La cocina con unos electrodomesticos muy nuevos y muy limpios.
El mobiliario es moderno y en condiciones estupendas .
Las camas muy cómodas y tanto la ropa de cama y las toallas limpias .
Las vistas són maravillosas y la tranquilidad también .
A El Arenal tardas unos diez minutos, dando el paseo por el Montañar que es fantástico.
Hay un acceso directo desde la urbanización a este paseo , algo que es muy cómodo.
Charo nos informó de los requisitos necesarios para la entrada y nos permitió salir una hora más tarde, algo que agradecimos. Uy , lo peor fué llegar y encontrarnos que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.
Mi marido tiene dificultades para subir escaleras y sinceramente fué un gran inconveniente , y por supuesto subir dos plantas con el equipaje.
Entiendo que fué algo puntual ,pero hay que estar al tanto de lo que ocurre en la vecindad y comunicarlo a las personas que nos vamos a alojar en el apartamento.
Algo necesario es tener dos juegos de llaves , aunque exista un cajetín a la entrada para ellas , es muy recomendable.

- Juan Antonio (9/5): Amplio y cómodo apartamento junto al mar - La comodidad, los muebles, que tenga 3 habitaciones, la amplitud de la casa y sobretodo las vistas en primera linea de playa El parking subterráneo está en otra parcela lejos del inmueble, pero tampoco es un gran inconveniente

- Rob (9/5): Very nice place - great views and a generous size. - The Key collection was a little confusing at first - but once the instructions were re-read, it all became very clear and it was absolutely fine.
The property was very good overall - the veiws are unbeatable lets be honest.
The property is a generous size and easily fits 4 people. We were told there would be an additional set of keys by the TV - sadly there was only the one set of keys from the lock box.
There was HALF a kitchen roll to last 4 people 10 days - yes really.
If this was my property, I would re-arrange the single bed into a double bed and scrap at last half the wardrobe. no one needs a massive extra-large 3 door wardrobe on holiday and a double bed would be better.
The main gate where the key box is: there is actually no way of unlocking the gate from the inside, at first I had to put the keys through the gap in the gate, hope I didnt drop the keys (beyond the gate) and try and unlock the gate from the outside, as opposed to the inside. It later became clear there was a better way in/out via the car park.
There was also very limited loo rolls for 4 people for 10 days - there should be more stock available for comfort of mind. many short-lets are afraid of leaving a generous stock of toiletries - I dont know why. I have a couple of short-lets in London and always ensure there are plentry of toiletries and kitchen rolls.
