I would definitely book this again if visiting Athens - Clean, spacious and well equipped with extras including some water and coffee pods which was a nice touch. Approximately 10-15 minutes to Plaka through the park. Traditional local restaurants on the doorstep.

• Petr (10/5): - Ubytování má skvělou polohu v centru města se zastávkou autobusu přímo pod domem. V okolí je spousta skvělých podniků jako jsou bary, restaurace a pekárny. Jsem zvyklý na samostatnou přikrývku na spaní a ne na sdílenou s partnerem.

• Vi (10/5): Soggiorno favoloso! - Tutto!!! Alloggio pulito, spazioso, luminoso, praticamente nuovo. Posizione strategica, staff disponibilissimo. Eravamo in 5 e stamattina lo abbiamo lasciato a malincuore. Anche i letti super comodi. Diamo 10 a tutto. Grazie!!!! Nulla
• Bleuzen (9/5): Appartement confortable dans une zone calme et centrale d'Athènes, un très bon choix - Emplacement central tout en étant dans une zone "tranquille" pour Athènes, à moins d'1 mn de 3 bus/trolleys et à 15mn à pied du métro Evangelismos Literie très confortable Volets roulants dans tout l'appartement Cuisine correctement équipée pour 4 personnes ; 2 WCs et 2 lavabos (mais pas 2 salles de bain) Hôte très réactif pour préparer l'arrivée et répondre aux questions/demandes mauvaise insonorisation des murs et plafonds (mais c'est l'immeuble lui-même qui est en cause) prévoir de vraies lampes de chevet dans les chambres
• Olga (9/5): Apartamento que permite explorar la ciudad cómodamente - El apartamento está muy nuevo y es muy cómodo. Además está bien ubicado, en la zona hay servicios y es una zona agradable con bares y restaurantes. Todo bien, pero nos llamó la atención que el microondas estuviera en un armario y hubiera que sacarlo y enchufar y desenchufar cada vez que se quería utilizar.
• Peter (9/5): Schitterend appartement net buiten stadscentrum van Athene. - Ruim en comfortabel appartement. Mooi ingericht en alles voorhanden. 20 minuten wandelen van het centrum maar vlot bereikbaar en zeer aangenaam om te verblijven. Zeer snel en aangenaam contact met de verhuurder. Wakker schrikken wanneer ‘s nachts de vuilkar de vuilbakken komt ledigen of wanneer heel vroeg ‘s ochtends de klokken van de kerk luiden. De vensters zijn niet geïsoleerd.

• Gabriel (10/5): Spacious appartment with any amenity you could need. - Spacious, very clean and perfect location. Host was responsive at all times and very helpful. As with most things, it’s the small gestures that count - there was cold water in the fridge when we arrived, quality coffee pods for the nespresso machine and even little sweets left around the house. Very cosy and ideal for groups as there are two double beds, a sofa bed and a very comfortable sofa that can easily sleep another person. There is a bus stop literally down the road (less than 30 seconds walk) and a 5 minute walk to parks which lead to Syntagma. Many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance.

• Rachele (10/5): - La casa è spaziosa e tenuta con estrema cura, con tutti i servizi necessari. La posizione anche è strategica, quindi comoda perchè vicino a tutte le aree principali del centro di Atene.

• Angelo (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, grazie alle attenzione dell’host e alla tecnologia presente in casa in ogni ambiente . Il - La struttura è meravigliosa, a pochi passi dal centro, ben curata, molto accessoriata ( tapparelle elettroniche, scopa elettrica, microonde, piastre d’ogni tipo, lavatrice, macchinetta per l’espresso, bagni ben organizzati, punti luce e aria in ogni ambiente, condizionatore in area soggiorno).Mancava solo un condizionatore in area notte . Ben servita anche da servizi bus, trame taxi. Consiglio a tutti di farci un pensiero per il soggiorno in Atene. Ci siamo stati in 4 e gli spazi ci hanno consentito di vivere bene la nostra vacanza. L’host è particolarmente attenta e molto disponibile

• Titus C. (8/5): Des améliorations à faire! - L’emplacement est plutôt bien situé : à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ou à 13 minutes en prenant le bus 209 ou les trolleybus 2, 4 et 11. L’arrêt se trouve juste devant l’église et vous descendez à Syntagma. Ombrela Café Brunch Bar, juste à côté, est l’endroit idéal pour votre brunch ou petit-déjeuner. La climatisation, clairement sous-dimensionnée pour un appartement de 90 m², ne suffit pas à rafraîchir l’espace. Il était impossible de dormir dans les chambres à cause de la chaleur, nous avons dû nous résoudre à dormir par terre dans le salon, le seul endroit équipé de la clim. (Mois juillet avec 35 degrés dehors) La connexion Internet ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur deux. La déco est trop minimaliste.
• Pieter (8/5): Prima verblijf! - Super verblijf gehad. Prima locatie op 15min loopafstand van Syntagma plein. Stadion Panatinaikou om de hoek. Goed en ruim appartement. Gastheer regelde meteen extra bedlinnen toen daarom gevraagd werd. Bij aankomst al lekker koud water in koelkast😆👍Top verblijf.

• Inma (10/5): Limpieza, amplitud y bien situado - Es un apartamento muy práctico y nuevo, está “para entrar a vivir”. Camas cómodas, dos baños…y está bien situado, se puede ir caminando (20-30 minutos) a Plaka y acrópolis.

The house was clean and comfortable, with AC and there was good noise isolation. The condition of the house is perfect. Nearby stores and supermarkets.

• Olga (9/5): Cozy apartment close to the most ancient part of Athens - love it. - It's a big apartment, good enough even for 2 families. In 5-10 min walking distance to the Olympic stadium, around 30min maybe even less to the Old Town. In the neighborhood - the church, the street with bars and cafes, minimarket, shops are nearby, also cozy restorants. It's a very nice district. Price could be lower :)

Very spacious, furnished in good taste, with all the amenities needed, In the heart of Athens, 4 minutes walk from the Panathenaic Stadium, and within up to 20 minuts walk from the main atractions of Athens. If you like to feel the real life in Athens, and to mingle and selebrate with the young locals in so many restaurants and bars around you, but still a short way from the main touristic area, this is the place for you. Great super hosts. A real perfect hospitality that comes from their hearts!

• Jaime (10/5): Wonderfully updated, perfect location! - Property manager/owner was great and worked with us on a time to meet. Very kind and flexible! Home is newly renovated and updated. Water was hot!!!! Location is great for restaurants, sites, and walking to bus stop for tours. Would definitely recommend!! Church bells can be loud but they do not ring often and it’s not a bother if you’re expecting it.
