente manchados y descuidados. El proceso de recogida de llaves es poco práctico y mal diseñado, ya que obliga a desplazarse a otra ubicación antes de llegar al alojamiento, complicando innecesariamente la llegada, especialmente viniendo desde el aeropuerto. El servicio al cliente por parte de SH Barcelona es extremadamente deficiente. Indican un horario de atención de 09:00 a 18:00, pero incluso dentro de ese rango la respuesta es inconsistente. Fuera de ese horario no existe ningún tipo de soporte. Durante la estancia sufrimos un cortocircuito eléctrico mientras utilizábamos la plancha, una situación grave que no recibió atención adecuada. Además, la comunicación fue poco transparente: proporcionan información inexacta en los mensajes y, frente a los problemas reportados, no ofrecen soluciones reales. El inconveniente del horno nunca fue resuelto. Solicité un reembolso debido a los múltiples incumplimientos en los servicios ofrecidos, y simplemente dejaron de responder. La falta de responsabilidad y seguimiento es total. La gestión de SH Barcelona demuestra una grave falta de mantenimiento, control de calidad y atención al cliente. Recomiendo evitar contratar alojamientos con este proveedor

Não deixam claro que o pagamento de 25 euros de taxa precisa ser pago em dinheiro em espécie e não se pode pagar em cartão, a taxa de turismo pode ser paga em cartão, mas a outra taxa não. No primeiro dia que cheguei percebi que não tinha a tampa para o ralo da banheira, o rapaz que me recepcionou me orientou a entrar em contato por telefone ou e-mail, enviei o e-mail no primeiro dia de estadia, fiquei uma semana e até hoje não fui respondida.

• Tony (3/5): A refaire mais pas avec SH Barcelona ! - L'appartement est bien situé (proche du métro) et dispose de suffisamment d'espace. Les 2 seuls volets roulants des fenêtres qui donnent vers l'extérieur étaient HS => nous avons passé la totalité du séjour dans le noir ! Vu l'état des volets (lames tordues / arrachées), il ne peut s'agir d'une casse récente et donc cela était nécessairement connu du loueur SH Barcelona qui s'est montré clairement pas la hauteur / voir de mauvaise foi lorsque nous avons signalé ce soucis dès notre arrivée. Dommage car sinon, le séjour aurait pu être agréable.
• Raúl (7/5): Alojamiento bien. Precio y cobros mal - Habitación principal muy amplia El precio, muy caro. La segunda habitación es un zulo muy pequeño sin ventana que cabe justo la cama y la mesita se queda detrás de la puerta. A parte te cobran la tasa turística (25€ dos personas de viernes a domingo) y un suplemento de check-in (otros 25€) QUE TE PIDEN EN EFECTIVO así por la cara y que si llegas más tarde de la ora indicada se puede duplicar incluso triplicar. La tasa turística lo entiendo, pero el suplemento de check-in me parece un robo.
• Marie (2/5): The location was good, but not the apartment. - The location was very nice and close to the metro. The shutters on the windows and door in the apartment could not be opened, so there was no daylight in the apartment, which is very depressing, and you have no idea what the weather is like outside because you can’t see through the closed shutters and you have no possibility to use the balcony. The drying rack is on the balcony, so we couldn’t access it. There is a strong, unpleasant smell of mould and damp in the apartment, and the toilet does not flush properly. We did not find it clear that one had to cancel physical check-in in order to avoid the check-in fee 30-70€) and that there was an option to collect the key from a key box instead (1,5km from the apartment)

• Yu Ping (10/5): It’s a great property to have a great time of your own vacation, I really enjoy this place. - It has everything, it’s good to stay. The ac was leaking water on top of the closet inside of our bedroom, just do a quick fix will be fine.

• zakraria (9/5): Appartement sympathique au centre de Barcelone - L'emplacement, le confort et la qualité de l'appartement. Proche de deux lignes de métro. Bien située et à côté de toutes les commodités. Un late fee cher. 50 euro pour etre arrivé à 21h. Une mise en place d'une solution de clés en boîte aurait été plus appréciée.

В апартаментах была только одна чашка на троих, не было соли, сахара, специй ничего. Оставить вещи нельзя, обещали дать контакт где можно со скидкой, но так и не прислали. Целый час пришлось ждать агента на жаре при заселении.
• Mehmet (9/5): Superb - There are one and a half bedrooms, but the living room / kitchen is larger than it looks in the photos. The furnitures are simple but adequate. Apartment is at a cental location, with abundant of groceries, cafeterias and several fast food shops. The owner responds to the questions very quickly, and was eager to help all the time. The place was extremely clean when we arrived. The main bedroom faces outside, but the small bedroom and living room / kitchen windows do not, so that these rooms are not getting direct daylight. If you are not planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that should not be an issue. Even it could be an advantage if your visit is in the hot summer days. As our visit was in the early spring, we could have enjoyed some carpetry, or at least slippers, as we do not like wearing shoes indoors. The air condition and electric heater made it warm enough when it was 7 degrees Celsius outside. Some of the kitchenware, suh as pans and kettle were a little bit worn-out. More than one roll of toilet paper and 100 ml. of dish soap would be very nice, as well as some salt and veggie oil in the kitchen.
• Stephen (7/5): Good location/vibe, but can be impoved - Away from tourist area, mostly good facilities. It was a nice space to relax and chill. We were not given greeter contact details, the greeter was given wrong number for us. We Arrived 30 minutes early so had to wait, but no way of knowing if greeter was actually on the way. It started our stay on sour note. We were given half a roll toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner for 1 person/night. All for 3 people for 4 night stay. It felt cheap. We had checkout from 11, but cleaner unlocked door and walked into apartment at about 10:50. Once we asked him to wait, he was very polite. All of the above are easily fixed. Could do with a mirror outside bathroom also.
• Daniel (8/5): Very good - The property was located near a metro station which made it very easy to get to the city centre. The apartment was clean and spacious. Not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions.
