• Seungyoon (9/5): Perfect location and great stay! - The hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect in size for 2 people. It is also very conveniently located near 2 different stations, which made getting to places easier. The water pressure is good and there were easy instructions for check-in and check-out. There is a water station on the 1st floor laundry area and a weight scale for your bag near the front desk. I felt safe and I will definitely be back. The bed can be a bit uncomfortable, but I managed it fine. I wish there was a mesh screen for the window to limit bugs from coming in when opening the door. Maybe there was one and I didn’t see it.

• Larry (10/5): Great location, clean rooms! - 1. The location was awesome. Literally, 5 or 6 minute walk to the green line and yellow line. There are plenty of restaurants withing a 5 minute walk. 2. The bunk beds. My daughters loved the bunk bed feature and it was roomy enough for them to have their own space. 3. The in-room laundry. Detergent provided. There's also a coin operated laundry in the water refill station area. 4. Rooms were clean/new. 5. It was raining so free umbrellas were provided. 6. The staff was nice and helped me ship my luggage to my next destination. Note: they are only available 10am-7pm, so if you need their help, you will need to contact them within these hours.

• Evangeline (9/5): Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Shinjuku! - Very convenient location between two train stations, as well as lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Check in and out process very simple, the keyless set up makes entering the hotel very easy. Room felt very spacious and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a stay in Shinjuku. Nothing, everything was great.

• Charalampos (9/5): Lovely and quiet place conveniently placed to offer relaxing moments in Shinjuku madness :) - Despite the room being small as it is for almost all rooms in Tokyo, it sufficiently covered our four member family. The facilities and amenities provided are more than enough, the bathroom is huge and the fact that we had a washer/drier within the room was a game changer. Conveniently placed near Chuo and Yamanote lines and next to restaurants, combinis and donki! The cleaning team does an amazing work, the room was SPOTLESS!!! The staff was helpful and always with a smile. If I ever return to Tokyo and choose Shinjuku for my stay, I would definitely try to book here again. We didn't expect having no closet in the room, as a result, the suitcases remained in the room with our clothes on standby mode to be used. Since we used the room only for light dinner/breakfast and sleep, it didn't bother us, just made sure that the suitcases were not in the way so that the cleaning crew can work their magic. The 2 shared beds for 3 people was not that easy to get used to, but we were informed in advance about it and we made it work. Maybe a small hack could help to keep the two mattresses connected so that the middle person does not fall in the gap :)

• AKIRA (10/5): ロケーション、清潔さ、価格、どれも素晴らしいホテルでリピート確定！ - 新宿エリアに出張があり、近くでホテル探していたら、こちらのホテルを見つけました。 結果大満足です。次回も東京来たらここに泊まりたいです。 新宿駅から一駅の大久保駅から徒歩1分以内と立地が抜群。 ホテルの外観はコンクリートで格好良く、新しい。部屋もとても綺麗で清掃もいきとどいていました。WiFiも調子よい。 受付の方はとても親切でした。19時以降は正面入り口は施錠され、暗証番号を入れて入場するのですが、わざわざ入り口まで案内してくれて、操作の仕方まで教えてくれました！ 価格はこのエリアと新しさ、綺麗さ踏まえてもかなりリーズナブルでした。 また大久保周辺は韓国料理屋もたくさんあり、東京の中でもユニークなエリアなので、出張でしたが観光気分も味わえました。 また利用したいと思える素敵なホテルでした、ありがとうございました！ 特になし。

Hem Shinjukuya yürüme mesafesinde hem çok iyi bir konumda. Kore mahallesi olduğu için her yer hareketli. Yeni olduğu için her şey yeni. Kozmetik imkanlar daha iyi olabilirdi. Yüz temizleme jeli vs yok. Diğer otellerde alıştığımız pijama yok.

• Tayma (9/5): Amazing accommodation in a good area - The accommodation had all the amenities one could need(Cutlery and kitchen essentials all provided in the room). Our luggage was collected by them no problem after we luggage forwarded. The staff was also super friendly and helpful (stored our luggage for us a few hours after we checked out and still helped us with anything we needed until we actually left for the airport). The location is close to 2 tube stations on different lines so super simple to get around. Also only one tube stop from Shinjuku. The umbrellas that they have ready on loan at any point is very helpful too as you don’t need to buy one. 100% recommend staying here. We booked the room with the bunk bed. The top bunk is quite difficult to get into as the stairs up are straight up vertically.

• Natacha (10/5): Génial - Bonjour L'emplacement est idéal, il se situe à proximité des transports ainsi que des restaurants, boutiques et toutes autres commodités. Arrivée tardive possible grave à l'enregistrement sur une tablette. Donc vous pouvez arriver même en pleine nuit. La chambre au rdc est confortable. Très propre et lumineuse. Tout est fourni pour rendre le séjour agréable. Dans la salle de bain il y a douche et petite baignoire (ce qui est très appréciable lorsque on a des enfants).Ainsi qu'une machine à laver ce qui est pratique pour un séjour prolongé bien qu'une laverie se trouve dans le couloir de l'hôtel. Une minuscule cuisine mais très fonctionnelle avec micro onde et évier permet de réchauffer des plats. Il y a un extérieur mais malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser ce qui est un peu embêtant. Ne pas pouvoir profiter de ce qui pourrait amener un véritable plus à cette chambre est un peu triste. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet extérieur est condamné. On y trouve aussi un lieu couvert pour fumer avec un distributeur de boissons et des plaids. Ouvert 24h/24h. Ce qui est véritable plus pour les fumeurs. Le personnel est extrêmement poli, souriant et à l'écoute. Ça change de certains hôtels. Ils nous on commandé notre taxi suite à notre départ car notre application ne fonctionnait pas. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet établissement. Rien. Pour ma part tout était parfait et adapté à mes besoins.

• Robynne (7/5): Great location, clean, great price! - It is less than a 5 minute walk to Shin Okubo station. There is a Don Quijote across the street and many places to eat. Korea town is a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel is new and clean. I liked the bunk beds, large smart TV, free WiFi, and the washing machine. The beds were comfortable and we could control the temperature in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small for 4 people (2 adults, one 13 year old, one 10 year old). The water temperature was sufficiently warm, but not hot enough for a relaxing soak in the tub. The area seemed a bit dangerous at night.
